How do I cancel cloud storage and what happens to my photos ?

[Moderator moved from Acrobat Online to Creative Cloud Services.]   Hello, I wasn't sure where to post Adobe Portfolio inquiries, so I'm hoping someone here can help!   I noticed today when going to edit my site that a few of the caption settings were not working. For example, I was unable to change the text color, bold/italics, or add a hyperlink.   The problem is present on both Google Chrome and Safari, so it's not the browser. I tried restarting my computer as well. Nothing's working. Is anyone else having this bug, or is this just something I should wait out for them to fix? Or email someone about it?   If anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it, please let me know! This is driving me insane. Thanks.

Why is CC suddenly asking for my DOB and closing if I decline to put it in?? Adobe doesn't need my DOB for any legitimate purposes and I'm not comfortable providing it, as it makes identity theft more of a risk in the (not all that unlikely) event that Adobe gets hacked or leaks user data.

Question for this newbie: do you have to have iCloud in order to use creative cloud?

I moved my creative cloud files to another drive, but the shortcut on the side of file explorer refuses to update to the new path and there seems to be no way to edit the path.

what the title says: my creative cloud manager says i only have 4 GB of cloud storage, but my lightroom, premiere, indesign, illustrator, and photoshop say i have 100 GB. should i ignore this and just continue working or is my storage used up?

I am not able to upload to Document Cloud on my iPhone or iPad.  It saves a recovered copy onto the device then I can upload it to the cloud but just backing out of the document will not save it as it has for years.  It even worked as of yesterday.  I have tried data, wifi, a second wifi network at another location and all have the same results.  The app shows my storage at only 3% of my 100GB storage because I use Adobe Pro DC.  I use this app daily for work and need to figure it out as soon as possible.  Please HELP! IOS 14.7.1Adobe 21.07.00  

When I click design, the colors change but the layout no longer is changing.  The fonts don't move, the layout doesn't change.  It used to be an auto format so I could make quick and easy graphics.  I am using Windows 10 Chrome.

Since turning on 2 step authentification and using the adobe app on my mobile I now have to login every day sometimes 2-3 times a day on my PC and keep accepting it via my mobile.Why is this? without the app i login once with a password and that was it. Please advise if this is a known bug otherwise advise how to remove the need to use the app.

I'm trying to make a copy of one of my CC libraries. In assets.adobe.com/libraries, I click the three dots for the library I want to make a copy of and click Copy in the menu that pops up. In the lower left corner a progress bar appears saying "Copying Files (0 of 1)." When the progress bar gets to about 10% or less, a red box appears at the top of the screen saying "Could not copy 1 item." I'm logged into the account that owns the library, and the library is not shared. I'm currently using less that half of my CC space. Synching is on and working, though that's only marginally relevant ... I'm working online in assets.adobe.com/libraries. I've tried repeatedly, from two different locations, so it's not the internet. I've tried to copy several different libraries (including one I've successfully copied in the past), so it's not the library itself. Any idea where the problem might lie?

Hi Everyone!I've run into a problem where I'm trying to share a folder with 6 of my collegues and it works great for all but 1 of them.   The person in question has never recieved an email with the invite.   We're all on the same work network so I doubt it's being filtered out if it works for everyone else. Has anyone run into a problem like this?   Not really sure where to begin trouble shooting it!Thanks for help.-Greg

Hello, Until recently, there was checkbox to permanently delete all files that we're moved to the trash / bin / deleted files part of the Creative Cloud storage. But now that checkbox is gone! Why was this removed? Very inconvenient because now one has to manually check many files (sometimes over hundreds of them) everytime, to permanently remove these and clean-up the cloud storage. I'm talking about the deleted files section on https://assets.adobe.com/deleted to be precise. Screenshot of how it once was - with the blue checkbox left of "sort by" to select all files:  The new situation - no checkbox anymore:  Can you fix this and bring back the checkbox please?That would be a real time-saver!Thanks, Jeroen.

Hi, So i'm in a slightly complicated situation. I'm from California and as a California community college student, I am able to purchase the Adobe suite through a website called College Buys for a heavily discounted price. (This is legit, the California community college system partnered with Adobe)  I already have a Creative Cloud Photography Subscription that unfortunately renewed for the year before I realized i'm buying a plan through a legit third party. Meaning, i'm going to have to make a separate Creative Cloud account especially seeing as how this discounted plan will only be for one semester.   I was wondering, if, I was able to seamlessly switch accounts on my computer without having to reinstall the software each time?I was thinking that I could sign in to my Creative Cloud account for school and use the programs that came with that plan. I used to have educational license for using adobe softwares and apps. I just graduated recently, so I have no access to my educational license and account anymore.But I did keep the android apps on my tablet, knowing they can be used free and without license. unfortunately for the sake of linking my PC to tablet via adobe creative cloud, I used the same educational account also for the android apps (adobe sketch and draw). Now that my educational license is over I can't access my adobe sketch and draw files. What should I do to retrieve my files from the android apps?

Why don't you unify the app version numbers? I understand the development, but the cc2021 version has dozens of subversions... wouldn't it be a lot easier to unify them all in version 20 or 30, or whatever, instead of this mess? One is 22,  other 17, another one is 18, all in the same version of creative cloud... Wouldn't be that hard right? all that is lacking is organization in development management.

Hi, I have a:MBP 2019, (4 thunderbolt 3 ports) 2.8ghz quad i716gb 2133mhz lpddr3intel iris plus graphics 655 1536mb2TB SSDLatest MacOS updates as of today.Core Sync 4.16.0.22CCX Process 4.4.4.1CC Library 3.13.3.4 A few weeks ago I started getting an error message about being out of application memory with the recomendation to force quit. It's gotten more frequent regardless of restarting etc and has caused me to loose some work and a lot of time.  I have since read about this as a problem that was fixed for some users experiencing the issue on MacOS Big Sur, so I updated my OS and reinstalled Creative Cloud. It did not help. All 3 of these services start out using ~150MB of memory and slowly climb until I can't run anything. I restarted my computer right before starting to type this message and in that time all 3 apps are over 3GB each. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I've already downloaded the log collector app and am eager to try anything.  Thanks,

Hallo, got a problem with partial points. Maybe you could help me ?I created a gft file with two questions (multiple choice).Each questions got four answer opportunities - two of them a correct and two are false.For every correct answer the user should give one point, for every false answer the user should get no point. So in general, you can achieve four points! To pass the user needs at least two points. I uploaded the gft file directly into my question pool and created two slide of random questions out of the pool. However, the tests revealed that I had to answer the question completely correctly to get full points. As soon as I gave one correct and one incorrect answer, i didn't get any point out of the question Why are the points not spread when I work with the question pool?I also tried this Solution but without success. Please find attached the gft file. What i'm doing wrong ?

The "add font" button in the font drop-down menu of Adobe Spark is not working. I've tried to use this in Chrome and Microsoft Edge and in both browsers the button does nothing at all. I am now unable to add my own font to project. Is anyone else having this issue or know of a fix? Thanks!
