Hello! I recently downloaded the Creative Cloud for illustrator and such for university, however I did previously have access to the Creative Cloud in high school, which was free. I deleted all the apps off of my computer, including the Creative Cloud and redownloaded it. When I open the app however, the window that pops up is specifically the NSW department of education login, which only takes education emails (and not univeristy). I have been unable to find a way to do an alternative log in, I am also on a MacBook, but please let me know if there's some way to reset it because it somehow assumes I am a high school student despite redownloading ! thanks 🙂

I just got a new laptop and am having issues getting the sync folders back on there. On my old laptop, I had a folder in windows explorer call "Creative Cloud Files" that would sync everything to CC. Just reinstalled it on the new machine and cannot for the life of me figure out where to enable it. The website says to click on the sync icon then chose settings, but mine doesn't have this option all all. Just a line about Libraries syncing.

Hi, I see a lot of people have had this problem in the past too and I have tried all of the recommended fixes I could find in these threads, but I still cant get my libraries to sync. I work for a large company and have an iMac where the libraries work fine and no sync error shows, but have just picked up a new MacBook Pro and the libraries on my MacBook Pro are not syncing with my iMac which are both on the same Adobe account. On the MacBook Pro is shows the "Libraries sync error" warning in all the adobe apps and the Creative Cloud App. I have tried all the uninstall recommendations with the cleaner tool etc, but nothing seems to get it working. Any help would be much appreciated as our Team would like to be able to all have access to a set of shared libraries, but I currently cant even share the libraries with myself on the same Adobe account?CheersGia

I have adobe account registered to old university email on Android. I also have my personal account registered using a  different email. How can I transfer files to one account? Is there anyway to still have access to or backup files on university registered account if I sign out and only use personal account.?  

Is there any way to change the Vendor name/ID after Adobe commerce marketplace account is created?

Por más que desinstalo Adobe, quito el antivirus y desactivo el firewall, no he logrado que funcione.Además, ¿por qué el almacenamiento en la nube ya no funciona? No tengo forma de utilizarlo ni entiendo por qué aparece como si tuviera 18 GB ocupados, cuando se supone que está vacío.

Hello there. As the title asks, where are the files stored locally?  If i download a file to work offline, where does the correspondent app stores the file? Lets say i'm working with a file in Photoshop and then i save it to the cloud. But im going to without internet so i decide to make it available offline. Where does Photoshop store that file? I can't find it anywere. The reason i'm asking this is because my company is "forcing" us to use the Creative Cloud files but i would like to keep a local copy of my files for backup purposes. Sure, i can save a copy online and another offline, but that's doubling the effort. If i know where the file is stored i can backup that folder.  Thank you.

I do not use Adobe ASdd-Ins in Outlook, I find they interfere with my ability to add attachments, and generally slow Outlook down to the point it is almost unusable.  I have opened Outlook as an administrator and unistalled the Adobe Add-Ins on a few occaisons.  A few days later, Outlook will again start to run slowly, freeze when adding attachments and Adobe Cloud reappers.  The Add-Ins are reinstalling by themslves, and I am tiored of it.  How do I prevent this?  I am really fed up with Adobe!

Buenas tardes, tengo un problema con la nube.El problema es que pareciera que nunca se guardaron los proyectos en la nube, no tengo ningún archivo en la nube y ya llevo másde dos años usando adobe. Me di cuenta porque reinicie la computadora y creí que adobe tenía todo en la nube pero al volver a ingresar no tenía nada, tengo solo unos archivos pero que son de lighroom y un solo archivo de photoshop.No sé si haya alguna forma de encontrar los archivos o saber que pudo pasar.

Tried to look this up but didnt find a solutionI use Adobe Portfolio as my main website but I also have an online shop hosted on another plataform. I simply want to add the link to it to my navigation bar/menu.I created a new page that redirects to the external website at Pages>New>Link and filled the form. But there's no option to turn on/off showing up on navigation bar as there is for other types of pages.

Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I contacted Behance support, and they replied a few times, but then they stopped responding. It's been about a week now, and even after emailing them again, I haven't received a reply. I've seen that many people in the community are facing this issue, but I haven't come across a proper solution. Everyone keeps suggesting contacting Behance support, but that doesn’t seem to be working as expected.

The message showed in the screen shot below appears repeatedly even if I'm not using any Adobe app. Have to reinstall Creative Cloud and continue working with the computer. It don't seems to be related to any malfunction of Lightroom or Photoshop. Does anyone explain me how to get this message our before to get ride of Creative Cloud?

Hi there, so I wanted to delete everything adobe related and stuff, which did work perfectly fine. Although I noticed that a file named 'adobe sync' could not be deleted. (I own a macbook by the way) and so I tried to just send it to the trash, and that didnt work aswell. It kept saying I need to download adobe sync. ive tried to download adobe creative cloud again, and then delete everything again and it still wouldnt work. I even tried that cc cleaner tool and couldnt get it removed. Is there anyone who can help me? Im desperate

Hi,I would like to use my cloud storage to store some packaged inDesign files that are currently stored on my laptop hard drive. I will have them in the cloud as security but also to share with a colleague. After going, round and round in circles with Adobe chat service, it appears that you can't upload a folder from a desktop to the cloud and since syncing files is no longer supported, I'm not sure there is much benefit to the cloud at all. How are users finding this? Does anyone have a workaround for bulk uploading packaged content or as another example, an image library of photos structured in folders that you just want to place in the cloud?  Many thanks, Jo

I had to upgrade my OS to Catalina. As a result, my CC applications (2019) stopped working. Now Creative Cloud launches and takes me to the apple store where I can buy the latest CC applications, but they don't run on Catalina... I'm frustrated to have lost access to software that I purchased. Can I do anything about this? I see in other forums that 2019 can no longer be purchased.  I am a hobbyist and can't afford another monthly subscription service for the occasional use.  Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Microsoft force upgraded me to 24H2 by not letting me postpone it any longer. Now when I try to edit my portfolio I get "Access to www.myportfolio.com was denied" or nothing at all depending on the browser. I really need to make some changes. Is there a fix for this? Thanks, Dale

Hi there! I'm using the dark version of the 'thomas' website design on Adobe Portfolio and basically the mobile menu is not showing. It does show when in the light version because the menu symbol is in black. Is there anyway to change the colour that I can't see? Thanks a lot!

Very similar problem that many others have had but the Regedit and unpin CMD stuff has not worked at all. I only get "Default" in the namespace on the registry editor. Unpin did nothing. The folder is stuck within Documents, Pictures, and Music and will not delete. Ive even uninstalled CC and restarted my computer and nothing has worked. See attached screenshots. If it adds more context, the email shown is for my previous Adobe CC account that I no longer use or pay for.

I'm having an issue with my libraries. I created a library that I then shared with my organization. Now that it is shared, it no longer exists in the libraries pane in any of the apps. The only way I can get it to appear is to create a personal copy. The library is in "Your libraries" next to other libraries that are shared to the organization that DO appear in the panel, only this one that shared recently is doing this. I have logged out and back in several times. The libary appears for a second when I first logged back in but once I select it it disappears. Welp, poking around while writing this, it looks more borked then I thought. All the assets inside the library are gone. How do you recover library Assets?How do you remove a library from being a shared library since that doesn't work?Has anyone set up a workflow using OneDrive? I need something reliable and not glitchy.
