I have both .otf and .ttf files of a font I have been trying to upload to my Creative Cloud for 2 days now. It shows installed to my cloud on the 'Add Fonts to CC' page, but when I go to the 'activate fonts' page, it will not show up. I'm using a 2019 Macbook Air that is up to date with both the OS and CC. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue as well but most of the solutions I found online were either years old or unsuccessful in resolving the issue. Things I have tried:toggling the Adobe Font service in preferencesdeleting and reinstalling the font(s)logging out of CC and logging back inrestarting my computerUpdating CC

I am trying to configure Adobe Portfolio for my domain. I have added the necessary 4 A records, but when I try to do step 3 ("Click Apply") in the Adobe Portfolio wizard , it gives me the error: "Looks like you have AAAA/IPv6 records configured. Please go back to your domain settings and remove any AAAA records". I have checked in thee DNS console of my domain, and there seems to be no AAAA records there, just the 4 A records that I have defined. Screenshot:  When I run whatsmydns to check, most of the DNS servers returns it correctly, and there are no AAAA records here:id 52271 opcode QUERY rcode NOERROR flags QR RD RA ;QUESTION risa-home.com. I have about 60GB of space left on my CC storage. Today I tried to download large files (about 1.5GB-2GB) but I keep getting the 'download failed/insufficient space' error message. Tried several times and gave up. Anyone know what could be the issue?

Hi Adobe family, I can't seem to upload my photos from Adobe Creative Cloud to Photoshop. Any advice? Thank you all!Vinson

I created a form with a submit button. When testing the form, I opened the document using Adobe Reader DC, filled out the form and selected the submit button then nothing happens.  What could be the issue? Please help

Just noticed this yesterday, and checked again today and it still occurs. I'm on Windows 10, using Edge browser. Start or edit a project. Add a logo to the project. Then try to add a new logo or replace an existing one. The list does not populate - it remains empty. Close out of the project and reopen it. The add logo populates as expected. But add one, and then open up the Add logo and it is again empty. Repeat, repeat.

I just signed back into my creative cloud after being kicked out for some unknown reason and when I returned I tried to open some of my olf save documents that were saved to the creative cloud area and none of my work except one photo can be found now. :(. Can someone help with this?

Every time I update Adobe applications my internet gets so bad that I feel forced to restart the fiber optic access point. When I need to update more than 1 application, sometimes I restart the internet more than 3 times.Has anyone had or has the same problem? found the solution?

I would like to ask why all Adobe's services can be used if you enter your account as a free experience, download it, and cancel the free experience. This way, users can't help but be confused whether my free experience has been terminated or not, and it's annoying to keep spending time here. Please consider it.

[Moderator moved to Creative Cloud Services.]I've purchased a student account for Adobe that is compatible with my Mac, no problems there so far. It has been functioning fine during class. But when I've attempted to sign in on my iPad Pro it says I don't have a valid sign in? I'm a bit confused as to how this is possible. Quite frustrating as well that there doesn't seem to be a direct line to speak to someone who works for Adobe as well. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I'm using the cloud since years but not using all programs. So I thought about just pay for the ones I need. (Obviously) now the question, Can I order the photography set + premiumpro as an Abo at the same time or need to to it separate?!  Thx for an answer and stay creative

Hi, there,I have got my Creative Cluod all Apps plan by the payment card for one year: ", exactly. In July something went wrong about the payment but I thought: I will check the issue in September."Now I want to reactivate next installment but I can't!When I try to do it a message says (more or less): "The payment expired for more than 30 days, if you want to reactivate your account, payment and plan, please contact us."I didn't find a solution because I could not call customer care in Canada, I am Italian. Does it exist another way to resolve my problem? Many thanks

I signed up for a subscription to Adobe Illustrator less than a week ago. Everything was working fine until this morning.  Today when I opened Creative Cloud it asked me to verify my email - it sent me a code. I verified the email address. It then asked me to provide a mobile phone number for security, which I did. Since then I've been unable to log in. Instead it looks like it's doing something then either tells me its unable to reach Adobe servers or that I've been signed out. It loops like this and the whole process takes about 20 seconds. I can sign into Adobe websites without issue. So far I have:- Run and installed all Windows updates- Reformatted my PC and started fresh- Rebooted numerous times.- Erased and re-installed creative cloud 3 times.- Followed Adobe guidance on setting folder permissions- Reset Hosts file- "Repaired" C++ Redistributables- Renamed OOEB directories- Refreshed Certificates- Reset my password Any ideas on next steps? or should

Adobe Creative Cloud is suddenly having problems connecting to Adobe's servers and I don't know why. I can see the Adobe logos in the link on that one page... TLS 1.2 is enabled, as per the suggestion on the other page, etc... I've been trying to debig this for about 15 hours straight at this point, checking every little thing I can think of or look up on my end, short of changing my OS. It was working perfectly fine up until now, with no changes to my PC prior to the error. Did anything change on Adobe's end over the last month?

I am trying to sign into my Creative Cloud on my PC with windows 7 but it continues to get the following prompt come up "Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again."I have turned off firewall settings, followed the prompts from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/unable-to-reach-adobe-servers.htmlThe app works fine when I logon over the internet or over on my phone just not on the desktop. Can't even re-install. Any suggests feel free.Cheers
