I don't want two profiles on my Mac but for some reason this morning when I logged in I now have a Business Account and a Personal Account. One has InDesign, the other Photoshop so it is impossible now for me to use them at the same time. Help!!!I have two subscriptions because I currently pay for my sons Macbook, not sure if this is the reason it's changed.

10:02amAs most people know, updating Adobe apps via Creative Cloud Desktop chews up almost all available bandwidth.I work from home due to Covid. I live in regional Australia where our broadband network is not good, but adequate for every other use besides updating Adobe apps. However, updates for every single other program and app download at reasonably sane, shareable bandwidth speeds.Adobe apps chew up all the bandwidth and make getting on with other online work while they are updating literally impossible.Why doesn't the update process allow bandwith sharing??? Does Adobe think they're more important than anything else the user might be doing? Do they think we only update with there's nothing else to do? Surely Adbobe's programmers can work out this simple fix?When I receive files created on a later update, I have no choice. I have to sit and twiddle my thumbs. Often for an hour or more at a time. I am looking for help concerning a problem I have with having to log in to Creative Cloud every time I want to use an application. This problem has only appeared in the last few days prior to which I was able to use Adobe applications offline. I have the latest vesrsion of Creative Cloud, all of the apps I use are up to date and I am running Windows 10 Pro. I would very much appreciate some current solutions to this issue.

The Creative Cloud app doesn't start on my Macbook Air M1 processor.I have re-installed it and it worked once. But not anymore. 

Hello! I have a problem with my Adobe ID account. The problem is I registred it on wrong email and already subscribed to free trial fund. So now I can't access my account and can't cancel my subscribtion.Please help me!

I am having trouble syncing new files to the shared creative cloud folders.Any new files or folders or any previous folders with files that I move to another folder are not syncing to the creative cloud.  I am attached screenshots of the error messages I keep getting. Does any know how to fix this? As you can see, it's not a storage issue.  

Hi Folks, Curoius as to best approaches for upgrading Apps.  Should legacy versions just be unistalled when installing a new version?  I end up having multiple versions of each release on my machine as it's just a bit of a pain in the neck to always uninstall the old and install the new.  Is there an option on Creative Cloud that I'm missing that allows old versions to be removed when installing updated versions?  Prime example is I have Illustrator 24.3 and 24.1.2 installed and want to now install 25.4.1 but it's just not clear anywhere on ways to best manage this.  Should I unistall both of those 24 version and then install 25.4.1? The order in which they are unistalled likely isn't a problem, just the fact that having all these legacy itterations on my machine is pretty annoying. FYI when posting that the topics available were File Sync, Collaboration, Libraries and Cloud Storage Web Assets so I selected Libraries...erm so not sure what that's all

Hi, Is there anyway to have Anchor Links in adobe portfolio?I am tryoing to have a workaround collection nesting issue Adobe Portfolio has and i though anchor link feature would be very much helpful.Is there any way we can have one section of a regular page to be anchor linked to another page? Thanks

Running Win7 - latest versions of creative cloud.Have made sure that this PC has TLS1.2 enabled via regeditRan the adobe LMHosts fix, also manually checked LMHOSTS its proper.No error codes in winlog.Ran ChkDskCannot uninstall or reinstall as it cannot connectCannot validate any adobe apps completely hung there.WinFirewall has exceptions essentially passive nothing blockedHardware firewall bypassed in officeCan see adobe secure site.Spent 3 hours trying every forum solution on this.Has adobe completley cut off win7 support as of 8/20/21?very frustrating,  miss the old days when they took a pile of my cash and I received roms with the installcloud = trash..Free cocktails to anyone who can crack this mystery.. 

Today I've pasted the four A Records of my Adobe Portfolio website to CloudFlare DNS Dashboard. But unfortunately, the address (rainbowil.co) is redirecting to portfilio.adobe.com/missing, and the connecting domain page on AP saying "Looks like your domain settings have not yet been configured correctly with our IP address". Everything looks alright on my DNS dashboard (screenshot attached). So what's the problem? 

I have CS-6 and over 1 TB of image files: too much for both CC and OneDrive storage capacity. What is your favorite cloud storage service to back up my image files. Thank you very much!

[Moderator moved from Acrobat Online to Creative Cloud Services.]   Hello, I wasn't sure where to post Adobe Portfolio inquiries, so I'm hoping someone here can help!   I noticed today when going to edit my site that a few of the caption settings were not working. For example, I was unable to change the text color, bold/italics, or add a hyperlink.   The problem is present on both Google Chrome and Safari, so it's not the browser. I tried restarting my computer as well. Nothing's working. Is anyone else having this bug, or is this just something I should wait out for them to fix? Or email someone about it?   If anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it, please let me know! This is driving me insane. Thanks.

Why is CC suddenly asking for my DOB and closing if I decline to put it in?? Adobe doesn't need my DOB for any legitimate purposes and I'm not comfortable providing it, as it makes identity theft more of a risk in the (not all that unlikely) event that Adobe gets hacked or leaks user data.

Question for this newbie: do you have to have iCloud in order to use creative cloud?

I moved my creative cloud files to another drive, but the shortcut on the side of file explorer refuses to update to the new path and there seems to be no way to edit the path.

what the title says: my creative cloud manager says i only have 4 GB of cloud storage, but my lightroom, premiere, indesign, illustrator, and photoshop say i have 100 GB. should i ignore this and just continue working or is my storage used up?

I am not able to upload to Document Cloud on my iPhone or iPad.  It saves a recovered copy onto the device then I can upload it to the cloud but just backing out of the document will not save it as it has for years.  It even worked as of yesterday.  I have tried data, wifi, a second wifi network at another location and all have the same results.  The app shows my storage at only 3% of my 100GB storage because I use Adobe Pro DC.  I use this app daily for work and need to figure it out as soon as possible.  Please HELP! IOS 14.7.1Adobe 21.07.00  

When I click design, the colors change but the layout no longer is changing.  The fonts don't move, the layout doesn't change.  It used to be an auto format so I could make quick and easy graphics.  I am using Windows 10 Chrome.

Since turning on 2 step authentification and using the adobe app on my mobile I now have to login every day sometimes 2-3 times a day on my PC and keep accepting it via my mobile.Why is this? without the app i login once with a password and that was it. Please advise if this is a known bug otherwise advise how to remove the need to use the app.

I'm trying to make a copy of one of my CC libraries. In assets.adobe.com/libraries, I click the three dots for the library I want to make a copy of and click Copy in the menu that pops up. In the lower left corner a progress bar appears saying "Copying Files (0 of 1)." When the progress bar gets to about 10% or less, a red box appears at the top of the screen saying "Could not copy 1 item." I'm logged into the account that owns the library, and the library is not shared. I'm currently using less that half of my CC space. Synching is on and working, though that's only marginally relevant ... I'm working online in assets.adobe.com/libraries. I've tried repeatedly, from two different locations, so it's not the internet. I've tried to copy several different libraries (including one I've successfully copied in the past), so it's not the library itself. Any idea where the problem might lie?
