Adobe CC is (?) buggy, today.  Acted up right after after doing the update for InDesign to v 16.2.1  Now, the Creative Cloud desktop app takes several minutes to load.  The side-bar "Resources" only shows "Tutorials" - Stock, Behance, and Support Community tabs are now gone.  (Those have been disappearing off-and-on, recently.)  And the top bar only shows "Desktop" - Web and Mobile are gone, now.  Briefly, on one app, that I tried to "test" got a pop-up saying that I was off-line and could not use the app (?? LrC).   So I quit all apps, signed out of Adobe CC, went off-line, re-started the computer.  Tried again.  Nothing improved. Should I attempt to unistall and reinstall the CC desktop app, myself?  Am assuming that, if Creative Cloud is not working properly that I should not try to update any more Adobe applications. Or should I call Adobe for support? Adobe Creative Cloud V 5.4.4.550  Set to "auto upda

Hi all, there's an upcoming period of several months where I won't need my Adobe applications, but will be coming back to my projects at a later date. I figure there's no need to pay for a subscription while I'm not using it, but want to confirm that I won't lose my work when I reactivate my subscription in the future. Does anybody have experience with this? Thanks so much!

Bonjour,Mon disque dur sur lequel se trouvait mon dossier creative cloud files a rendu l'âme. Ce n'est pas bien grave il était vide à ce moment là, mais le problème c'est qu'au lancement du creative cloud j'ai toujours un message qui me dit que le dossier et introuvable et du coup je dois désactiver la synchronisation. Quand je vais sur creative cloud voici ce qui s'affiche :Ma question est simple : comment je fais pour modifier l'emplacement de synchronisation? J'ai beau explorer les options partout, impossible de trouver cette solution... Et l'aide en ligne ne m'a été d'aucune aide...

my Creative Cloud is trying to sync a file that no longer exists.It's really frustrating because I cannot delete the folder that is unable to sync, and I've erased that .proj (base 2021 T2) from my cloud and I don't know why it tries to keep syncing it.I've tried uninstalling premiere and re intalling it, but it won't work.Even with premiere uninstalled, this folder "Adobe Premiere Pro Captured Video" keeps appearing and trying to sync.  

Several times daily, Creative Cloud says it needs to be reinstalled due to an error it needs to fix. This happens when I have a few applications open. 

 I cannot click on anything from this dashboard from my top menu icon - it's frozen. I have repaired the Uninstall few times but still can't click on anything. Having font issues so trying to get in there though I can get into web browser no problem but should be able to click on this too... How to solve?

I accidentally deleted a number of images from two whole collections from my Adobe Portfolio site!  The option to Undo is greyed out, and I'm afraid I moved on from the collection screens after I had a chance to undo them. Is there any way to Restore these collections, or go back to a time in my portfolio pre-deletion?

Hello,I am not sure if this is the right forum to use as there is not one for Adobe Spark and I am struggling to get in touch with someone from Adobe support directly, but I am hoping that someone will pick this up here.As a small state maintained primary school in the UK, we have a free plan to Adobe Spark. I have started to play around with it (mainly Adobe Post) in order to use it with our children and created a number of little icon style files over the last few weeks for a future project. So far so good and very exciting.Something has happened very recently - I believe during the last week or two: I cannot access these files any more. I can see them in my library, but when I try to open/edit them, I am being asked to update my app. I can create new ones and open them though... therefore, I believe that the update request has to do with upgrading to a paid plan/subscription. Is that so? Or am I missing something?Although I can recreate these files, this is quite annoying because I

I cannot open CC. A message says 'The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140 1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may solve this problem'. Do I have to uninstall  all CC programs and reinstall them even though it only may solve the problem?Will Adobe permit me to reinstal through my account? 

No more than a couple of days ago, Adobe creative cloud was purchased so I can have access to all apps. Everything has been running very smoothly while I have worked with Premeire Pro And after Effects... Except I have randomly had creative cloud app open and ask if I wanted to remove preferences form media encoder to uninstall. (See attatched file)But it will also show when I open and close a video file. It either instantly pops up, or in a matter of minutes. Either way, it's annoying to have this happen randomly for no reason, I can give more information if more details are needed.

i made a video and want to sync it to work in another station but it wont sync! when i drag it in my creative cloud folder it doesnt give me the green check mark it just has two arrows at the bottom left 

I am trying the Adobe Creative Cloud app on iPad. I can browse the cloud documents - gives a nice overview, can browse directories etc. (I had a problem adjusting folder sorting, but restarting the app fixed it.) Is there any way to launch "Photoshop on iPad" on a document from the cloud documents view? I cannot work it out. I can see a preview of the file, but not open it in the Photoshop app. I like using the Creative Cloud app to browse cloud docs as it shows *all* documents in a folder. I have a mix of Photoshop and Illustrator documents, and viewing cloud docs from inside Photoshop on iPad only shows the Photoshop files.

All of my presets are gone after the update.... can someone please help me with this? It's going to take forever to redo all of them....

When I click the "save animation preset" or "apply animation preset" button it does not make me save or add a preset without giving me any mistakes but it does not make me do anything. how do I do that?!!!

While Creative Cloud desktop app worked relatively flawlessly for years, now it became a constant nuisance. Namely, I get the Error 131: Unable to sync all the time. It first happened a month ago and I was able to solve it with a help from the forum:https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install/can-t-update-creative-cloud-desktop-app-error-131/m-p/12014013#M530786 However, it was a complex procedure that required to reinstall the app and go through some other hoops, so obviously I'm not going to do this every time. Repairing with Cmd-Opt-R doesn't make a difference. The link to error troubleshooting advises to close some processes in Activity Monitor, which also doesn't make any difference. I'm trying to download Creative Cloud to my Mac and it keeps stopping the install at like 20%. 

I want to get ISO or get some verification of ISO 9100 and ISO 14001. Where can i get them?

I'me currently working on the adobe suite 2021. I've a laptop and a home PC. I've recently tried to use Creative cloud on my home PC, which I wasn't doing until now, but looks like all my settings have been reset. All the software I use have been factory reset.So can we sync settings between computers in 2021 ? Thanks for the helpPS: in the settings of my creative cloud, synchronization is activated so that's not it. 

since a few days my CC-apps such as InDesign, Photoshop or LRC and even CC are closing unforeseeable; Adobe Help Center is supporting me, but we did not find a viable solution unless creating a new admin-account. Any ideas are very appreciated! Thanks in advance.Peter
