I can't find or browse my cloud documents, missing the "Cloud documents" tab that used to be under "Your work" section next to libraries. How can I access the list of my cloud documents without searching them manually? Very distressing...

I get no "Get link" or "Share" option when I try to share folders in "Cloud Documents".It works with the documents inside the folders, but not the folders.I can share folders in "Synced Files" (Creative Cloud Files). But I work with Adobe Fresco, which for some reason doesn't support "Synced Files".I've earlier worked with Adobe Sketch, which never gave me any troubles. I have the same problem in that I received a message telling me that my CC storage is 98% full. But there is nothing in it (that I can find!)I'm using Windows 10.

The creative cloud app is missing off my computer I do not know how to get it back, its not in the app store of windows. Any ideas? 

For a long time, Creative Cloud under MacOS, when told to quit, has responded by saying that it is downloading something.  (When it is not.)  Adobe, please fix this silly bug after you have fixed all you other ones.  🙂

Howdy, As of the past week, my CC is constantly syncing even when no files have been modified or introduced to my main CC folder. The Assets > Files > Sync display shows "Syncing..." and intermittently shows "All files up to date" for a brief 0.5 seconds then continues "Syncing..." (see attached screenshot GIF) I have attempted to pause/stop/start syncing, log off and on, quit the program... Nothing seems to work. It just keeps trying to sync. Running the most recent version of Adobe CC (4.3.0.256) on Mac with High Sierra (10.13.1). Any help is appreciated.

Note: It Happens to all adobe products  

I'm using it in Korea. I haven't been able to access the cloud since the morning.Even if I reinstall it through a cloud remover, I can't log in and the cloud tells me to log out, but there's no way.I also tried to check the firewall, but it didn't work.

Hi, my Creative Cloud Desktop app 5.4.5.550 on Windows 10 is really slow on start.It takes even more than a minute to load the window with all the tasks. This occurs from the last update since the previous version was far away faster.Has nayone the same problem?

Hello, I am currently updating my portfolio site as I am looking for jobs, but my website isn't loading properly now since I last updated it. In the preview and editor, it looks fine, but the actual website is formatted completely wrong in the browser. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

Hi all, I published my website using the "Portfolio" software on one of my macbooks last night.  This monring the Portfolio icon is missing from my side bar. as well as the:StockBehanceSupport Community I have another macbook pro and the icons are still visiable on that device. I have logged in and checked my subcription is up today and all still activate.  Can someone please advise what I need to do to get the icons back in my side bar? Thanks   

Adobe keeps asking to start a free trial, but I should be signed in through my university. It has happened to other people and they were able to log out and log back in, but that has not worked for me. I am on my personal computer but I have access through my university (and the licensing should not be up). What do I do now? 

The first steps I take when turning on my Mac are to open Activity Monitor and Force Quit Adobe Sync and Adobe Sync Helper because they are insane resource hogs. I cannot even stream YouTube or Twitch smoothly until I've quit these applications.This is on a 2020 iMac Core i7, 32GB RAM.Adobe, please fix your stuff. There's no troubleshooting left to be had for me on this to my knowledge. I've completely nuked Adobe from my system and reinstalled, and done a clean install of Mac OS Big Sur, only installing Adobe CC and Google Chrome and the problem persists.

how would i go about moving my photos and videos from google drive onto the creative cloud so i can start using them?

Can I reinstall the CC app on my machine without affecting the suite apps like AI, PS, Acrobat, etc? And without affecting my CC files on the cloud?

I am so frustrated right now.  I can't download and save any PDFs on my Mac that I receive. I've tried in Chrome, Safari and Firefox.  My preferred browser is Chrome, but I've had no luck with any of them.  I would like to chat with someone at Adobe, but there is no option to do that either.  HELP!

can i disable any of this? none of the CC or photoshop apps are running right now and there are 15+ procs still running in the backround? i want to run JUST photoshop and none of this other crap? how do I do that? im seriously considering canceling. this is insane!! i lose about 20-40 fps in Overwatch because of these... absoutly absurd  

We started using cloud document storage earlier this week and are planning on incorporating it into our workflow for our team. I was preparing some art elements to share among the team, and tried uploading an EPS file. I got a "Filetype(s) not supported - Upload a PSD or AI to try again." Why in the world can I not upload an EPS file?? It doesn't make sense. If we can only upload AI and PSD files than I guess we will be using Dropbox oe Box instead...

Just set up my new iMac.  Using the files for creative cloud showing in the finder, I made some adds and subtracts to the files in creative cloud, but I notice those changes have not synced with iPhone & iPad. Did I fail to do something setting up new iMac?

WHAT THE HEL!L!LL!L!L!L!L!L! I am so sick of Adobe!  As of today, I am unable to contact support, because "Your organization is part of our managed program and you should contact your administrator for assistance."EXCEPT THAT I PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION and my employer has nothing to do with it except that I use their laptop to access the internet. What gives you the right to move my account without asking me? HELLLOOOOO Now I can't even contact support it won't let me.

Adobe tells me my creative cloud is full but I cannot access it to remove unwanted images 

Cloud sucks my computer dry of all cpu. I delete it over and over and it comes back to life like a cockroach. I should be doing homework. But I have a presentation tomorrow and I'm more worried that my computer will crap out while I'm sharing my screen because creative cloud is taking up every inch of life my computer has. 

I have looked into the preferences of every Adobe app I have installed on my PC.  But no matter what, Adobe wants to have this "Adobe" folder placed in my Documents folder with all sorts of rubbish inside it.  I like a clean and organized Documents folder, esp. since it's a OneDrive syncd folder.  I don't like overly agressive and oppressive software messing around inside.  Adobe, you have GOT to stop taking over user's computers without giving configuration options!!  You don't let us say "no desktop shortcuts" when you install, you don't let us move your trash folders to different locations.  Adobe: YOU DON'T OWN US!  We keep you in business by paying your horribly high prices.How do I move that horrible Adobe folder out of the OneDrive sync'd Documents folder and put it someplace else?  A LOT of people are asking and complaining about this; you don't seem to provide a clear or thoughtful answer.  Why don't you take this seriously, Ad

Hi everyone, I have a problem. I am a user who works on mac. On my MacBook Pro I would like to relocate the "Creative Cloud Files" folder by moving it to an external SSD drive. I set the new position correctly from the settings. The app says it will move the content and that until then the sync will be paused. OK. At some point an error message appears: Unable to create Creative Cloud File folder in Volumes / etc. I have tried formatting the drive in several ways but I realized that this is not the problem. I can't find a solution and my local drive ran out of space. Do you have any ideas? There is a way to manually copy the files to the new destination and then "forcibly" comunicate the new destination in some hidden line in the system files? Warning: this folder is already shared with 3 other computers and therefore I cannot empty it. Thanks to anyone who will find a solution. I have done this several times with the same result.
