hi i have been borrowing a PC to work on my photos. I now need to give that back and wipe my content from it. How do i do this WITHOUT losing all the cloud versions?
My adobe creative cloud show error message can't link adobe server, like below. Please check firewalk, and confirm time of your PC is correct, and try again. I try close firewalk, and cancle sync clock function.But it's still show same error message, and LR and PS aren't open too (can't verify your subscription status).Have anyone same problem?

Hi, everyone!On my work I upload files to client download, to this I use the Creative Cloud. But, after yesterday, some clients are getting the following error when they click on download button:{"error_code":"401013","message":"Oauth token is not valid"}I see this error too if try download and I'd like know how I may solve this. When i start up my mac a get a notice that Creative Cloud has a problem. There is an option to repair which I have clicked on but the I still get the same message. I tried to remove and re-install creative cloud but the software will not allow me to uninstall. Any help would be great.
Hi there,I recently subscribed to SmugMug and upon doing so received an email offering 25% off Adobe CC All Apps. I have attached a screenshot of the email I received.When I click the button to claim my discount I am simply taken to my plan page on the Adobe website, with nothing I can see relating to the discount. I got in touch with SmugMug about this and they recommended I contact Adobe directly about this. Does anybody else have any similar experience?Thanks in advance
I need to find an image to print to the size 69.5 inch/ 177cm x 51.5 inch/130cm. Does Adobe library images print to that size?

Hi!I am new to Creative Cloud, so please excuse me if the question is naive.I uploaded several Gb to my Adobe cloud storage (1 terabyte). However, I did not use the Creative Cloud app. Instead, I uploaded about 20Gb to the cloud using Windows Explorer. At the time I only had Lightroom and 1 terabyte of available space, shortly after I changed my subscription to the photography package without changing the available space in the cloud.Now the problem: although the space used previously has not changed, since 20 Gb appears as used, I can't see what is there. Neither with the Creative Cloud app nor with Windows Explorer. I have a backup of all the uploaded files and, as I learned now, I should have done things differently so I want to delete them.To reclaim cloud space, my question is: how do I delete wrongly uploaded files since I cannot access them?Thanks very much.
I'm adding myself to the large group of Adobe users experiencing problems with Creative Cloud and unable to find help or reach support... My problem is that CC starts syncing, reaches 93 %, and then quits with the unhelpful error message "Unable to sync libraries". I've tried every trick I could find in the forums but nothing helps. I can't even find a logfile to look at! Can someone give me some hints on where I should look and what I should do to remedy this? I'd be very grateful!
Hi, I'm still fairly new to Adobe. Over the past month, I've been adding my artwork to the Library (through Illustrator, PS, and ID). Today I tried to drag and drop something in that library expecting to be able to edit the color of the image I was importing (if that's the right word), but I couldn't. I could scale it, though. The items in the Library, what perameters are we able to edit when placing them into a document? Is there something I can do when adding an artwork to the Library to increase the flexibility? (Right now, I've been grouping all the files before I drop them into the library.) Thank you,

I want to upload an entire website to CC so a buddy can also work on it in Dreamweaver. The Adobe tutorial I'm using says to go to thye synched files tab and click on the select files tab. This takes me to a dialog box but I can't select the entire site, only individual files .jpg .html etc. How do I upload the whole site folder or at least the htdocs folder?

Hello, Unfortunately, my Adobe CC Integration This one is not working.The Add-in is installed correctly but I can not log in. I'm a developer myself as such I have tried everything to no avail. The Log-in always fails but Adobe CC Desktop is also installed correctly. Please advise, thanks.

After installing the latest Windows 10 update (20H2) on 2 different computers (with completelty different hardware) some of the tiles of Adobe products are displayed with brighter colors than the rest. I'm not sure if this is Adobe error or Microsoft error. In the attached sreenshot you can see that Illustrator, Premier, AE, Audition have wrong background (lighter and the correct is darker like Photoshop). How I tried fixing it: Removing the tiles and re-adding them. Updated to the latest version from the CC app. Multiple restarts. Re-installing the CC apps. Nothing helped. The problem persists on both my desktop PC (AMD CPU + nVidia 1080) and on my notebook (core i7 + AMD GPU).
Looking into upgrading my laptop for work and would like to get the lastest Macbook Pro but worried my creative suite software will not work on the new processor chip. Any annoucements?

I have 1800+ files in my CC deleted filed folder. Most of these are auto-saves from Premiere projects. My 100GB of space is nearly full, so trying to create more. But it won't let me delete the files. I keep getting a "Could not delete some assets permanently" message. Say wha?
I have a shared creative cloud foler called "Marketing" that I have shared with 5 people. Within that folder are a bunch of subfolders that we have created to organize our assets. I would like to remove one person and add another to our mail folder so they can have access to all the assets inside. When I click on the 3 dots and hit "Share> Invite" it says, "Unable to invite collaborators. We're sorry, nested sharing is not supported. Please remove collaboratos from containted items before inviting useres here." So then I I thought I would just go into that folder and find folder in there to to remove them from, BUT when I click on the 3 dots and hit "Share> Invite" it says, "Unable to invite collaborators. My clients all get frustrated that they can't download all of the files in a shared folder at once. My workaround for this issue is using a ZIP file which they have to download and then unpack. It is not always obvious that you need to download a ZIP file as it gets thrown in with all of the individual photos. I do this because sometimes clients don't want to download 2GB of photos all at once, but rather want to download only a few at once. Am I missing something when sharing folders via Creative Cloud? All you can do is download individual files one by one, or use the "Copy to Your Work" button (when my clients are not creatives, they're just regular people and don't use Creative Cloud or have a need to use it). Where is the "Download All" function? If it doesn't exist, WHY does it not exist? Why can't multiple files be selected for download all at once like they can through the app or in my non-shared folders (via assets.adobe.com)? Finally,
