Good afternoon!On February 9th, I renewed my Lightroom Premium subscription through Apple. On February 9th, Premium access was working in the Lightroom iOS app. On February 10th, the app said the subscription had expired. Please help.

Hello Adobe Community,Creative Cloud no longer launches on Windows. When I click the Creative Cloud icon, nothing appears at all — there is no window, no error message, and no loading screen. The process briefly appears in Task Manager under background processes but uses 0% CPU and then remains inactive.Creative Cloud had been working perfectly since October 2025 until today. The issue started after multiple error messages appeared while rendering in After Effects in the morning, which I closed quickly because I was in a hurry.I have already tried the following steps without success:- Restarted the computer several times.- Tried to repair Creative Cloud from the Adobe installer.- Tried to uninstall Creative Cloud, but the uninstaller was blocked and would not complete.- Ran the Adobe Log Collector Tool and successfully uploaded the log file: AdobeLogs_20260208_040105_600-win-GS.zxpAt the moment, I cannot reinstall Creative Cloud because I cannot uninstall it properly, and the app does

For many years now, I have had an Individual Plan installed on two computers. I have have always been able to use the various apps on both computers and the same time. Recently I keep getting a message saying that I can only use the app on one computer at a time. Is this a new thing? If not, why have it always worked on two. I am confused, do I need to change my plan?

Hi there,I'm having trouble with my Behance page, everytime I create a new project and try to embed or upload a video file its being limited to a small set of dimensions which I can not seem to change, this doesn't happen with picture files, is there something obvious I'm missing here? Thank you, Darragh

Trying to work out the cost of buying extra generative credits on the new standard plan, anyone know what cost will be? Am I right in assuming that each use of generative fill or expand will count against the 25 credits in the standard plan?

I had a personal adobe account years ago using my work email address. We now have adobe through work--and it requires using that same work email. When I log in to adobe, I use the work email and the option for personal or enterprise appears. (I’m not sure why the personal as that subscription ended years ago.) I choose the Enterprise option but when I log in I can see by the icon that it is my old personal account--and I get prompted to purchase adobe.

Hi, I having an issue with trying to access my website.   My published Website (Adobe Portfolio) is missing. I go to edit sites and my published site is not there.   Does anyone know how to fix the issue without having to make my stuff from scratch?

I know Adobe doesn't support Muse any more, but I'm a paying customer and have several websites I've designed using it and I am NOT moving them all to XD. I've never had a problem with it, now I get this stupid pop up window saying Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged. Why did this start just now? There IS no Adobe Application Manager now, it was replaced with the Adobe Creative Cloud app. I need this fixed ASAP.

I have a large collection of locally installed fonts and I want to homogenize it with Adobe fonts. I wish to remove all the fonts that are installed locally where Adobe fonts has an equivalent. Only fonts not available in Adobe will be installed locally.I cannot find on the web a list of the fonts available on Adobe fonts. Is this possible?

Hello, I'm not sure if I'll get a response, but does anybody have a workaround for the problem I'm having with Adobe Portfolio?I've made my portfolio, and I'm very very happy with it. The only problem with it is, whenever I view it on my phone in portrait aspect, the opening title of my site is tiny - and I mean TINY. I've tried all sorts of different workarounds to try and fix the problem, like increasing max-width, and increasing the font size of the title. It works great on every other preview option, except for portrait mobile. So much so that even when I turn my phone to landscape mode, the title is exactly how I want it. But who looks at things on their phone in landscape orientation? I know most of my traffic will primarily be via mobile users, so this is stressing me out a lil. There doesn't seem to be any way to make changes to each individual device preview. Otherwise, this would be a quick fix. And another reason why it's annoying is the fact that the tit

So I've been trying to contact customer support for the past month, but every time I try to navigate to the customer support I keep being re-directed to the same page which doesn't have any contact info! only 'common questions'. - I finally was able to find adobe custom support phone number 800-833-6687 (Monday–Friday, 24 hours a day) just to find out it is DISCONNECTED?? the only way to speak to anyone is if you troll the robot chat till it gives up trying to help you by asking idiotic questions and you finally are in a queue to chat with a human.I was able to get this number in the end: 020-7365-0735 (Monday—Friday, 9am—5pm GMT), which will connect you to someone. You're welcome. Really fed up with Adobe customer support.

Since reinstalling CC on a newly formatted computer, all options to download previous versions of my apps is no longer available anywhere inside of CC. As a result, I contacted Adobe via chat, though I can't remember where I found the chat on the adobe website. I went through the support links dozens of times continually getting nowhere. I "think" it was from within my creative cloud apps panel on the website, but I honestly can't say for sure.Anyway, after getting through to someone who I assume was in India based on their name, and explaining that the option for previous versions was missing, their first suggestion was to allow them remote access, to which I said no. Then they said that's fine, and asked me to do what I'd already been trying to do for the past few hours, and upon getting nowhere, asked me again to provide remote access, to which I declined a second time. Hi There,My Behance account is no longer visible and all my projects are in private mode so they are not visible to the public.When I try to change the status of the projects from private to public, I can see that it is not possible.I have contacted Behance support and they replied to me a few days ago saying "All content on Behance that violates our community guidelines is made private".Then I asked which of my projects violate the community guidelines, but there is no answer. This must be a mistake, but I don't understand how they can block my profile without any prior communication.Can anyone help me? Has anyone had a similar experience that can help me? Thanks,

Tout d'abord mes 250 crédits étaient epuisés, j'ai donc attendu le 22 novembre que mon abonnement redemarre et que les crédits se rechargent.Sauf qu'on est le 28 et que je n'ai toujours rien ! La seule solution de l'assistance c'est de me faire annuler mon abonnement pour en reprendre un mais cela ne m'interesse pas car pour un abonné après le 1er novembre 2023 le nombre de crédits tombe à 100.C'est totalement anormal de perdre mes avantages pour leur bug. Auriez vous une solution ?J'ai demandé qu'un responsable s'occupe de mon dossier mais la seule reponse que j'ai eu c'est que mon dossier est clos!

Looking for any key points or advice from the kind folks here who know how to do everything! I am looking at adding a MacBook Pro.   Currently using an older model iMac which will be retired - but only temporariIy.  For that haitus, however, the MacBook Pro (M4) will be the new computer work-home, for a few weeks.  Ideally, I would like Adobe CC, and all of the Adobe Apps (mainly LrC, PS, InDesign & Illustrator) and my Adobe Cloud contents to be functioning properly on the new MacBook Pro.  My work/files are all on an External HardDrive.  I only have the basic cloud storage plan and am not going to use it or rely on it for this setup, at this time.Because I am used to working exclusively on an iMac, so far, I suspect that there may be a lot of things that work differently or set up differently on a MacBook Pro and I would like to be informed and prepared ahead of time, especially because this laptop will eventuall become the "other" computer and I will

My account was banned on the suspicion of spam. I had just changed my username, and the next minute I know I get an email saying I was banned. I don't understand why and how. Please help me out here. Hello Guys,I just updated to the latest macOS Ventura 13.0. Suddenly am getting a pop-up " CClibrary is damaged and can't be opened". It was not happening before the update. When using the integration between Behance and Portfolio there seems to be a bug on the Behance side. If I work from Portfolio to Behance and than adapt the results in Behance (e.g. adding texts, labels or else) this works wel. However, because from LR to Portfolio to Behance the standard is a frame I find it easier to use imports from LR into Behance directly, but then the Behance portfolio is not integrated back into portfolio which means that the Behance version will be overwritten by the Portfolio portfolio whenever you try to repair it fromout of Portfolio. Anyway, loss of data and work may easily occur.   Looks like a bug to me.    

Whenever I delete images in Lightroom, it doesn't matter how many I delete, the size of my cloud content remains the same (which is over my limit).  Why might this be?

Ich war bisher mit meinem Account über ein Schulkonto angemeldet, dieses Abo wurde nun beendet. Seitdem sind sämtliche Dateien aus meiner Cloud verschwunden (ca. 8000 Fotos) und es gibt keine Möglichkeit diese einzusehen.Kann ich irgendwie erneut darauf zugreifen?Die angehängten Screenshots konnte ich über mein Ipad machen, da dieses ohne Internetverbindung noch im alten Account angemeldet war, demnach müsste bis vor wenigen Tagen ein Zugang zu meiner Cloud da gewesen sein.

I received an email today which said, "your profile name has changed from Starlight to DEL-StarlightThis change was made by your organization’s administrator. No action is needed on your part – your products, access, and account remain the same.and another one after that which states,You no longer have access to Creative Cloud All Apps + Adobe Stock in organization DEL-Starlight . What should I do now? I cant access any of my apps and projects but the plan expiry in the adobe account says next payment is on May 15, 2026. I had bought the subscribtion on Groupon and had access to the account under Maplewood Foundation. It says contact your admin but when I click the admin group it says I dont have access to the admin or global admin either.Please help
