This is the second time one of my projects has been marked as spam! I've been on Behance for a few years and have posted around 29 projects, half of which have been featured by Behance. I have 8 "Best of Behance" projects and am a proud Behance Pro member.Behance Page: https://www.behance.net/numinousagency    Recent Issues with Project SpamIn the last 2 months, 2 of my projects have been marked as spam without any explanation. All of my projects follow the same layout, including those that have been featured. They consist of project images showcasing the design and identity process, along with links to my other social media and contact information (nothing new or out of the ordinary). That’s it—no nudity, no solicitation, no selling. Yet, for the second time, a project of mine was flagged just 1 day after posting. It had already received 150 likes and is a project I'm very proud of. So I've been trying to contact customer support for the past month, but every time I try to navigate to the customer support I keep being re-directed to the same page which doesn't have any contact info! only 'common questions'. - I finally was able to find adobe custom support phone number 800-833-6687 (Monday–Friday, 24 hours a day) just to find out it is DISCONNECTED?? the only way to speak to anyone is if you troll the robot chat till it gives up trying to help you by asking idiotic questions and you finally are in a queue to chat with a human.I was able to get this number in the end: 020-7365-0735 (Monday—Friday, 9am—5pm GMT), which will connect you to someone. You're welcome. Really fed up with Adobe customer support.

Since reinstalling CC on a newly formatted computer, all options to download previous versions of my apps is no longer available anywhere inside of CC. As a result, I contacted Adobe via chat, though I can't remember where I found the chat on the adobe website. I went through the support links dozens of times continually getting nowhere. I "think" it was from within my creative cloud apps panel on the website, but I honestly can't say for sure.Anyway, after getting through to someone who I assume was in India based on their name, and explaining that the option for previous versions was missing, their first suggestion was to allow them remote access, to which I said no. Then they said that's fine, and asked me to do what I'd already been trying to do for the past few hours, and upon getting nowhere, asked me again to provide remote access, to which I declined a second time. They gave me several links from within the chat to download CC uninstaller, and then to reinstall CC. I didn't cli

Hi There,My Behance account is no longer visible and all my projects are in private mode so they are not visible to the public.When I try to change the status of the projects from private to public, I can see that it is not possible.I have contacted Behance support and they replied to me a few days ago saying "All content on Behance that violates our community guidelines is made private".Then I asked which of my projects violate the community guidelines, but there is no answer. This must be a mistake, but I don't understand how they can block my profile without any prior communication.Can anyone help me? Has anyone had a similar experience that can help me? Thanks,

Bonjour,Depuis 10 jours j'ai un problème de crédits génératifs. Tout d'abord mes 250 crédits étaient epuisés, j'ai donc attendu le 22 novembre que mon abonnement redemarre et que les crédits se rechargent.Sauf qu'on est le 28 et que je n'ai toujours rien ! La seule solution de l'assistance c'est de me faire annuler mon abonnement pour en reprendre un mais cela ne m'interesse pas car pour un abonné après le 1er novembre 2023 le nombre de crédits tombe à 100.C'est totalement anormal de perdre mes avantages pour leur bug. Auriez vous une solution ?J'ai demandé qu'un responsable s'occupe de mon dossier mais la seule reponse que j'ai eu c'est que mon dossier est clos!

Looking for any key points or advice from the kind folks here who know how to do everything! I am looking at adding a MacBook Pro.   Currently using an older model iMac which will be retired - but only temporariIy.  For that haitus, however, the MacBook Pro (M4) will be the new computer work-home, for a few weeks.  Ideally, I would like Adobe CC, and all of the Adobe Apps (mainly LrC, PS, InDesign & Illustrator) and my Adobe Cloud contents to be functioning properly on the new MacBook Pro.  My work/files are all on an External HardDrive.  I only have the basic cloud storage plan and am not going to use it or rely on it for this setup, at this time.Because I am used to working exclusively on an iMac, so far, I suspect that there may be a lot of things that work differently or set up differently on a MacBook Pro and I would like to be informed and prepared ahead of time, especially because this laptop will eventuall become the "other" computer and I will

My account was banned on the suspicion of spam. I had just changed my username, and the next minute I know I get an email saying I was banned. I don't understand why and how. Please help me out here. I post all my work here, and use Behance like my portfolio. I have applied for an appeal,  but no reponse.

Hello Guys,I just updated to the latest macOS Ventura 13.0. Suddenly am getting a pop-up " CClibrary is damaged and can't be opened". It was not happening before the update. Is it a MacOS bug?Although, PS, LR are working fine.Please let me know if someone else got similar issues. Device: Macbook Air M2, 2022 Thanks 

When using the integration between Behance and Portfolio there seems to be a bug on the Behance side. If I work from Portfolio to Behance and than adapt the results in Behance (e.g. adding texts, labels or else) this works wel. However, because from LR to Portfolio to Behance the standard is a frame I find it easier to use imports from LR into Behance directly, but then the Behance portfolio is not integrated back into portfolio which means that the Behance version will be overwritten by the Portfolio portfolio whenever you try to repair it fromout of Portfolio. Anyway, loss of data and work may easily occur.   Looks like a bug to me.    

Whenever I delete images in Lightroom, it doesn't matter how many I delete, the size of my cloud content remains the same (which is over my limit).  Why might this be?

Ich war bisher mit meinem Account über ein Schulkonto angemeldet, dieses Abo wurde nun beendet. Seitdem sind sämtliche Dateien aus meiner Cloud verschwunden (ca. 8000 Fotos) und es gibt keine Möglichkeit diese einzusehen.Kann ich irgendwie erneut darauf zugreifen?Die angehängten Screenshots konnte ich über mein Ipad machen, da dieses ohne Internetverbindung noch im alten Account angemeldet war, demnach müsste bis vor wenigen Tagen ein Zugang zu meiner Cloud da gewesen sein.

I received an email today which said, "your profile name has changed from Starlight to DEL-StarlightThis change was made by your organization’s administrator. No action is needed on your part – your products, access, and account remain the same.and another one after that which states,You no longer have access to Creative Cloud All Apps + Adobe Stock in organization DEL-Starlight . What should I do now? I cant access any of my apps and projects but the plan expiry in the adobe account says next payment is on May 15, 2026. I had bought the subscribtion on Groupon and had access to the account under Maplewood Foundation. It says contact your admin but when I click the admin group it says I dont have access to the admin or global admin either.Please help

Hello,I recently (over 2 weeks ago) had CC installed on my computer. Adobe XD is supposed to be one of the tools included in the plan I joined but it is not listed on my CC to download. Is there I workaround I could follow and be able to download XD? Is the fact that XD is being discontinued affecting  users from being able to download XD? Thanks in advance for the help. V/r,JD

Cependant, comme je m’y attendais, avec le grand nombre de photos que j’importe, le site met beaucoup de temps à se charger. J’ai donc peur de perdre en visibilité, car mes clients risquent de se retrouver face à une page qui charge sans fin.Adobe Portfolio n’accepte pas les images au format WebP, et je n’ai pas envie de réduire la qualité de mes photos  (c’est essentiel pour mon travail de proposer des images de haute qualité)Auriez-vous une solution pour optimiser l’utilisation du portfolio lorsqu’il contient un grand nombre de photos ?Merci d’avance.

Pessoal, boa tarde, tudo bem? Desde novembro eu simplesmente não consigo fazer uma públicação de nenhum projeto meu no Behance. Todos eles passaram a aparecer como privados e quando edito e coloco como público aparece o erro abaixo. Não sei se é porque eu passei para o Adobe Portfólio. Já exclui o site, já clonei um projeto e editei, já tentei em outro navegador ou como anônimo. Enfim, nada funciona! Preciso muito da ajuda de vocês 😞  

I'm not referring to the Quick Access folder, but to a folder that's recently appeared in the DRIVE section of my file explorer navigation pane.  I'm not sure why it's listed with my drives, but it is. It has a crazy long name, (Creative Cloud Files Personal Account {my email} XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX@AdobeID), and the unpin registry hack doesn't remove it. I don't use Creative Cloud for file storage, and want this eyesore of a folder gone. Please help.

Hi - I am trying to clear up clutter and improve speed on my Windows 10 laptop. I noticed that I have two executable files that launch at startup named "CCXProcess.exe"These both utilize system resources. Can I delete one or the other safely? Any downside to disabling them both from autolaunching?Thanks for your help!

Now, every time I try to install it, it crashes. No error codes. Nothing. It just closes after like two seconds. Meanwhile, I'm having even less success with Photoshop, where the installer won't even load. Same with Audition (which I need at the moment). Any help would be appreciated!

Hello - I'm trying to launch illustrator (cc 2017). A screen saying  "Please wait a few moment" for more than 10 minutes without the software be launched. - Other softwares like Animate are correctly launched. - Need a fix to launch all Adobe softwares.

While the installed applications are universal, AKA Universal Binary 2 or supports both the legacy Intel code and the modern Apple Silicon code, the installer to get there is still Intel, so it forces the modern Mac to install Rosetta 2. That is presently not a big deal, but why is the installer still Intel? Next year, with macOS 27, Apple is expected to drop Intel support and also drop Rosetta 2, so you have less than a year to update.

There's no Portfolio community so I figured I'd post it here? I purchased an Adobe Creative cloud subscription through my university with Surfspot last year and made my photography portfolio website. I have renewed the subscription about two weeks after it expired with the same email address and such, but I cannot find my portfolio website in the edit tool? I tried creating a website with the same domain name and it said it was already in use so it should be saved somewhere right?  Does anuone know how to fix this, I've got loads of applications running with this email address so I desperately need it back!!
