I need Adobe's complete Image, and Asset Usage License requirements. I have a client that I want to remove myself totally from obligations, as they want me to sign a work-for document. I will be transfer ownership of my composite work, which includes Adobe images, fonts and other assets. I know with my other services, they allow me to use the items freely, as long as they are NOT part of TV broadcasts, and streaming services. (BTW if this is currently not part of the Adobe liscening please address ASAP and forward me an updated agreement via a link.)

Hi,I'm using CC libraries in Indesign to organize my adobe stock pictures.And this morning when i tried to open a file it said i had a missing link.The file with the missing link is in a cc library and the library only contains Adobe stock pictures.When trying to relink to the file in the CC library (because it's still in there) it said the file doesn't exist, i dont have the rights or the file is used by another program (wich isn't).I fixed it by making a new file, placing the image and making a package so then i have the file itself without the link to the library.Strange thing is that i could place the image in a new file.Other strange thing is that it was one image out of 4 from the library. the other 3 worked just fine.this isn't the first time happening. Does anybody have any ideas what went wrong?or does anybody know how to fix this?thanks.ps: i'm on an 27 inch 5k retina iMac 3,2 i5 with 24gb ram running macOS Sierra 10.12.4 and indesign CC 2017 12.1.0.56

All the files I was working on were stored in the cloud. It's been a little over two weeks since my subscription expired on April 22nd. Currently, all the files in the cloud have been deleted and cannot be verified. I knew that I could access files stored on the Creative Cloud server within 30 days of cancellation.If the user cancels their educational plan subscription and all cloud files are deleted,Adobe needs to notify the user immediately before the plan ends. It was never notified, and there's no provided window to ask if the user wanted to save the files as local files before the plan expired.Due to the above reasons, I would like to request a file recovery. Please restore my cloud files asap before the entire files get deleted on May 22nd.

Ever since I uninstalled premiere pro, every time I use shortcuts like alt tab, or command shift s, the creative cloud app opens asking me whether I would like to keep the preferences of the programme when uninstalling. No matter what I click, creative cloud tells me it has been uninstalled. Then I close the programme and the problem happens all over again. This is super annoying because I cannot use my laptop normally any more. I had to uninstall all adobe programmes to delete creative cloud and to try if a re-installation would solve it, but it did not. Provide me with a solution quickly because it is interfering with my work.

Hallo zusammen, ich suche schon stunden nach einer Lösung für mein Problem und gebe es langsam auf. Adobe sagt mir ich würde meinen Cloud Speicherplatz zu 68gb benutzen von 20gb die ich habe. Ich finde nirgendswo die Daten die diesen Platz belegen sollten, auch meine Creative Cloud Ordner für die Arbeiten ist nur zu 8gb belegt. Im Creative Web habe ich bereits die gelöschten Dateien entgültig gelöscht. Leider ist keine Snycro mehr möglich da der Platz angeblich voll ist. Wo kann ich sonst noch suchen.. besten DankMario

Auf meinem mac  bekomme ich die Meldung"creative cloud dienste sind gesperrt überprüfen sie ihre firewall-einstellungen " wie kann ich das ändern ?  Kann jemand helfen ?  Danke schon mal

I contacted the customer support of Adobe a while back on this, and also voted on this feature on a post when this was first brought forward in 2016 (which has now over 2k votes). Still I can't help but wonder why it is taking Adobe so long to make this basic feature available? It would increase the professional look of websites made by Adobe Portfolio significantly!!! and to have the text alligned on both sides is also a must for anyone working with news and writing. How do we get this to Adobe's attention?

Since yesterday (May 6th) I have the issue in Adobe Portfolio that whenever I create a new page for a project, the title image on the main page just vanishes. I tried to upload them again and also separately, the images are jpg and only have 100 KB and I always use Google Chrome. It worked perfectly 2 days ago, I changed nothing (like browser settungs...). I refreshed by browser and also cleared my cache and so on.In the project page, the images are still there. Is this a current Adobe problem? 

I'm working on my CC libraries and was wondering why are my libraries not showing the preview of the graphics and it just shows CC logo? if I double click on them or drag them, they do open the correct graphic is just you can se what you're dragging in since it doesn't show the preview.I read in this forum I had to log out then delete the library I had the error on  (I dont know which one was it) so I erased My personal library and is still not showing preview and now I lost personal library. 

Hi, I have been actively using the Adobe Photoshop cloud to save my working files, but noticed that all of my older files have gone missing -  I can only access files up to 4 months ago. Could someone from Adobe help me out on this issue please? Those files are very important to me.

I am planning to schedule one Adobe certification. During this process I have created one Adobe Id. After login to "https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/certification/program/technical-certifications/aa/aa-expert/aa-e-business.html?lang=en" this link when I tried to access "Adobe Credential Management System" which is "https://www.certmetrics.com/adobe",  it is showing me blank screens. looks like it is tried to do single sign on using my Adobe id and unfortunately ended up with blank screens. Kindly suggest. I tried different browser and also used incognito mode as well. It is still not working. Kindly help. I have to aprear for this certificaitn in another day or 2. Hi,  I have a small SSD system drive and want to move the Creative Cloud libraries location to a different, bigger one. CC keeps storing every single file I am buying and downloading from e.g. Adobe Stock and the file size is already huge. I have tried to locate this folder and deleted the downloads manually but the other day, all files were there again. Any help appreciated.  

Hello everybody,i have three website made with Portfolio and i would like to transfer ONLY ONE to an other Adobe account.Apparently it is possible to transfer from one private account to another private account but I wouldn't want to transfer all three sites. Actually, two are mine and I made the third for a friend and want to transfer that one to his account.Thank you in advance.

Photoshop requires a subscription (messed up, but got it)... that subscription reqiures Creative Cloud Desktop (ummmm... okay, but got it)... Creative Cloud Desktop has a bug that launches the Creative Cloud Desktop every time you tab between multiple monitors (see attached screenie). WTF? I cannot find a Windows PC fix anywhere here in the Adobe help community or online in general. Couple of articles around it, but nothing that fixes it. I have Launch Creative Cloud Services at login turned off in preferences (see attached), but there's nowhere else that I can tweak any other settings. I finally narrowed down when it's happening. When I tab between my monitors... it pops up. Like Paperclip from Microsoft Word in the late 90's. Anooying? I cnanot tell you the degree of which this is annoying... yes. It's annoying. It's not only popping up when I use Adobe products, though. CC will be turned off... and despite a fresh boot, when I hit "ALT TAB"... "Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop

Hey all,I have an unfortuate circumstance where someone uploaded a photo they didn't have permission to, to their website. The photo is not supposed to be online.They removed it from their Adobe Portfolio site but it is still cached in ***-***-***-cdn-cf1.myportfolio.comHow do I permantely get rid of all cached versions of the image? He deleted the gallery and images out of the backend of the site, or so he says. They still exist when you go directly to the CDN url.Thank you!

Currently I have a portfolio site that I made on a business account, which at the time had an active student license. Now that the license is expired, I would like to migrate the portfolio site to my personal profile, however, whenever I try to log into Adobe Portfolio I'm not able to select the business profile and it will automatically sign me up with my personal profile. I cannot access the site from there unfortunately. I already turned off automatic sign in to personal profile in my Adobe account settings, that too didn't solve the issue. If I log into my regular Adobe account it does let me choose a different profile, but not with Adobe Portfolio.  I hope someone knows how to resolve this issue or knows what is wrong.Thank you in advance!

So I created a second Adobe Portfolio site as I didn't realise I could create a new collection page. The second one is not a custom URL so now I know I can create a new collection page, I'd just like to import those pages from the new one, rather than gathering all the images and again and reuploading etc I can't seem to find an option. Is this possible?
