Hello! I have been updating my Adobe portfolio as I do almost two or three weeks. The website keeps crashing everytime I try to save or launch the portfolio and it clears collections of images I have spent hours arranging. And its been more than once. I have to admit that for photography it can be quite difficult and frustrationg to make our websites with Adobe Portfolio. There are very few options and the interface misses some very basic things necessary for a photography portfolio, like not being able to make a slideshow and no options to show the buttons when you actually enter to the image and want to slide to the next. For now, I would just like to know if this is also happening to anybody else?

I'm a freelancer working with a 6-person corporate team. They have shared a CC library to begin collaborating. I accepted the Collaboration invitation in CC Notifications, but nothing has loaded (I've waited 2 hours before checking again.Attached is the screen I get when clicking the 'Start Collaborating' link. Any guesses what else I can do to get access to this library?!

Morning!Had a bit of this last night having ti sign in and out loads of times only to be unceremoniously kicked out maybe 10 minutes later. Anyone else having this issue today / last 24hrs?Got this today which is a firstI'll reboot etc but this is incredibly frustrating. Just need to get on and work!!

Hi, I am experiencing the following issue with my Adobe Portfolio: when viewing an embed (iframe) module on mobile, it changes its size to full-screen, so without the padding on the sides (that the text modules etc. do have).Is there any way I can change the iframe embed to resize the same as the rest of the modules? The yellow highlight shows the embed (it's a Lottie animation btw), where you can see that the rest of the text has some space on the left and the embed does not.Thanks for your help.

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out syncing files to the creative cloud. The media company I work with has the business Adobe plan, and we were hoping to use it as a place to collaborate on video work, among other things. So far, the only assets I've been able to upload that other team members can see on their own devices are Adobe file types. Is there any way to upload other file types so that other team members can see them on their own devices? I want to be able to upload all b roll (mp4, etc) and photos (jpegs) so that other team members can see them and pull them into projects. Is this possible? The files I have synced to the cloud via my native folder on my windows computer are not seen by my team members in their native folders. I was hoping we could use CC as a sort of Dropbox location and archive to be able to pull files from easily, but it's not looking like I can use it that way. Any help would be amazing!

Hello anybody come across this error too? Im a mac user and I cannot sync my file for some reason. Tried giving permissions and all other fixes from the link "Error Code 198" but nothing worked. Its exhausting because I cannot use downloaded fonts and stuff like that.Version of the app - 6.1.0.587

I am a small business owner and have multiple subscriptions to Adobe Acrobat DC that my team uses. I am also a photographer and subscribe to Adobe's photography platform that includes Lightroom and Photoshop. Beyond some minor complaints about how clunky it is, at times, to work with PDF's in Acrobat (changing colors is cumbersome, changing the properties of tools is cumbersome) I am satisfied with the products I have purchased.  I, however, HATE... with a white hot hatred... the way that the new "profiles" have been rolled out. I am constantly having to sign in and out of profiles to switch between apps that used to just work when I clicked on them... for example, Lightroom under my personal "profile" will not allow me to work with it if I am signed into my Acrobat DC account under my professional "profile" and there is no way that I have been able to find in Lightroom to rectify this... I have to log out of my professional "profile" on Acrobat DC (which closes every file I

Hello, I had been saving files into the Creative Cloud for several weeks. My Mac Mini just crashed and I tried to access my CC files online. However, many of the most recent files I had saved are missing. Is there any way to retrieve them? 

Hi all,  I understand that portfolio is not a blogging site, however, I was thinking about this and wonder if I could work around it by creating a 'collection' that is essentially full of blog posts. There's the option of having the dates on there, and with a new page you can pretty much edit it as if it's any other blog.  Has anyone tried this before?? Would this help my SEO, with keywords and whatnot. I don't want to fully commit to it if it doesn't actually do anything for my SEO rankings.  Cheers, 

Hello, I don't know where to ask this. I want to make an artist portfolio using Adobe Portfolio, it's very easy to use but I can't figure out what pixel size the images ought to be. For example, instagram asks for 1080x1080 pixel size for their images, easy peasy. I can't find the specific dimensions for Adobe Portfolio, I understand that it resizes and compresses accordingly (awesome) but it's still very vague.Depending on the them I use, some images are cropped and fit awkwardly in their container, if I knew the exact dimensions needed I could stop that from happening, right? (I attached a screenshot showing what I mean). Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! 

Hi everyone, I'm building my portfolio site via Adobe Portfolio, with the Andreas theme, and I failed to find a way to change the width of masthead text & masthead title. All you can do is set the margins of top & bottom - not right and left, nor can you set different width. It doesn't look good. Has anyone managed to solve it? 

On my laptop I only want to sync specific folders or files with Creative Cloud. On my Desktop I want to sync all the files between both devices. Dropbox has a feature that allows you to select which cloud files to sync per device, can I accomplish this with CC?

Feature to choose which files should be downloaded and which should be kept on the Cloud rather than the entire gamut of files being downloaded to local drive.Online, 1000s of people have asked for this feature, every collegue I work with in the industry complains about this not being in place - we're still awaiting the HUGE need for this feature to be met. Hello! I have created in Adobe Analytics a segment for URLs (I only need some to contain some specific words) and I extract my data using Report Builder. I've noticed that my counts for Page Views, Visits, Engaged Visits, Entries, Exits, Total Seconds Spent are changing for historical data (ex: may 2023). Yesterday I had a smaller count than today when I have checked again in Adobe Analytics Workspace. Same scenario last week. Counts are different than this week (for historical data, so 2022 and months before december 2023)Is there any issues with Adobe Analytics or anybody knows why the counts are changing?

Hallo zusammen.Mein Abo wurde seitens Adobe wohl einfach beendet nachdem es beim Lastschrifteinzug Probleme gab.Merkwürdigerweise hatte sich bei meiner Bankverbindung zwischenzeitlich nichts geändert, nur meine Kreditkarte wurde zwischenzeitlich getauscht.Das Abo lief aber über ein reguläres Konto und nicht über die Kreditkarte.Es wurde trotzdem erstmal nichts abgebucht.Nachdem ich die Kreditkarte erneuert hatte und diese zur Zahlung eingestellt hatte wurde der monatliche Betrag auch abgebucht. Trotzdem wurde mir jetzt der Account auf einen eingeschränkten Modus umgestellt.Was kann da los sein?Vielleicht liest der Support ja hier mit und hat eine Lösung parat.Telefonisch und auch per Chat konnte mir bisher niemand weiterhelfen.

I have a Enterprise account, I'm trying to share a  library in my CC with a person outside my company with a personal account. I sent the invitation but the person doesn't receive any email or notification. How can I solve this?

 I had an active subscription with adobe creative cloud for 5 years through my university. However the subscription got ended possibly due to submission of my PhD. I got no notification of the cancellation and thus only realised a few days back that I don’t have access to creative cloud. I had data on the cloud that I hadn’t backed up and now I can’t seem to access that. When I access the files page on my account, it says no files but I can see that it is using 4.1 GB of space. Most of it was files on cloud through use of Fresco on a Tablet. Is there any way I could get a back up of my files?I have contacted adobe support and was suggested to post here to see if community experts can help. So far I have seen files and libraries tab on my account but no files seem to exist there. Only at the bottom left it says that I am using 4.1 GB. Will be huge help if somebody has encountered something similar, particularly if they had an account through university or work place. 

Two or three times I week, I start my morning with a pop-up saying Creative Cloud needs to be repaired. I say yes then a long download starts. Is there someway to find out what the error is and/or what is in system configuration causing this frequent repair need?I'm using Windows 10, have the latest PS and LRC installed.Thanks 

Hi,I had previously added a custom domain to a Portfolio site that was on my then-employers account. I no longer work for the company and am now trying to use the same domain name on a new Portfolio in a new Adobe CC account.When I try and connect the domain I get the following message: This domain is already connected to an Adobe Portfolio site There is no option to disconnect the domain on this page or anywhere else. I have made sure that the DNS settings are pointing to Adobe, but it still seems to be recognising the domain from before and sending it to the 'site not found' page. Please help as I desperately need to apply for jobs using the domain and my new Portfolio. 

Hi, probably the wrong place to post but I need help with the Adobe Portfolio site.I have rollover turned off. I don't know why this keeps happening every time I hover my mouse over my logo. The font/size changes and I'm not sure why.I'm assuming there is some sort of glitch, rollover really is on, somewhere but I don't know where, or this is just how adobe portfolio works?Can someone help me... what am I missing?

Hi guys, sorry for the extraordinary title, but I really need help as I use Adobe for everything I do at work.I pay an Adobe plan which gets me all the apps - the student one. Last days I have been facing an issue with After Effects and Photoshop, and I think it might be a problem with Adobe Creative Cloud which I can't solve. In resume, my After Effects do not render - it just doesn't. It takes hours to render a video that before it would take like 2 or 3 minutes, and mostly it just freezes on the last frame. It was only one time I could render, the others it would never render and stopped at the last frame. With Photoshop, I can't open anything. It gives me that error which says "Photoshop can't open this file because of a program error". I tried to uninstall, restart, restart my PC, I tried absolutely everything I could do to reset the preferences, and it still doesn't work. All of this happened on sudden, at one day I was working normally, shut down my laptop for the
