I need to access a previous version of a .psdc from my Cloud files. The current documentation has instructions for versioning documents that include a "timeline" button which grants access to previous versions of a Cloud document. I am currently using Creative Cloud Desktop version 5.9.0.372. I will also point out that the "timeline" button is absent from the Creative Cloud web app too.  

Hey there, I am just here to express my frustration about the current black friday sales popup in my creative cloud app. It shows me this large popup wiith a special offer and only one button "Upgrade Now" and that's it. I can't access any settings for apps or update apps through the creative cloud app right now. I hardly get angry about things but this is SO annoying. Like what in the world are they thinking?Is this a bug? I can only click upgrade in the app and it takes me to the Adobe website. That's all I can do in the creative cloud app today.

De même que j'ai remarqué que Lightroom ou encore After Effect n'est pas disponible alors qu'il est encore stipulé que oui il est. How do I remove the Upgrade message whenever I start Creative Cloud? It's obnoxious and reflect on what has happened to Adobe.

Is there going to be a price reduction on the subscription plans since the Cloud feature is going away? 1TB Cloud Storage is a big reason why many companies choose enterprise over personal, since this feature is being discontinuated, the price for the user should reflect that. Saving to "Cloud Documents" is not a good solution, since many projects require files with types not supported by "Cloud Documents". Usually video projects require tons of assets that are saved with the project file. How is that going to work since Premiere and After Effects don't support "Cloud Documents". I believe since this feature is being removed, the price of the subscription should be reduced too!!!

Ich habe ein Studenten Abo, aber mir wird plötzlich in der creative cloud angezeigt, dass die meisten Programme nicht in meinem Abo sind. Ich bin auch eingeloggt in der CC, aber es wird auch angegeben, dass es einen "Fehler bei der Bibliothekssynchronisation" gibt. Aber wenn ich auch das Reload Symbol neben der Nachricht klicke, passiert auch nichts. Also weiß ich nicht, was ich mit der Fehlernachricht anfangen soll. Ich hab versucht ein Programm aus dem Ordner auf meiner Festplatte zu öffnen, wo es installiert ist, und das hat trotzdem funktioniert.

Hello,  I've experimented with numerous fonts, resulting in a list of over 800 "Removed Fonts." Is there a method to clear out my "Removed Fonts" list?

Just out of curiosity, does adobe go out of their way to make their product as difficult as possible to use? Over the last month, I have had to delete every single adobe app I have, just to reinstall The creative cloud content manager. Its incredibly fun to do so, as you can imagine. 

I follow the instructions to download adobe fonts to the Creative Cloud app but can't get it to work.  The instructions say to open the Creative Cloud desktop app, select the fonts icon, click browse fonts, then when you find a font you like then click on 'Add Family' button.  When I find a font i like, there is no Add Family button to click on.  I have the free plan for Creative cloud.  Do you need to have paid subscription to be able to download fonts?

Hi Community, I hope someone could help. Since about two month we are facing a daily issue. We are missing files in the creative cloud that have been there the day before. Then someone form our team finds it in his/her bin. But no one deleted the files. We see files in the bin every day with out any one deleting files. Does anyone have the same problem?We have some colleagues who are using an external drive for synchronization with the creative cloud due to file sizes. Could this cause this problem? 

My battery usage has significantly decreased on my new apple mac book pro in the last couple of months. It says the app that is using significant energy is Adobe core sync. Is this something I can remove without affecting the functionality of my adobe apps? If so, how do I remove it? Thank you.

As an avid adobe CC user for my marketing company, everyone on my team as well as the entire community of editors I'm apart of are ALL slowly gravitating away from Adobe as a whole. Adobe used to be the ONLY choice when It came to graphic design, video editing, or special FX. These days, not even close. As camera technology has gotten better, editing styles have evolved and file sizes/formats have changed adobe is falling behind BAD. The software features themselves are really great, but with zero new optimization or really ANY fresh features in the past 3 years of updates for Pr and Ae, these programs are almost UNUSABLE - they're the most EXPENSIVE ones too! Even with a borderline NASA SUPERCOMPUTER you can't view video in real time raw, and don't even get me STARTED on editing with even one effect added on. Even CAPCUT... a FREE PIECE OF SOFTWARE has taken over Pr for me because I don't have 6 days to edit a single video. Time to edit is very important when you're trying to run a bu

Hi everyone, This seems pretty easy but I really got sick because of this problem. My computer's language is german but in the preferences menu, I already set the default language as English in the creative cloud desktop app. Still, every time when I install adobe software from CC, it comes with german and only works after a full de-installation and a new installation even though the default language setting is done before the installation. so I feel like maybe there is a bug in CC App. I checked online but couldn't see a similar issue. Does anyone have suggestions about it, It would be appreciated! Thanks in advance and cheers! 

Hello,  Creative Cloud Manager will not load Home, or Apps. "Your apps are taking longer than usual to load. Relauch CC or restart your computer." https://status.adobe.com/  Did the reboot thing, etc.  

I switched over to Creative Cloud file storage from Google Drive given that seems the direction Adobe is attempting (and failing miserably) to move, but my sync is short by over 40 gigs (and that's not because my plan is too small given I have the 1 TB plan) and I can't let go of Google Drive because I legitimately have zero faith in CC's abilities to sync anything whatsoever in a reliable manor. Something always fails to upload because Adobe had this brilliant idea to put character/file naming limitations unlike literally every other alternative service out there (see Google Drive, Dropbox, GFS, Backblaze, and even Microsoft OneDrive), and the entire sync halts as a result. I keep showing that 100 out of 26368 files are synced and I'm unsure how to reset this crap. If Adobe can't fix this, they owe it to their customers to refund every dollar for the 1TB plan grouped with the CC all apps plan.

Hi all. I've seen that other people have had the same problem as I'm currently having but I can't see any answers where the user is able to resolve this without help from Adobe... so I'm posting this whilst knowing it already exists in other threads! Apologies. So my 100GB of Cloud Storage was nearly full this morning. I visit Creative Cloud web / Launch more / Synced files / Deleted. The list of files ranges from files deleted over the past few days to in some instances files that were deleted 7 years ago! I've managed to permanently delete some of the more recently deleted files; however, anything from over month or so ago just brings up a "Could not delete asset permanently" message. Any help to empty the old files out would be gratefully received. Thanks in advance. 🙂

I have two adobe accounts. One account is Creative Cloud and 10 assets per month. The other account is Adobe Stock and 10 assets per month. Each accounts have different a different email account name. The account that has only the Stock and 10 assets has suddenly stopped showing my library and does not show any available assets. I had more than 100 available last week. Can anyone explain why this account has suddenly been stripped of my history and available assets?  I use a Mac if that is pertinent to the issue. Thanks.

I installed the Creative Cloud Add-In in both Word and PowerPoint. While in Word everything seems to work as expected, in PowerPoint I am not able to work with the colors from the CC libraries. On the library panel all colors appear dimmed . I tried clicking on them to apply as fills on shapes or text but it didn't work. Am I doing something wrong? I am able to place artwork from the libraries, but the colors do not seem to work.

I purchased an Annual Adobe Plan last summer, and this morning it's saying that my trials have all expired on my apps. I go to my account and it says that my "admin" hasn't assigned my account any apps, and my account is showing no record of my purchased plan, yet I have the confirmation emails. What do I do? I have a very big presentation in 4 days!!!!

HiI have had the error of Creative Cloud telling me i cant save in my folder because i dont have permission, for the last month or so. EXTREMELY frustrating. Today it had a new update for creative cloud, and it seemed like that bug had gone away. Which made me happy, because now i can use a product that i pay for every month.....  Unfortunately, my Creative Cloud was not fixed, but instead became completely useless.. now i am stuck in an infinite "syncing" loop, that will not allow me to sync new files at all.I have tried all suggested bug fixes but nothing helps...Seriously... i have been using photoshop for the last decade, and i rarely had any issues with it. But since changing it to the cloud format, and since i started using creative cloud, i have been showered with bugs and errors on a regular basis... come on??!Please help?Regards Frederik

Every time I load Lightroom I get the warning below. Then when I cklick the arrows all seems ok. How do I stop it appearing all the time? I am running Sonoma OS on a iMac.
