creative clowd fails to show me all of the products i have signed up for. up until about a month ago i CC would show me the 4 products i have signed up for, and I could also click the update button, when there were updates to appaly. the 4 products it used to show me are Lightroom CLassic; Camera Raw; Photoshop; Lightroom vers 6[ which i no longer use] But now Creative Cloud does not show Photoshop or LR vers 6. It only shows LR Classic and Cam Raw as my products. Note i am happily running LR classic and photoshop vers 24.2. Obviously i want to update photoshop to 24.5, but i fail to see how i can do that. I am a windows user. And Creative CLoud is running version 5.10.0.573 which i believe is the latest. Assitance and guidance on how ro resolve would be appreciateds.

Somehow, I lost the CC/Adobe link/icon that used to appear in the Sidebar of a Finder's window under Favorites. I hope that makes sense. Here's a screenshot that shows where it used to be.  Could someone please point me to the help file explaining how to return it? Thanks!

Most of my files are synced but some of my files are not syncing to my local CC folder even though they appear on the web. I cannot delete these files over the web. Anyone have a solution for this situation?

I have an this error where it says that my Creative Cloud app says that it's an old version despite my computer being 22H2, can someone help me with that problem? 

i have no need for the adobe software so i am trying to delete it but it decided it required an update to delete the software 

i deleted my creative cloud files, all of them and it keeps saying this "the number of assests and collections in your creative cloud account is too large"its empty and keeps saying it this, how can i reset this? also it keeps showing theres 686.1 out of 1TB.

Hi,I usually work across the desktop Photoshop and ipad Fresco & Photoshop app. At that point I really depend on Creative Cloud synchronizing service.But recently, ipad-created files have been not opened in desktop Photoshop and desktop Fresco. It just loads forever, like that image uploaded.However it opens well in web photoshop, weird. So I thought the cause is not in the ipad synchronization, but in my desktop. I reinstalled Adobe CC, Photoshop, also downgraded it and it dosen't work yet.Funny thing is that file which created in desktop then painted in ipad, it opened well in desktop again, but ipad-drawn things are not exist. It was just ignored.I have large volume at my HDD yet, latest version apps in ipad, and I don't know why it happens.At this rate I cannot use sync function at all, my favorite advantage of CC.Is there anyone who knows what's wrong or have suffered from save issue?

Hello!I have a problem, when i start to install Creative Cloud for desktop it's going ok, but after 4-10% of installetion it starts to run very fast and then the window dissapears and nothing happens- Creative Cloud doesn't appear on the desctop. Please help, thank you in advance🕊️

I don't know what to do.  Every ounce of my patience has expired ... I spent FIVE HOURS online with Adobe support on Thursday night.  Eventually they said my issue needed to be sent to the "senior trainer" to sort out.  They would give me an update in 24 hours.  They didn't.  I contacted them again. They said to give them another 24 hours.  The thing I contacted them about initially was for help installing updates in Lightroom Classic which I use regularly.  By the end of the five hours, they had uninstalled LRc AND removed our anti-virus software.  And we hadn't even addressed the updates.  I was left WORSE OFF after dealing with them :'(   I haven't been able to deliver on a project for a client.  And I've missed the cut off date for photography club related entries.  I am FURIOUS, but no one is hearing me, I keep getting shrugged off.  The problem appears to be with the Creative Cloud app, it gets jammed

On my Windows PC (AMD 5900X CPU), I found that with Adobe CC Desktop and the "CEF Helper" apps running in the background, the CPU will "idle" at 17 Watts. This is with no Adobe applications running. If I kill CEF Helper and all the other Adobe CC and updater background apps, my idle power drops down below 3 Watts. (This is CPU power as reported by the Ryzen Master software)Looking at Task Manager, Adobe CEF Helper is always using at least 1% CPU even when everything is idle. That also means that software like Ryzen Master and Windows Tasks manager, which are monitoring resource usage and updating graphs on screen a couple times a second, are using much much less CPU than the Adobe "background" tasks!14W may not sound like a lot, but multiply that by a million PCs running this software and what a waste of power! 

The files in my "Users\username\Creative Cloud Files" don't match the files in the Cloud app and Cloud URL. The status in the app is "Files Syncing - Up to date" The files in the app/web have a green tick mark implying they are synced.Meanwhile, in the "Creative Cloud Files" folder on my MAC there are a different set of files, also with a tick as if they are synced. I tried deleting the entire "Creative Cloud Files" folder. Deleting all the .db files in the CoreSync folder. Rebooting so that a new Creative Cloud Folder was created. Put some new files into the new Creative Cloud Files folder. Waited for the green tick mark to appear. No sign of the new files in the cloud. no sign of the old cloud files in the MAC folder. Waited a few hours. Still nothing. The Cloud App thinks synching is working, but nothing is appearing in the MAC folder, and visa versa. What am I missing here? 

Please point me to a way to learn about getting my files backed up on the Cloud.  I have been able to create folders on the Cloud but after selecting Open Sync folder on the bottom left - and selecting files, nothing shows up in the folder.  This is odd .... as looking at my Adobe Account, I can clearly see the images under the Recent section on my Account page.  I'm sure there is a sync option which might make copies automatically but I want to be more selective in the files I save the the Cloud.

So now I have to plans linked to my account. I am logged in with my account and I don't know what to change, I don't even see his license in the account section. What can I do? Thank you

Hello, I currently have the problem that the cloud syncs for an infinitely long time after the restart. This only stops when I create a folder in the library. Synchronization works from PC to cloud. If I create a folder in CC Web, it does not appear on the PC. When reinstalling CC, it worked until restarting the PC. I have the problem on all computers where Adobe CC is installed. The support could not help me, except that I should reinstall CC. Does anyone here have similar problems? Thanks Martin

I may be missing something about the libraries, but I can't seem to get it to save anything useful that has styles or adjustments applied. Example 1I have a square filled with green. The green is screened back to 20%.I can only save the color to a CC Library at 100%. Example 2I have a text frame set up as a green square with a blue outline and the bottom right corner is rounded through an object style.When I save to the library, all the individual styling elements are saved separately into the library, as well as the original object. (I only need the original object.) Is there some setting that will save only the object I'm adding, and include all setting as it appears before adding it?thanks!

Laden Sie eine neue Kopie herunter und installieren sie diese = > Reparatur. Am nächsten Tag nach dem Herunterfahren von LR: :Diese Fehlermeldung habe ich schon öfter bekommen, ohne dass ich eine Fehlfunktion feststellte. sfc /scanow findet keinen Fehler,,,Im Netz wird geraten, den Notification Helper zu deaktivieren wg. der hohen Auslastung des CPU.Den Adobe Acrobat benütze ich nicht mehr...Kann sich jemand daraus einen Reim machen?Liebe GrüßeRobertRobert

I have a shared library with a co-worker and when they add assets to it, I dont see them on my end in my library. When I go to check my file syncing settings, it just shows a spinning wheel with no movement whatsoever (see screenshot). I've tried logging out of CC, restarting my computer, etc with no sucess. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I need help! I recently graduated from college (yay). During the last day of school, we were told that we would continue to have access to our adobe applications and everything until July 31. Surprise surprise, they messed up and terminated all accounts two days ago. I had thankfully downloaded all of my files before then, but of course, an .AI file I was working on - one that was for a client - was not downloaded since I had started it a few days ago and hadn't had the chance to save it to my harddrive. I've put hours of work into it already and I need it to send to my client. The good news is that I contacted the school tech support, they apologized for the error, and reinstated my email account. Unfortunatly, they neglected to reinstate the adobe account. Good. I'm already 99.9% sure that the moniotr noise is caused by the app. Every now and then I reinstall the system as part of better hardware performance on my Surface Studio 2. I have a SAMSUNG U32J59x monitor connected to it with a 1.4 hdmi cable (I use the same cable to connect it to my laptop from time to time and the problem does not occur). And every time, now this was visible to the naked eye - after installing the application - one of the monitors every now and then displays a "broken" screen for one millisecond. These are sporadic and non-regional glitches / display disturbances. On one monitor or the other. At first I thought it was due to the second screen, but after a while the problem started to occur even when working on one monitor. It's hard for me to catch this phenomenon because it lasts for a second or less and is unpredictable (I don't record my work 24/7 and I don't intend to, but if there's no other way to prove that it's due to your product, I'll sacri
