Questions

In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator are all incompatible with my Mac op. Do I need to upgrade in order to use any Creative Cloud programmes?  Help!

Je ne retrouve plus lightroom classic et photoshop sur mon ordinateur.Dans Creative Cloud, ils ont l'air installé, mais quand je clique, rien ne s'ouvre.Une idée? 

Whenever i try to install Illustrator or Creative Cloud, it says to authenticate on Browser, when it opens my browser it automatically signs me in, then it tells me to close out of  the browser and go back to the Installer. when I do the installer sends me back to the browser and repeats that process over and over again. Ive tried restarting the installation, switching browsers, and restarting my computer. I havent found any other people with this issue either.

Four days ago, re-installed my old copy of Creative Suite 6 on a Windows machine following a hard driove failure and despite having a valid serial number associated with my account, I'm unable to register the application. This doesn't only affect Photoshop but all Adobe CS6 software instaleld on my computer. When launching the app, I'm greeted with a dialog box asking me to sign-in before the trial expires, and when doing so -- using valid credentials -- I'm met with a message informing me that "for security reasons your access was temporarily disabled." I've tried repeatedly but my account remains "disabled". I should add that I am able to log into the Adobe website just fine using the exact same credentials. Hopefully there's a solution to this that doesn't involve having to update to CC.

Yea, adobe cut my paid $500 CS6 suite off stopping the disk load knowing it's hard to locate out-of-business resellers with who adobe registered your software with your name and serial number back then. People blame windows 10 but I found out its Adobe that wants everyone to do the CC subscription especially after going public stock market. Adobe doesn't care about making enemies, only $$$ money. Actually, they did me a favor because it forced me to try and learn other programs like free DaVinci resolve and perpetual easier up-to-date Ai programs like Filmora, Affinity Photo, ''Luminar Neo from Ukraine'', inPixo, and a host of others. These programs may not have longevity user support establishment, but I'm very satisfied and will never look back at Adobe.

Hi everyone - I dessperately need help with my CS6 activation. I bought the products, I have the serial which have been validated but I have a new computer and have not de-activated from the previous laptop I had as it just died! As you know we are limited to two computers. Problem is, I need both my laptops so need to de-activate the one that crashed.However, I have been trying to get in touch with Adobe to get them to help (as they recommend in the help center!) but keep looping back to a page from which you cannot contact them. Anyone out there that can put me out of my misery please? That would be greatly appreciated. Thank you a zillion in advance as I can't afford to buy a subscription. Hence the reason why I am still working with my CS6 downloads 😉 Laurence  

are you kidding me, a massive penalty to cancel a subscription, wtf,no thanks , too greedy, been using premiere since ver5i dont want creative cloud and all the bollox that goes with it, just a video editor and you load up lots crap on my computer then want to rip me offprice has gone up 3 fold yes 3 times more expensive in under 2 years ,like insurance companies you dont give for loyalty you take, big mistake consumers are wiser nowgoodbye adobe

It should be a simple and straightforward question...but this being Adobe, it's anything but.So, simple question: how do I download After Effects and Premiere Pro 2021? They're not showing up as old versions of the apps anymore.I have a standalone installer for AE2018, which I've guarded more or less with my life because it's the last version that had ray tracing (yes I still use that for things, C4D doesn't do transparency). I never thought I'd need to hunt down installers like that for the 2021 apps, but they're proving invaluable because in a lot of ways they work better than 2023 does.Help???

I purchased Photoshop Elements on 12/30/2014 and would like to download it to my MacBook Pro.  I run Sierra // Version 10.12.5

I had Dreamweaver CS6 (I know, but my husband prefers it, so I still have it) installed on two computers. The laptop started to die, so I uninstalled everything I might want to migrate before taking it for repair. It is not repairable, and won't restart at all any more. I did officially do "uninstall", I didn't just delete the files and folders, and I assumed it would phone home to Adobe to report that. Apparently not. Now, when I try to install it on the replacement computer, it tells me I already have versions on 2 computers, and I need to de-activate one. How do I inform Adobe that the phantom program is no longer on the now-dead computer?

Hello, I have had Adobe Premiere on myy computer for two years. It was purchased through my city IT dept. The subscription recently expired without my knowledge, and I re-purchased the subscription with my city credit card. However, while it shows I purchased it, I cannot access Premiere on my computer. It's as if I never purchased the subscription. Can anyone help direct to how to get access? 

Has anyone ever successfully applied tax exemption to their account? I've been trying to do so for months. Every time I submit a form I'm told its the wrong one or that it's the wrong format, despite following the directions I've been given (which have been vague and changed frequently). This has been an infuriating process, so any help would be appreciated.

I need to update Lightroom and Photoshop, but since this morning, I haven't been able to.Every time I try to click on 'update' in Creative Cloud, a window pops up saying that I don't have an internet connection when I don't have any issues of this kind. Speaking with other colleagues, they are also experiencing this problem. How can I solve it? Thank you!!

so, im about to buy adobe flash and i need adobe flash cs6 specifically. If i buy adobe flash, can i have access to cs6 products?

The CC app has disappeared from the header bar at the top of my screen.I can still open and use the individual apps (InDesign, Photoshop, etc) but can't access the CC app.Does this mean I need to completely re-install Creative Cloud to my machine?

Hi, I'm hoping to get a solution for this. Please read fully..Laptop Specs:Intel i5-6200 @ 2.30 GHz500 GB HDD8 GB RAMWindows 7 ProSo my client has Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 and Adobe Premiere Elements 14. Both are working fine. Until yesterday, she calls me and says her Photoshop isn't working. Adobe Premiere still opens just fine. But Adobe Photoshop won't launch or even create a background process ( looked into ending the process, but it's not even running as a background). I tried opening the shortcut and the actual exe file from the installation folder, still no avail. We tried rebooting countless times. I also tried logging in as admin. Is there anything that she did that caused it not to open? I tried searching all over but could not find a similar issue to this.Thanks in advance!

I don't (unfortunately) use Creative Suite products very much at the moment, but I do want to occasionally and get quite high value from them when I do. I would probably like to take out a single month's subscription (and then cancel) to Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign 2-4 times a year in total. It looks as though I can do this through the month-to-month membership, but I'd be grateful if someone could confirm this is an "approved" (if slightly odd) way of having a Creative Cloud subscription.

I did all the troubleshooting guides and nothing, it always showed error 206 or error 207, I installed new Windows and then when I enter my account id and password to continue installing it either loops to where I need to enter my credentials again or error 206

So... I can't believe I'm the only person with this issue: Since the April Win 10 update, I've been having extreme problems with Creative Cloud app on Windows 10. I went so far as to do a "Fresh Start" install on my system. What I've discovered is that the Win 10 Creative Cloud app causes the Windows 10 File Explorer to display the "green bar of doom" whenever you try to do a file system operation.  What's the solution to this?  (At present, it looks to me like Adobe needs to update Creative Cloud app. But I "could" be wrong...)In case this doesn't make sense:1. Starting with an entirely fresh install of the latest Windows 10 (with MAY update)...2. Things work fine...3. Until... One installs Adobe Creative Cloud...4. And then, when one opens the File Explorer, everything is more or less broken...5. One gets the "green bar of doom" forever and one can never see/interact with ones files.It's been this way for me since April Win 10 update.And, as I explained above, this is clear

Why am I always loading? I've tried everything and nothing helps.

I have tried every solution online. It gets to about 2% in download then rushes to 100% before displaying the error message. I have had creative cloud on my computer in the past. My specs: Windows 10 Pro Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz - I've gone through this entire page (https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html)- My windows is updated and I've done these steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/download-install/kb/unable-to-reach-adobe-servers.html- I've disabled my firewall- I've run as adminstrator- I've cleaned my computer from all Adobe stuff before trying to reinstall- I checked my connection to the Activation servces on the Adobe site, both were good- My host file is fine Please help me!
