I bought the photography plan, and i'm only able to install lightroom. Photoshop and lightroom classic appear with a "buy" button even though i have the plan. how can i resolve this issue?

I recently upgraded to a new Apple Silicon Macbook Air. I tried to upgrade to the latest versions of Creative Cloud and the apps I use after the migration. After recurring issues trying to connect to Adobe servers, I realised that my student account wasn't verified, and assumed that was the problem. This morning I got verification and tried again. I still couldn't install anything. Then using a combination of the Adobe tools and manual removal of any Adobe files on the Mac, I cleaned everything out and restarted. I was able to install CC, and then Acrobat, but I'm still unable to install Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign, getting various error messages that the servers could not be reached (including error codes 119, 201 and 207). I've tried on two different internet connections - this is not the problem. Now I can't even open CC (although I can open Acrobat), let alone install anything. I need help! thanks in advance

Hello! I tried several times using my Adobe softwares but I can't install them on my computer (Windows 11) because Adobe Creative Cloud doesn't open: progress wheel keeps spinning. I already tried following Adobe advices (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html?product=Creative%20Cloud%20Desktop&product-version=5.10.0.573&mv=product&mv2=accc) bu it still doesn't work. Does anybody had the same issue? I am a decades-long career user of Adobe products and a massive fan.But I hate with a burning passion the "Verifying Adobe software... " message that launches when I launch my programs the first time. Sometimes the verification process takes an unacceptably long time to open.  Don't put us through this!IF this process must happen, INCORPORATE it into the update process. We all know when we choose to update the software that we EXPECT it to take some time. But NOT when we simply open the program!!! Make this verification process INVISIBLE to us. The lag time is excrutiating. We don't want to watch that cursed progress bar. Yes, we're impatient. And you've served us much better in the past. We know you can fix this. Appreciatively, K

Premiere Pro will NOT install on my computer (Windows 10 Pro x64) . I was trying to install Premiere Pro on my computer because I wanted an editing app, and when I tried to install it, it said "Installation failed''. I deleted some things on my computer, and it still won't let me install it. I just want oversimplified answers to this. Should restarting my computer help?

For three days, two chat sessions and a phone session I have been unable to use my subscriptions. Because the computer I use suddenly became unrecognized by the authentication software. My hardware has not changed in several years. I spend over five hours in the chat and on the phone. Each time the support folks said it was fixed and would not happen again. I happened again after just one night; that's three times! I am not sure that tomorrow I can use Premiere.  Having a computer name that shows up as activated but a message saying that I had too many activations was absurd. Trying to deactivate the comptuer I was using and reactivating it made things worse.  Whoever worked on thsese software changes is a very poor programmer and lacks any sensibility for logic or care for code that works. After my phone session tonight I decicde nothing new had been done and the problem could not have been fixed. I unistalled every Adobe package except my old Photoshop CS5.1. I deactivated

On the last update of Photoshop there was a virus attached to the update. This update is automatic. How did a virus get attached?

HiI have been trying to update my Creative Cloud app on my mac for weeks now with no luck. I keep getting an Error message: "Creative Cloud desktop failed to update (Error code: 1001)" This message appears each time after only 5% loaded of the update.I cannot find any solution to this on Adobe site or any website. Owing to an unusual hardware setup in my company it would considerably simplify things if we could run Creative Cloud on a Windows Server machine (it's to do with TCP/IP share limits). We are well aware that Windows Server is not officially supported, but would it work anyway? Windows 2008 R2 is the same code base as Windows 7, Server 2012 the same as Windows 8 and Server 2012 R2 the same as Windows 8.1, so can we do it? Or will the Creative Cloud simply refuse to install on any of those platforms?

The Photoshop installation failed numerous times on a brand new Macbook Pro with Ventura 13.2.1. Error code 183.  All other apps installed fine, but Photoshop gets to about 90% and fails.

 I can't update some of adobe products. How to solve this problem?

I downloaded the install files for Adobe Master Collection CS6 which I have a license for.I downloaded both the "MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.7z" file and the "MasterCollection_CS6_LS4.exe" file.I placed both in the smae folder. I tried launching the EXE file and also tried opening . 7z file using the exe file, but I receive this error: "The file archive part of Adobe CS6 Collection is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe CS6 Master Collection. Please download all part." How to I do the installation. Windows 11

For a while now my app updates fail with err 119, which seems to be a server connection error.  I spent a few hours on chat with support and all it got me was all my apps uninstalled and unable to re-install.  I finally got the CC app re-installed and then updated itself, but no change to installing or updated any other apps.I have removed all apps and attempted to re-install.I have turned off all firewall and security functions.I have confirmed communication with the servers.I was told my case was escalating, but have had no response since then.I did download the direct installers but that only gets me back to several versions out of date.My internet is Frontier DSL, which is mostly pretty robust if not real fast.  Other large downloads consistently work fine.This is dumb.  How can adobe not make this CC app more robust, or at least provide separate up to date installers for when it fails?In addition, each time it fails you have to do the whole download again from

In the CC app it says "Not compatible" next to the newest version of InDesign. In the pop up window it says I have to update to Windows 10 for it to work, but it is updated (Windows 10.0.19041). Further down it lists some versions of Windows 10 that is not compatible with InDesign 18, but I have none of them. What could be the problem here?
