For some reason Adobe decided to charge double the price wich was in our original agreement for 1-year subscription with monthly payment of Adobe Creative cloud. Current subscription will expire next month, on october 21. I have been trying to reach customer service for a few days and it appears there are some webpages with instructions and nothing else, no real human being is there to help. Since it's near impossible to reach Afobe customer support would you get a lawyer and report such case?

I try to install the adobe creative cloud desktop software and photoshop and all simialar software and it says I am missing the CRClient.dll file and I have no idea what the even is or how to fix it

I have problem, I cant update the in all program

I have an issue where my laptop can't download the current version of my adobe creative cloud apps. I tried downloading the 2018 version of them but it's saying I don't have them purchased even though it is. Is it saying that because I don't have the 2018 versions purchased?

I found this[link removed]is this a legal alternative (OEM?) or should adobe come down on these people like a ton of bricks?

Hi, I'm currently setting up my portfolio in Adobe Portfolio and was wondering if there was a way to add bullet points to a text box? Thanks James

In this exampel my colleage has version 28.9.12 and I cannot cooperate anymore because I'm working with 28.7.12.4. I have this lot's of times and sometimes I have to delete XD and install it again for 3 times before it updates. I thought I was the only one, but now my students have the same problem. Deleting and reinstalling, -> still not the latest version. It is really frustrating when you are trying to get your student's inspered/motivated into UI/UX Design..

tells me that I am signed out, need to sign in... over and over again!@

Does anyone know if it will be possible to download and use CS6 (which I own) to work on OS 12 Monterey?

I cant open the App properly, doensnt work the password! but for my account web work....how can i solve the problem?thanks

Trying to install PSE 10 (using original disks) to a new Windows 11 laptop. It's not going great. Does anyone know if this is even possible?Thanks-c.

I have a new iMac and want to install (the old) CS4 from dvd. there is a pop up with setup needs to be updated ... Helpppp?

I downloaded Adobe cc and a few other apps the other week onto my computer and had accidentally used an account with an old email address that I can no longer access or get into. I created a new account with my current email address and went to download Acrobat DC. EVERY time I go to try and access any of the installed apps or download new ones to the computer, the CC pops up and says that the email address for the old account has to be verified. There is no option to logout of that one and login to a new one, and I can not delete/uninstall the program because it's logged in and I can't give the permission through the account that I am locked out of to delete it. I NEED to access the apps I already paid for and get some work done and I have no way to do so, any ideas or suggestions on fixing this?? The ONLY options there are Help, Pin to notification area, quit, resend verification email and check again & continue. Someone PLEASE help me remove this old account and access the CC wi

If Adobe has wanted to build and retain a solid customer base for their new software developments, it has done everything wrong. Exorbitant prices, incessant pressure to use subscription-based software. And now, I find that Adobe has failed to provide a functional way for users of older versions of, say, Photoshop (CS2, CS3 era) to activate their legitimate, bought-and-paid-for software. Adobe has repeatedly thumbed its corporate nose at millions of once-loyal Adobe fans.   I just purchased a legitimate copy of Photoshop CS3, which turned out to be an upgrade version. So I purchased a full version of Adobe Creative Suite 2 to provide the necessary serial number. After trying to activate this version, I learn that Adobe has decommissioned their "aging activation servers" for CS2 and CS3. Hey Adobe, that's terrible loyalty to your customer base! Update your "aging servers"! Update your support software. That's what IT people do.   In my opinion, when Adobe decided to change the

I am having trouble understanding how I paid for the student plan and I am not getting all the programs I thought I paid for. I bought this plan twice and it's saying I don't have illustrator, photoshop, inshoot, etc. If anyone could help me figure out what I should do please let me know!

I have install issues with CS2 - Can DLW help?

I'm using Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6, currently on my second year of subscribing Photography Plan and Premiere Pro Plan. I use Photoshop CC 2018 and Premiere Pro CC 2019, both downloaded form prodesigntools.com ( error installing PS 2019 so settled for 2018). Things have been fine until today, I didn't open PS for over a month, and PR more so. When I tried to open PS, it required me to sign in, after I did it said No Subscription Found "we couldn't find a Photoshop CC 2018 subscription associated with this ID." And suggests me to start the 7-day trial. However, I succesfully opened PR, works just fine. My Adobe acc shows I'm still subscribing both the Photoraphy and PR plan, payments keep happening on my credit card and my next one is due later this month. I tried re-logging Adobe acc, uninstall and reinstall PS CC 2018, it still fails to recignize my subscription. What can I do? I attached screenshots of my subbed plans and the error message shown.

Good Morning Community, I am not able to install CS6, I am recieveing an Error 404 and nothing comes up. And when I try to download, I get download not compete files missing cannot install. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi, Just switching over to a new machine. Only PS, AI, InD, LR and DW are available to download from the CC App. When I go instead to the CC page online, it's all there but when I go to download anything from there I get a "XX is now installing" page but either nothing happens or I get an installer in my downloads folder that does nothing. I've signed out and uninstalled CC app and reinstalled. I did a clean up of all Adobe stuff and tried again with no luck. I'm sure I'm not alone on this but I haven't see exactly this in the community in a quick search. Any help would be welcome. Thanks!
