Wir haben für unser Unternehmen 6 Lizenzen von Acrobat Professional DC 2015 (12.0 MLP AOO License D) gekauft, die wir im Moment nicht mehr verwenden können. Nach einer Anmeldung werden diese nicht registriert. Wie können wir unsere Lizenzen wieder verwenden? Der Support konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen und hat mich hierher geschickt, in der Hoffnung, Hilfe von Experten zu bekommen.

Hallo, ich habe ganz frisch mein Betriebssystem (Win10)  auf  ein anderes Laufwerk migriert. Alles läuft super, nur Adobe-Apps installieren funktioniert nicht (Fehlermeldung in der Creative Cloud). Diese ist auch schon neu installiert; ich habe auch schon versucht, den Installationsort für Apps zu ändern, bringt aber alles kein Erfolg. Weiß jemand HIlfe? Grüße Thorsten

When installing Photoshop BETA on my desktop, all Adobe applications that were in ENGLISH switched to Portuguese. I got used to working in English, and I can't do it in a different version. Creative Cloud has the option for International English. I make the switch, exit the program. I restart the computer and Creative, and its APPs don't switch to English.  I try to UNINSTALL Photoshop BETA and CREATIVE does not show the UNinstallation option, only the previous versions!!! How can I resolve this?​

Hi all,I am trying to download adobe photoshop from the Creative Cloud, however it keeps getting to 8% and the failing. I have tried uninstalling and installing Creative Cloud, but to no avail. I can install lightroom just fine so it does not seem to be a firewall issue or similar.Please advice

I recently bought a new computer and need to transfer my Adobe Creative Suite programs and files to the new computer. I am unable to access my account, but have all the info (I believe) I need to get on. Any suggestions much appreciated.

halloich habe ein ähnliches Problem,ich habe die Adobe Acrobat X Pro auf meinem SErver Windows 2019 laufen.letzte woche hatte ich durch einen feindlichen Eingriff eine komplette Verschlüsselung von meine Systemen.nun habe ich die Datensicherung wieder eingespielt und nun läuft das Programm nciht mehr, weil bereits 2 Aktivierungen stattgefunden haben.ja das stimmt wohl über die Jahre.aber es gibt keinen Computer auf dem unsere Lizenz noch läuft.Freundliche Dame am Telefon von Adobe konnte nicht weiterhelfen, weil sie nichts machen kann.ich solle mich an spezialisten in der Community wenden.was soll ich machenRechnungen usw Lizenzcodes alles vorhanden 

Hello,I run Windows 10 and Adobe CC on my sdd, but install all of my adobe apps on my hdd. My hdd recently crashed and I replaced it with a new one. Ever since I replaced my hdd, I haven't been able to install Photoshop CC or Illustrator CC on either my SSD or new HDD. All other apps install just fine. I have a desktop and a laptop computer, each running Acrobat Pro 2020 (single user, edu, if that matters). I forgot to deactivate my license on my laptop computer before wiping and selling it. The computer does not show under "activated devices" in my account (neither does my desktop computer). And yes, I am signed in to the correct account and it shows my license in the account (same email address as this community account).Support for Acro 2020 Pro doesn't end until late this year, so that shouldn't be the problem. The activation and deactivation help pages don't give any hints on what to do. Please help.

Hello guys, I received an email from adobesign@adobesign.com saying "Purchase Confirmation and Order Status requests your signature on". I did not purchase anything from adobe and also the email adress where the email was sent it's not mine, i don't know how it ended up in my inbox. Is it a scam? I did not click on "review and sign" or anything but I don't want to end up paying 300 dollars for something I didn't buy.Thank you! 

Dear all, I have problems updating Photoshop Elements 2023 (version 24.1) directly in the program via Help - Update - I always get the following error message: "Updates have been disabled for this computer. Contact the administrator". Does anyone have a tip as to why it doesn't work directly from the program? I'm the administrator, but I have no idea where I have to change something here...

how to rewrite email, when password is forgotten

I'm in the process of changing over all of my software to an old Win 10 computer to a Win 11 computer. I have the product key, but when the window pops up to add the key I'm prevented from entering the key. I uninstalled my Adobe cloud photography suite from the old one and installed on the new one.  I wasn't able to install the Creative Suite 6 first due to having no dvd drive in the new computer, so had to get an external one. Any ideas as to why it won't let me add the product key?

Seven or eight weeks ago I lost access to Photoshop, one of my CC apps. I can't activate my copy of Creative Suite 6, Design & Web Edition). I seem to be having 2 problems.I know it's a legitimate copy, not counterfeit. I bought it at the University bookstore when I was in grad school, not through Amazon or a 3rd party online. It's registered to my account & has been since I bought it. I've never shared the serial number. My old laptop died & I'm now trying to install it on my new laptop. I'm on a Win 11 machine & I know the programs run fine because my previous laptop was also running Win 11. It won't validate, apparently for 2 different reasons.Problem the first - Creative Suite can't connect to the internet. I have no idea why. So, I attempted to do the offline validation. Where I ran into problem #2. Problem the second - When I put in the request code & the serial number, I get an error message saying that I have CS6 activated on more than 2 computers & it won't give me a response code. I own CS6. My adobe account shows I own this, but it also shows I have no activated devices.I changed my motherboard and when I launched an app now it says I have too many activated devices and to deactivate one. Obviously, this is bad programming as I can't have too many activated devices at the same time as I have none.Furthermore, when I use Adobe's automated UI, it doesn't acknowledge I have a registered product and as far as I have experienced, I can't thereby connect to customer service for them to help fix this. I expect adobe wants me to just pay for a new software package, but I have zero interest in this.This entire situation seems criminal, as I cannot seem to access my legally owned software and the company is pushing me to pay for something else.How can this be fixed?

I know CS5 is no longer supported, but having an issue helping a client. 5-8 years they got a new laptop and desktop and I was able to move their CS5 over by deactiving on both old computers and then installing on the new using the original CD and serial number. They just got a new laptop and desktop again but now that same process is not working. On the old laptop, I was able to click Deactivate and it went through and deactivated. If I try to open it again, it asks for a serial key. On the new laptop, I was able to install CS5 fine. I entered the serial key and got green check and all seemed good. But when closing and then running it again, I'm now getting a message that its still activated on two computers, even though I did deactivate on the old laptop. Reading through some forum posts and reddit, I see mixed signals if what I'm trying to do is still viable or are we now past the point of no return in trying to still be able to move CS5 to a new computer.

I have Adobe CC Desktop App Version 6.5.0.348 released on 01/20/2025 (which appears to be the latest). I have Premiere Pro Version 25.1, and Premiere Pro Beta Version 24.4. The CC Desktop App tells me that I have the latest version of the apps, and that Generative Extend is available to me (but it isn't). My only goal is to use Generative Extend in Premiere Pro (and/or the Beta version), but it isn't available to me for some reason in either the normal or Beta version, despite the fact that I think I'm up to date with everything. How can we make Generative Extend show up for me? I'm running a Mac M1 Pro 14in on Sequoia 15.3 (24D60)

Um Adobe CS5.5 auf meinem neuem Laptop installieren zu können, habe ich auf meinem alten Laptop eine Deaktivierung vorgenommen. Trotzdem bekam ich die Meldung dass die CS5.5 auf zwei Rechnern installiert sei. Nachdem ich auch auf meinem Desktop PC die Software deaktiverte, bleibt das Problem bestehen, nur das jetzt auf allen drei Rechnern die Software nicht mehr aktiviert werden kann. Auf meinem Benutzerkonto wird keine Software unter "aktivierte Geräte" angezeigt, unter "registrierte Produkte" wird aber die CS5.5 angezeigt... Wer kann mir helfen? Im Chat sagte mir die KI das es angeblich keine Software mit der angegebene Email Adresse gebe - diese wird mir in Verbindung mit der registrierten Software angezeigt.Für eine Hilfe die dieses Problem behebt bin ich sehr dankbar!
