Hallo. Ich nutze zusätzliche Wechselfestplatten z.B. für Backups. Jedesmal, wenn ich eine andere Platte anschließe und und sie wieder entferne, glaubt Adobe-CS, dass es sich um einen anderen Rechner handelt und dass ich einen der beiden angemeldeten Rechner deaktivieren soll. Wie kann man das abstellen? Es nervt einfach nur.

My problem is that the adobe installers are getting closer than usual and I can't press the start button because the screen is maximized 

Error code 206:Disable Firewall, Uninstall Antivirus, Disable wi-fi and i use lan cable, but nothing! Any Help?Thanks

Guten Tag,ich verwende 2 neue IIYAMA Monitore und bekomme sofern ich nicht den Bildschirm vom Notebook als Primär definiere beim Versuch Photoshop oder Ilustrator zu starten die folgende Fehlermeldung:"loadlibrary failed with error 126: Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden"Es ist auszuschließen dass mein Windows beschädigt ist.Es ist auszuschließen dass einer der beiden Montitore beschädigt ist. Lt. Monitorhersteller kann Adobe offensichtlich nicht damit umgehen wenn 2 Monitore an einer Dockingstation hängen. Vielen DankMartin

I know this is a little off topic for this community but I couldn't find one that was dedicated to Creative Suite. -- I was just wondering if Adobe has completely killed CS6, I have found articles on the web saying that you can still buy it from an Adobe call center. This information is from 2017 though. I was just curious if you could still buy it. I have a copy of CS6, I rely on Fireworks. Tried Illustrator and XD but I always went back to it. My friend was wondering if they could still obtain a copy. Is this possible in 2020?--Thanks!Regards.

HELP. Help would be joyfully received. I'm trying to install Illustrator, Phoroshop and more on my mac. It is not an account issue, that is all paid and working fine. It won't let me install the latest due to OS (however I have just made sure I have the latest OS thyat my system update would suggest and allow. I don't even mind if I can't download the latest versions, legacy versions are fine, but it wont let me downlaud any at all. Any ideas from you lovey community people? Thanks,Luke

As a gift, a friend purchased Adobe CC for me a couple of years ago using a student email address. That email address is no longer valid. I have a bunch of settings, swatches, styles, etc., that I would like to still like to use once I buy my own account. Is it possible to transfer/import these things to a new Adobe CC account without having to redo all of the work?

Hello there. I am in serious need of help.  2 days ago I tried launching the Creative Cloud app, as I thought it was time to update some of my Adobe applications. It wouldn't load. I tried restarting the app, still didn't load. Tried restarting my PC, didn't work. I tried following the steps seen here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html but those didn't work either. I've tried searching the forums for answers, but still nothing. I contacted Customer Support, and after waiting for hours, I went to bed. Today I finally got in contact with one, who tried to help via remote control access, but he couldn't figure it out either. Eventually, after uninstalling EVERYTHING related to Adobe on my system, he gave up.  This means what little access I had before to some slightly outdated Adobe applications is now gone. I have tried contacting Customer Support again, but after being "transferred" I still haven't heard anythi

VMWare CarbonBlock EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) found all installer did not have same SHA-256 and did not signed by Adobe, it will be block and not be download.Any one have same problem like me?example: creative_cloud_set-up.exe

My hard drive crashed and I had to reload Acrobat 8 Pro. It loaded fine, but says it has to be activated within 22 days now. It won't activate and the "Help" desk said that Adobe no longer supported this product and would not help me. I don't care whether they support it or not, I just want to use it after 22 days! Any suggestions as to what I can do?

I have an Adobe cs6 suite (yes, from 2014). I want now to re install it in a new computer.I want to know if there are limit to the number of installment i can do. Thank u very much 

Adobe dash board both cloud and website states that under my subscription I have 7 software programs I can download. These are paid apps. I downloaded a few of them to try out and I keep getting told it is a trail and I need to subscribe to use the program. Rush gives you 3 exports then locks out. Rush clearly shows I am signed in as my email appears under the blah section. The website shows that it is part of my plan along with others like fresco, XD, and so on. Screen shot is provided. I asked support why I was being repeated prompted in the program to upgrade. They said it’s not included in my subscription. They refused or maybe can not receive a screen shot so I resorted to the forums in hope of some resolution. I was told this is how it is and nothing will be done.  Screen shots show it is part of the subscription. Either the web portal and cloud app are wrong or the subscription is not applying correctly. Hi there!I've moved from US to Brazil and my plan is ending. When I navigate to the page where I add a new credit card, the site doesn't change the country. The only option is US and I would like to keep my plan with a brazilian credit card.Help please.Best regards

I live in Canada and as the Canadian dollar goes down in value compared to the US dollar, the Creative Cloud subscription is getting more and more expensive. I don't know why Adobe won't do what Apple does and make the prices in the local currency. If this devaluation of the CDN$ continues the price of this Adobe subscription will become unsustainable, especially in this time when many small businesses like mine are suffering due to all the coronavirus closures and bussineses pulling back on creative services.  Adobe needs to step up and address this quickly. 

I just got a new PC Windows 10 PRo and my Adobe Acrobat 11 is no longer supported. I already purchased the software years ago and am not sure what to do now.

 I also paid with this account, but the device says it can't run.Is there a solution?

I have a big frustration toward Adobe, I have to pay every month 80$ / CAD to use Adobe kit. It's about 30$ more than the advertise in USA. That is depending of the Canadian dollar value so it does change per month. I found it expensive and why Adobe doesn't use CAD currency like they do for other Country. So we can have a better price to monthly. I called support and nothing to do. I'm always charged in USD. So 50$ = 80$. Not fair for Canadian Customer. Does Adobe is thinking of a better solution for Canadian Customer. We are oblige to use Adobe in my field. I prefer to pay license because I believe it's important to continue developing good Software. But at this price for Canadian, I think Adobe could improve the billing for all Canadian Customers.

My iMac  (Late 2013, 64bit  - 3.1 GHz Intel Core i7) is running High Sierra and it seems that it cannot update to newer OS'. That's fine. However, The newest versions of the Creative Apps don't work with it and so I'm installing older versions (photoshop & aftereffects)Here is the beginning of the problem: I am trying to install after effects; I am choosing the 'other versions' dropbox, and selecting an older version. All of the buttons are not responsive. Actually, I just tried again, and even the most recent version's install button is unresponsive. What I've tried:Repairing the Creative Cloud Desktop install That's the only thing I've tried because after that everything got worse. I can't open the creative cloud anymore - when I do I find that the text and images don't load, only a graphic peach colored shape - and when I go to uninstall the app entirely I get a message about other apps depending on the cloud, so it cannot be uninstalled.Please help me fix th

Hi there,I can install creative cloud with no problem, but on startup, the wheel dont stop loading and dont appear me the login screen. This happens only in Windows 7 with all updates.In another pc, with a clean windows windows 7 install and i can login normmally.Any ideias of some update from windows which can break login on cc?

I had Lightroom 5 on my older computer and purchased it in disc form.  I bought a new computer and decided to put lightroom on it.  Well this iMac doesnt have a disc drive so I downloaded the latest version off adobes site.  I have my serial number from 2 years ago, and went to put it in and its 6 digits too short.  They are wanting a 24 digit number, while mine is only 18. I still have my receipt as well as the box and the serial numbers match up.  Also to be sure I downloaded LR 5.7.1 which is what was on my old computer, so im not sure why this isnt working.

Hi, all.Years ago I bought and installed a physical Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium student and teacher edition. I'm about to reinstall Win7 and would like to reinstall CS5.5 again as well. Can I still asquire a serial number like I did for the initial install ?

I've just reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop on my Mac (Big Sur) with my new subscription with all the apps that i just paid. (I had an account payed by my school before but it endend) so i had to create a new account. On my Adobe account on Safari it shows me that i can install every apps, but when i go on my account on the Creative Cloud Desktop app i can only install Adobe XD and 2 others free apps. I've already tried the cleaning app, to check the hosts, to uninstall or repair the app but nothing works. A friend also have the exact same problem on his mac. I'm trying to fix it for more than 3 hours now... Thank you

This is killing me! CC recently updated my apps, when I try to open Illustrator, Photoshop, ID & Acrobat they won't launch/load. It doesn't matter if I try from the icon in the Application Folder, the "open" tab in CC or the shortcut icon on my dock. NOTHING happens! I'm on a MAC running Catalina 10.15.7
