I subscribed to Lightroom Premium about 2 months ago via Google Playstore.But recently when I was using Lightroom Premium I got popups ' Duplicate Purchase - This subscription has already been purchased from the App Store with a different Adobe ID '. Or when I tried to restore purchase, I got something like "No purchase in my account".From other posts in community, I think I log in with the wrong Adobe ID. But I don't think I got other account, could anybody help me to find it out or fix this problem? Btw, I even tried to log in with my google account, and it doesn't work, still got the same problem.

We're going to have a hurricane. Which means we won't have access to wifi for probably a week. I've noticed if I'm not tethered online, the adobe programs simply won't open. What can I do beforehand so this doesn't happen?

Wow--I can't believe it's impossible to find the price of Adobe Media Encoder anywhere on your website!  I already have the Photography membership to CC; I want to add AME but I can't find the price.  Do I have to upgrade to $50 a month?  $20? Before I buy it--or sign up for more CC--what I really need to know is what the new version will do for me.  I have the CS6 version, and it works fine for the occasional 3-minute rock video I post on YouTube.  Will CC 2015 make it look better?  The old version is fast enough; I'm just wondering if I should upgrade for quality reasons.Thanks, anybody who can chip in here.

I have had and using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 and have the license number which is good through 12/31/2026. A few days ago when I tried to open it kept wanting me to sign in, which I did then it asked for the serial number which I provided then the screen goes right back to sign in. I signed into the adobe website and it lists my product and serial number showing purchased date and expiration date. I already went through comments and uninstalled and re-installed, still having the same issues.

Hi! I am in trial mode and am trying to download and install the lightroomcc. When I click on the "send me the link" blue button it takes me to my email where I am prompted to send an email to myself with the link. I click the link and it takes me back to the original page to have the link sent. I have trial clearing cookies. Help!

Hi everyone,I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experienced something similar or can offer any insights. After installing After Effects via Creative Cloud, I noticed that several files and folders from my desktop completely disappeared. This was extremely concerning, and I immediately started troubleshooting.I contacted both Apple and Adobe support to get to the bottom of the issue. Apple was helpful in ruling out any system-level problems, but unfortunately, Adobe’s support team didn’t provide any useful guidance. They seemed dismissive of the issue and didn’t explain how the installation process or Creative Cloud’s syncing features might have triggered the removal of files from my desktop.I’m particularly concerned about how Creative Cloud might have linked to my desktop during the install process, potentially syncing or overriding files, leading to this data loss. Has anyone else encountered files disappearing after an Adobe product installation, or had issues with desktop syncing

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, it was just a thought/suggestion I had...I've subscribed on and off to the full Creative Cloud plan, but it's a bit expensive for me as I only end up using three programs the most. I like the idea of the Photography plan but it isn't suited for me because I need Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for the most part. Why aren't there more plan options like this so your plan can be more tailored to which programs you use? A plan with these three apps would make a good graphic design package, in my opinion. There could be other options for web design, digital artists, all the different types of people who use Adobe software. A customizable package in which you choose 3-5 programs/features and your subscription rate is adjusted based on what you have selected would be even better! I installed Premiere Elements 2025 by mistake . I meant to install Photoshop Elements 2025. How can I uninstall Premiere Elemets and Install Photoshop Elements 2025 instead? 

I'm one of the many trying to cancel my subscription. There was no indicatin that there was an exit fee, and now Adobe want to charge me. I never seem to get through and no one called me back. I'm not going to do this repeatedly. It's also difficult to dtermine what the actual costs are until they turn up again.I have a lot of students and for my purposes I'll be switching to Avid and Da Vinci, better systems in my opinion, and better service. I pay monthly nd the inability to cancel in a fre society is an infrinngement on my civil liberties and is just plain gouging. I have been using Creative Suite 5.5 for years now. I have a physical version of the disks. I had to set up my machine new two times and did not know, that I have to deactivate bevore I set it up new. Now I am stuck becasue adobe said the license is already activated on two machines. What can I do?

Bonjour,Depuis que j'avais installé Creative Cloud, tout se passait bien.Mais, depuis peu, Creative Cloud refuse de se positionner conformément à la préférence choisie : "langue des apps = français."Il reste en anglais, ne propose que les versions anglaises des applications.Du coup, il a été installer une version anglaise d' In Design 13, et m'a effacé la 12 en français...Je ne vois absolument pas pourquoi Creative Cloud refuse ce basculement vers le français (alors qu'il le faisait sans problème et instantanément à chaque fois, jusqu'ici).Quelqu'un connaît-il la cause et la solution de ce problème ?Francis Pierrard

I had Adobe IX Pro for Windows and then upgraded it to Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017.  I used it on my Workstation and my Laptop.  My Workstation cratored and I had to install Windows 11 numerous times, replaced my motherboard, etc.  Now my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 won’t install because it’s Serial Number is activated by another computer.  Which is probably my old unfixed Workstation.  I go to my “Adobe Account” and it says that I have “no activated devices” but it shows that I have 2 Registered Products, Version 11.0 and Version 17.  How can I make it work on Adobe Products that I purchased?

My trusty PC (windows 7) of 15 years has finally retired. I got myself fancy new one with windows 11. I want to install my Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 onto new machine, I have disks, serial numbers, certificates the works and everything goes well accepts serial number as correct but once the programe launches says my serial number is invalid and the only way I can carry on working is if I say use as trial. Have done everything uninstall, clean with adobe creative cloud cleaner, reinstalled you name it, I've done it still getting message, please help. Installation

This PC is only a few months old and all of it's systems are up to date and its devices are new gen. I'm not sure which requirement isnt being met. I'll list my answers to these requirements below. Please let me know if you notice anything wrong, sorry if it's a lot to ask I just not sure what to do. I have all the system requirements neccesary to download Premiere and Photoshop, yet it will not even give me the option, trying to say I need to "update" my system! That is nonesense I just upgraded my computer beyond such requirements recently! Why do they not even give the option to download? It should be on me to find out if the programs will run or not with my computer, not up to adobe to try to tell me otherwise! Could someone please get in contact with the support and tell them to allow me access to download the programs I bought? I downloaded Creative Cloud as usual and it worked fine. Some problems occurred, and I needed to reinstall it. So I uninstall it completely and I run the setup. Error code 50 happens, which the solution is to uninstall Creative Cloud and reinstall it, BUT I'M GETTING IT IN THE INSTALLER! Please help, I can't make videos on my channel now because of this!

With Creative Cloud apps installed in a network-constrained environment, what exact URL do we need to allow to just verify the subscription status regularly? The client (Windows) PCs cannot access the internet. We can allow  access to specific designated sites but not all.  We do not use any cloud services on those PCs, we don't store docs in the cloud. I tried the "minimal" list of URL as given here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html,but when we do that, the apps freeze after a few minutes.  In the Task-Manger,  a process called "Adobe Crash Processor" becomes active. There are no error messages of any kind. This happens with InDesign and Photoshop - which is the primary apps we use. If it is important - the way we allow the URLs in the Adobe site list is by adding conditional forwarders for each of the sites in the Windows DNS server, and allow the FQDNs in the firewall. I was recently attempting to download additional adobe fonts onto my computer for a commisioned project and when I attempted to access my creative cloud, it demanded an update to version 6.4.0.361 (it wouldn't let me open the homepage without installing the update) and then repeatedly refused to update, stating Error Code 87. I have checked my task manager, I have tried restarting my computer, I've attempted to re-download creative cloud, and yet I still keep getting the Error 87. Any advice would be greatly appriciated, as I kind of need my creative cloud to work for the project. Images attached below in case it's helpful:
