After updating my Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1 I was unable to open Photoshop. I was able to use Premier. I followed instructions for cloud clean up, which also uninstalled all my creative suite apps. When I try to reinstall the apps it fails. It tells me to check for updates and try again but there is no update and retry fails too. I am a paying customer, I want to use my apps.

Recently I switched laptops, and I think I messed up something in the deactivation/activation process. I know can't activate Creative Suite 5 on either computer, and am told I've reached by activiation limit on 2 computers. Is there a way to fix this on my end?

I've tried several apps and the main Creative Cloud installer (I have the all apps plan) and it hangs every time I get to the part requiring browser identification, here:I get taken to the browser window (in Chrome, regardless of my default browser settings) and it says:But the installer does not proceed, and I end up here:If I click on "If your browser is not responding, sign in here" nothing happens. I've uninstalled, tried again, then used the Adobe CC cleaner tool and removed everything, tried again, I've gone into the registry and deleted all Adobe keys, I've run as admin and as not, I've restarted and tried installing in Safe Mode with networking. Same results. I've also tried signing out before being taken to the browser, then signing in, then getting the "You're all set!" screen again. I've tried doing that with a different account. Nothing has worked. Prior to this I had only Photoshop installed, and it worked fine. The issue started when I switched to the 'all apps' plan

Hi,We have a machine than cannot be connected to the internet. The machine is windows 10 x64 and has installed:Adobe AcrobatAdobe PhotoshopAdobe FramemakerTo comply with our standards we need to regularly update this machine with the latest updates but the machine can never up connected to the internet. Is there a way to manually download updates to put on and encrypted memory stick and to update the offline machine?I tried searching but come up empty.Thanks

I got this email about a week ago, and another email similar to this one before. It looks really questionable (broken Adobe logo, pdf shared via google drive) so I haven't touched it. It looks like others have received something similar, but not exactly this. I'm curious if it's actually legit, but if it's not, is there a better way that we can notify Adobe of these phishing emails rather than the forum? I own Adobe Creative Suite. My s/n is <removed-kglad> I had to reinstall due to a virus. Now they will not reactivate.  My e-mail is REMOVED   This is a public forum, not Adobe support... do not post private information... Moderator

So I was just wondering why the auto pay system hasn’t took the money from my credit card for it’s montly renewal ? Is that normal or can anyone help me out ?

Bonjour,J'ai un souci avec ma licence Photoshop Element 2024.J'ai acheté ma licence sur ADOBE et je l'utilise sur mes deux pcs. Un des pcs est tombé en panne et est irrécupérable. J'ai racheté un pc et voulu réinstaller Photoshop Element 2024 sur mon second pc et cela me dit que j'ai dépassé le nombre d'activations (on ne peut l'activer que sur deux pc) et que si je veux l'activer sur mon nouvel ordinateur je dois désactiver ma licence sur l'ancien.Or l'ancien pc étant hors service il n'est pas possible de faire quoi que ce soit et de ce fait je n'ai aucune solution. Le service client d'ADOBE ne me proposant aucune solution pouvez-vous m'apporter votre aide si quelqu'un a vécu le même scénario ?Merci d'avance de votre aide.

Hi I am in charge of uppdating our service service pack and Forms Add-on for windows in my team.I would like to add a sugestion/request of adding a "Installed successfully" confermation line in the error.log (INFO level) for when the instalation has finished, just as there exists in the Service Pack (see bellow)*INFO* [Thread-1899] com.adobe.granite.installer.Updater Content Package AEM-6.5-Service-Pack-21 Installed successfullyCurrently when installing the AEM Forms 6.5.21 Add-on for Windows i just have to wait untill the logs stop moving for 2 minuts and i belive it woud be a good addition to add a "Installed successfully" line to the logs when the insatalation is done.Thanks

This is an admittedly silly issue. When I look at my folder icons in C:/Program Files/Adobe I note that some have nifty folder icons and some do not. How can I get them all to look nifty? I presume there's some sort of dll being referenced that has them all contained therein, but I can't seem to locate it.

I already have an individual licence for Creative Cloud but now require a second individual licence, can I do that on the same computer? Do I need different email addresses or can I use the same email address for both?

Looking for the CS Master collections (CS3,4,5,5.5, and 6) download links and I can't find them, web.archive.org isn't of much help either, I could only get CS2 and CS1. 

I've been at it for a few days now and still can't get it to work. the install goes to 5% instantly and then throws this error. I even went through my registry and removed everything labeled Adobe, tried to install and it's still throwing this error in my face. Before you point me to previously solved issues with the same error, I've already looked at and tried every single one on adobe's support pages.

I purchased PSE 2024 and want to install it on a new laptop. If I install it and want to return the laptop (still trying it out), how would PSE work? Can I deactivate it, un-install it, return the laptop and re-install it on another laptop with the same serial number? Thanks.

Hello,I just signed a monthly plan for Premiere Pro, downloaded the setup file which opens a login page in my browser. Unfortunately, this page doesn't seem to load correctly:  The login form never appears.Windows 10, I used Chrome and Edge.

I purchased premiere elements and photoshop elements 2019 and recently my premiere stopped working and i tried to reinstall and it gives me a error that either my OS, adobe product, or browser are out of date. I tried installing the premiere 2024 elements trial and that worked fine. I am running the latest version of windows 11 and latest version of edge. I tried Chrome too. I cannot reinstall in my premiere elements 2019 or my photoshop elements 2019. Please help.
