Das Teams Abo zu kündigen, scheint bei Adobe unmöglich zu sein. Alle beschriebenen Wege sind nicht vorhanden, ein direkter Kontakt per Chat oder Telefon nicht möglich. Das riecht ziemlich nach bewusster Kundendeinformation, wenn nicht Abzocke.  Also ich möchte mein Abo kündigen, das morgen abläuft.  Das geht aber scheinbar nicht. Und auch in den Themen-Stichworten taucht das Thema nicht auf, ein Schelm, wer dabei böses denkt. 

The background was that I used school email to register Adobe account, but opt for service myself, so there is a personal account and an enterprise account assoicated to my account.When I try to manage my personal account, there is identity verify prompt: "For your protection, please verify your identity."->  I choose "Continue with Google"-> Jumps to "Choose an account for", I choose "Personal account"-> After Google login validation, it jumps back to the first page "For your protection, please verify your identity" "Continue with Google"This is an infinite loop, and happens when I try to login from different device. Even if I try to add different identity verification methods, I must verify my identity first and come back to this log in loop. 

I have an enterprise account and want to cancel my subscription however, the manage plan button does not appear and I have tried to contact support but it tells me to talk to my enterprise admin but we don't have one! I just want to cancel my subscription so I don't have to keep paying heaps of money when I'm not using it enough.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello,We use Windows 10/ 1803 and have deployed the creative cloud desktop client to some 100 users, we'd like to stop this application from launching on startup as standard, can anyone assist me in doing this?I've had a long look at related registry keys but I could not find anything.Thanks,Adam.

This morning I got two emails minutes apart. The first said...NOTIFICATION: Your Adobe Creative Cloud for teams membership will soon be cancelledThe second said...System, you no longer have system administrator rights for Our Organization-Deleted-Org.The only way to contact support is to log into the admin console - which I can't do.What now????

Hello, I’m working for a video game company and some our teams are interested in using your software “Mixamo” to create 3D characters for our games. Before doing anything, I would like to make sure that they can use this software free of charge for commercial purpose. I couldn’t find any legal document on the Mixamo dedicated website (https://www.mixamo.com/#/) and there is no mention of “Mixamo” in Adobe General Terms of Use or in the Additional Terms (https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html). Could you please redirect me to the appropriate legal document framing the use of “Mixamo” ? If there is no such document, could you please confirm me that we can use “Mixamo” free of charge for commercial purpose and indicate me the requirements for this use of the software (if any) ?   Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi all!We need to contact Adobe-support but I cant figure out how!?All the links just takes me around in a circle, I can never find the option to contact Adobe.Could someone please help!?

We have several users who are not able to update their applications (specifically Premiere) past version 22.6.2 and we need them to be on v23. Despite doing everything listed in this Adobe Support document including a full reinstall of Creative Cloud, they still can't update their applications past version 22. We do not have any restrictions on any of our users as far as what versions they can use.  Anyone have any ideas as to why this might be happening? What are we missing?

Is there a way to trigger the Adobe Genuine package to update? My desktops are all popping in my vulnerability scanner with a priority 3 vulnerability  that's over 30 days old "Adobe has released fix to address this issue in Adobe Genuine Service version 7.3. The customers are advised to refer to APSB21-27 for updates pertaining to this vulnerability." Why are they not updating themselves, and how can I trigger it to update? Real bad look here...

Hope you are doing well. It is annual renewal time for our 250 Adobe licneses.VIP Teams license currently.Considering the Enterprise license.Currnet process to add users is to buy more license on the portal and assign via CSV bulk load.I run a monthly report of termed employees and do a bulk remove to free up licenses.I am looking for a more dynamic way to manage user adds and removes.Will Enterprise link with my AD and add or remove users based on a specific AD group?Thanks. 

It appears that our former IT company setup an admin account that manages our Adobe users.  Recently our Acrobat license disapeared from our accounts. We can not re-add them or even contact support because we do not know what this admin account was. If we try to open a support ticket or add a product ourself we are just redirected to a message telling us to contact our admin.  Unfortunaetly the IT company no longer exists. Is there anyway Adobe can upgrade one of our other users to an admin or even just give us the email associated with the current admin account?

We are using Federated IDs and are synchronising the Adobe Adminconsole with Azure AD. Now there seem to be some problems and we want to delete the current setup and do it anew. This process should not take more than 20-30 minutes.Do we have to consider anything in general? What happens to the users that are using or trying to start Adobe Applications in those minutes, where we have no synchronisation?Will the recreation of the connection delete all users in the Adobe Adminconsole?Can we create the new synchronisations before deleting the old one?

I've been struggling with this glitch for a while now. Every time I try to enter the creative cloud app or install any app from the website, it keeps spamming me with that one message. Whenever I click on the sign-in button, it keeps spamming the same message. I really don't know what to do. I tried to delete all the files and reinstall but it never worked. Does anyone have the same issue or even a solution??

I created an isloated install package for iMac. Hi, we use creative cloud in a few of the labs at the highschool i work tech support at and Im wondering if anyone knows if theirs a way to change the default storage cache (after effects) location to a secondary drive for any user that logs into the system so that it does not have to be set manually by the student after they log in. we have windows profiles on our systems set to clear after two days of inactivity so having the students change this every time can be a pain for the teacher....  

I am the Adobe Admin Console Administrator.  The IT team all changed thier password and each of us got an email from Adobe telling us we no longer had admin rights on the console.  So we can no longer log into the Console, we cant report this as we cannot get in, its like catch 22.  Surely to god, there is someone we can email or call, after over 2 hours on the phone yesterday to "Customer don't Care", after being passed around left right and centre I acheved nothing, the phone went dead.  Who should I talk to? If you say log log into the Admin Console and raise a case I may be tempted to be rude.

Hello, I was wondering how some of you are managing remote work and Adobe Creative Cloud. We do design and video work so our main apps are INDD, PS, ILL, and Premier/AfterEffects. We currently have an on premises file server with most of our work on it. For file intensive users we use a mix of VPN and a local Mac for them to remote into so they have local network access. VPN proves too slow for any Adobe app to function. We are considering moving this location and as a result I expect more users to become remote. What are some of the most effective solutions for this type of workflow? How are these challenges being addressed? Kind regards,BW

I have one Creative Cloude license many years ago, and I bought now a new one, but I don't see in Admin Console, only 1, altough there should be 2. What can I do? I got the Invoice, so the buying was succesfull.

Hi there,So my college has the Enterprise CC plan, allowing full access to all Adobe apps for free. However, I went to use it at home, downloaded CC and signed in with my college account and it only lets me use 7-day Trials rather than allowing me to keep it. Is this a problem or is it like this for everyone? If thetre is a way to download them onto my laptop without a trial, it woukd be great since I need to do some coursework at home.

In previous versions of the CC app, I was able to click the three dots and the option to install other versions of the software came up. Now it does not. I cannot find where to perform this task.I have full admin access to our license. Screenshot attached for reference.

Hi,  I hope someone can help me out on this.I just installed Creative Cloud on my new Mac (MacOS Ventura), but for some reason the file synchronization fails. I can't even find the 'Creative Could Files' folder (it doesn't exist).As you can see on the screenshot, it says that there is an error, but all settings are ok. So why doesn't it work?(as it still works on my old computer...) Thank you for your support and help on this! Much appreciated.
