Hi.As per the subject, I want to migrate our users from an annual subscription to our VIP account, is this possible without the need to delete accounts and re-create them?I will be deleting the subscription account once all users have migrated.Thanks.

Hello. I have multiple nested folders that are shared with many different collaborators. I have one person that needs access to all of the folders. The Cloud won't let me share the main folder because it says that nested sharing is not suppported. Does that mean that I have to search within the hundreds of folders I have shared with over 15 people and remove all of their access in order to share all folders with one other person? That doesn't make sense to me. There must be another way. Please help because I'm out of the office on vacation next week and need my replacement to have access to all of my files. Thank you!

How do you elegantly manage files with Creative Cloud Sync files + Cloud Documents? I can't imagine people are keeping client folders in two different places.  Also, does anyone know, exactly, how versioning works with Cloud Sync Files?I get the basics. I know how to do it. But is the only way to do versioning with Cloud Sync is to upload it via the Creative Cloud Web app?I'm really looking for someone who uses Creative Cloud storage and Cloud Documents for a total team solution. Right now I'm using Lucid Link instead of Creative Cloud storage and I'm trying to downsize.I'm a little frustrated at how complicated it is to find a video on how to work with all of the different solutions. Tech support on this question has been rough.

I know, I know. "Check your internet" and "check your firewall" or "reset internet explorer." thats not the problem because I can download other creative cloud apps mjust fine. But photoshop specifically wont install, and continues to give me error code 113. Please actually help me somone

I recently joined a new company and the library they shared with me is not showing up. I received the email inviting me, clicked the "start collaborating" button and clicked on the notification to accept in the creative cloud app but no library is appearing anywhere. When my team members look at the list of members on the library it says my invitation is pending but I don't see anywhere else to accept it. Any ideas?

Today I received an email offering reactivation of the Acrobat account I canceled. I decided to reactivate it. The link took me to a page with a section labeled "Restart your Adobe Acrobat Pro" and a blue button labeled "Restart Plan." When I click it, I see an error message flash by too fast to read, then an endless loading circle. How can I restart my plan?

Hello, we have an annual license for the Adobe package that we purchased this month, but when trying to enter any application, the message appears:   Unable to obtain a license.It is possible that you have reached the maximum number of licenses. Contact your system administrator.   We have already gone to the console to reactivate the license and the problem still persists. Hi I'm a student and I went through the process to redeem Substance, I got my redemption code and redeemed it, but when I go to download it still says request access and I don't know how to fix this. I also got an email saying I now have an additional student substance plan but when I go to my account it doesn't show up in the plans tab

I feel like I've tried everything to get premier pro to download on my new mac but I keep getting error code 183. I just installed photoshop, lightroom, illustrator, and media encoder with no problems but I keep getting this error when trying to install premier pro. Any help would be appreciated! Hi - as part of our enterprise approval process, all tools and software have to meet Canadian accessibility standards as it relates to both the developer's UI and the published output.  I'm familiar with making the outputs accessible, but cannot seem to find any definitive information about the experience for developers authoring using these tools.  Appreciate any insight!

SCCM-SCUP — Acrobat Desktop Windows Deployment (adobe.com) Will updates through SCCM Third Party Update Catalog force close the users Acroboat client? Is there any documentation which identifies the anticipated behavior when updated? Our prior update processes used PSAppDeploy for the benefit of user coordination for updating the client to make sure in-use documents were not forceably closed.  

Enterprise account has over 213tb of storage available and I want our heavy users to be able to access this. Adobe articles say once they have set up our pooled storage then the user shpould be able to automatically go over the set 100Gb but that is nto happening and Adobe reps are not able to help.

In an enterprise setting as an administrator how do you remove old versions of Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc...?  Or do we have to rely on the end-user who has the CC license following through with the removal of the old software?
