So my school has a 10 dollar per year plan with most applications. However this evening a few hours after I bought it it does not show up and I don't know if I need to activate something but I need help (I received a receipt as well).

Guten Tag,wir arbeiten in unserem Team regelmäßig mit Bibliotheken in der Creative Cloud (Essential Graphics Vorlagen -> Premiere / Absatzformate -> InDesign / Diverse Grafiken...).Leider besteht seit kurzem das Problem dass die Bibliotheken nicht mehr aktualisiert werden. Speziell in Premiere werden Neuerungen von Essential Graphics nicht mehr angezeigt. Die Punkte auf der Help-Seite von Adobe habe ich bereits durch - leider ohne Erfolg.Eventuell hat hier noch jemand eine Idee zur Lösungsfindung oder sogar selber mit dem Problem Erfahrung. Vielen Dank!

How do you remove an existing SAML connection that is no longer used?

I am trying to cancel a subscription that I did not authorize and it is asking me to pay $99. I didn't sign up for the monthly subscription and noticed it was withdrawn from my checking and now I can't cancel. 

While performing an audit of users under our account, I noticed we had an additional organization (Cardinal Financial - Team Nguyen) listed.  Those users are no longer with the company and we'd like to remove that organization and the users listed. How can I do this?  I didn't see any information on how to do this. Thanks!!! 

Hi I have built a package (for macs) in "Adobe AdminConsole" with all apps and file size is little over 30GB.First problem is that JAMF dont support this big files for upload and deployment, limit is 20GB. Is it possible to built a package that is little in size and that the installer downloads all apps during the install ? Anyone that has a solutions on this ? /H

I am an Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) in Video Editing Solutions.I have no access to any software, as my CC subscription has run out. A CC subscription is part of the ACI Program Benefits, and I have asked politely and repeatedly that it be offered to me. Please see enclosed screenshot. Noone at Trainingpartners, Trainingpartners Helpdesk, nor the regular Adobe Support have been of any help. How can I resolve this issue? Best regards, Sune WattsACI

Hi! We have 4 users in our team. I've made a library (just swatches) for all of us to use and I sent invitation to other 3 users. 2 users got invitation straight away and could see library. 1 user however hasn't gotten the invite email, can't see the shared library.  From my end it says the invitation has been sent to user. I've cancelled & resent invitation a few times, no difference. IT department have checked the users email + junk mail + spam filtering, and nothing is there either. Any ideas???

I teach at Young Harris College in Young Harris, GA. We just received 20 new iMacs for our graphic design program. The IT folks have allowed me to figure out my questions on one Mac and then they will implement.   I need to set up specific workspaces and preferences for InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Save those on one new Mac and then have that the default on all 20 Macs. The Macs are set up with a Guest User, so each student can use and then login with their free (mostly) Adobe accounts. Some do have their own subscriptionss. Is there a way to set these up as described at the first of this paragraph? Or will everything be based on the personal logins?   Thanks in advance! Quiero cancelar un plan, y no hay forma de poder contatcar con adobe

We have several team members that are showing their name as [NONE] on the Users page of our Teams Account. I didn't see a way to update the name of an individual user, however, I found the "Edit User Details by CSV" option. I downloaded the list of existing users for the template, updated the First and Last names of the users, saved the CSV and uploaded it. Within a couple minutes I received the email notification that the bulk update completed successfully and the "Bulk Operation Results" page inside the Teams account shows that all the updates completed successfully but the user names never change and still show [NONE]. I have tried this twice. Any ideas?

Hi! I recently switched institutions, leading me to have to reset my CC account with a new email. Unfortunately, whenever I now try to open the Creative Cloud app, I get a message saying "You've been signed out, please sign in again to continue using Adobe apps". When I try to click the "Sign in" button, I'm just redirected to the same page, making it impossible to sign in. I've literally tried everything to solve this with no luck -- uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting the computer -- so if anyone has any advice, I'd really appreciate the help!

We have lab computers that have the Adobe shared device licensing and we would like to enable the cloud storage and files sync how can we go about doing that?When the students go home and use the product on their personal computers they have full access to the cloud storage and file sync that when they sign into the lab it says it's disabled. The students are trying to use adobe bridge but they can't access the cloud files on our lab. 

Hi all,   I've recently had emails from Adobe regarding an unpaid invoice. Attempts to access this invoice from the account always result in an error message. I've raised this with Adobe via the CTTPO-Credit@adobe.com address but they do not respond. I've had chaser messages threatening loss of access but I cannot pay the outstanding amount or even see what it relates to. The account is billed annually which has been running for a number of years so I do not understand what is going on.   In addition to this I want to add licenses for products we already have but there's no option to do this from Overview page or anywhere else for that matter. Is this because of the outstanding bill?   I am a reluctant system administrator for my organisation. I just want to pay the bill and provision applications where needed. Is Adobe this hard to work with?

Hi, how to i see how many sin transactions occurred in SharePoint

I recently started a job that uses Enterprise log in. Because it took a while to get my account set up, I opted to start a personal 'trial' using my university email, now, however, Adobe won't let me even try to sign up via Enterprise and continues to revert back to my 'trial' free subscription.I've tried logging out, back in, etc. But I can never get to the screen that Adobe shows where it allows the user the option of choosing the personal account or the enterprise account. It just keeps reverting to my soon-to-end personal trial account.

I have to download adobe premiere pro for work purposes but cannot sign in as when i enter the email address it sends a verification code to an email address i do not have access to. I dont want to have to sign in with my own personal account , start a free trial and end up paying. 

Hello,We have an Adobe Business plan with two licenses assigned to team members.We want to work on an xD document that is accessible to both of us and that we can collaborate on. So far, the only possible way to share that file and have it remain as a single source is through the "invite" button inside xD. The problem is that the person with whom the file is shared can only see it in "Shared with me," causing him to now have a bunch of files mixed without any sort of order. Isn't there some way to have folders or some sort of shareable structure with other team members? It seems to me like VERY BASIC functionality to be able to collaborate efficiently with people. Can the other person somehow sort those shared files with him? Or will he have to search through hundreds of files at a time? How do you do it?

I'm trying to instal adobe c.c. with account from school. I can't sign in to  adobe creative cloud when I try it shows me that microsoft can't sign me in ,it says I have blocked cookies in chrome but I don't have ,what can I do?

Okay, so I get my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription through Work, but I pay for Photoshop monthly on my personal account since it is not a work expense.I work from home and need to be able to use both Photoshop, and Acrobat during the day.Each time I use one of the other I have to keep signing out and signing into the other account. All I need is to be able to sign in to Photoshop with my Personal account, and Acrobat with my work account simultateously on the same computer.Why is this not allowed if both accounts are licensed?
