I have several MAC's that won't load Photoshop with CC . Using the package licensing setup . It keeps giving me an error. I have 2 users who are unable to use the licensed version of Photoshop.  The account shows that Photoshop is available through the Teams plan, but when we click "Download" Photoshop only shows up as a trial.  Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for feed back on how other places of higher learning are planning on handling the new licensing for multi user computers. First I have no idea how many of these shared device licenses will be given to my organization so kind of dead in the water on planning prior to the expected February release. Only specific instructors that teach these classes are actually entitled to CC via named account currently at my school. The use of the entire suite is limited to small amount of classrooms as well, but we have Acrobat DC is on every lab and staff machine.. which is really going to be an issue. I mean short term the serialized Acrobat installs will remain, while we would like to install 2019 Creative Cloud its just not likely we can get them in when our first exposure to this new licensing will be after the spring semester has already started.To Adobe.. Hello,I would like to find out if anyone else is disappointed with new requirement for schools to add another layer on top of the Education 2019 Device Licenses by forcing users to have an Adobe ID and logging in for each user? That model doesn't match the needs of our environment. My users see this as a broken experience, and I would agree. We want the students and instructors to just be able to walk up to any computer, with a device license, and open an app and begin using it without being pestered about "Continuing" or logging in. This change happened after we migrated our licenses from the old 2018 and prior model to the current model. I spoke to an Adobe rep who told me that this is just the way that it is, and to send feedback if I don't like the setup. We really should have an option to set it up similar to way it was before.This new model is not keeping the users from being able to use the software, it is just an unnecessary distraction. Adobe Experience Manager, Version: 6.4.5.0I tried to search item on one of DAM servers with sql2:SELECT * FROM [dam:Asset] as node WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE (node, '/content/dam/products/') and (node.[jcr:content/metadata/xmp:item-num]=12345).If data type for xmp:item-num is string, it works fine. But if chsanging datas type to Integer/Long, return nothing. Obviously this is a system bug because the same SQL2 works on another server. How to fix trhis problem? Thanks,James

We have recently been tasked with setting up our file system within adobe creative cloud using collaboration. This is a multi-part question as I have never worked within a collaborative file share system like this. I am understanding that we are enterprise and each user has 100 gig of CC space. 1.   How does the creative cloude file hosting work? Should acreative cloud file system be set up under one admin account? Whats the best practice for this? 2. If Joe shares files with Suzie and then Joe leaves, what happens to the files once his profile is removed from our servers? Does ownership revert to an admin account or do they get deleted along with his profile?

How do we track the usage of licenses (from an admin perspective) on the workstations. Is there a report we can extract for the usage of each license and on what pc or workstation?

Hope someone here can help.  We're using Shared Device Licenses in an education establishment, and our student account lose connection to their Adobe accounts while they are working.  Does anyone know of a way to prevent the CC desktop app from logging out? PS I've read reports that the SDL does automatically disconnect after a certain period of time, but I'm not 100% sure of what the length of time is.

Adobe just sent me 3 authorization codes in a row via text for 2-step authorization and then deactived my account for "security purposes". I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to find a support chat or email on the support site to no avail. Hello, I work for a high school district and my boss is currently in charge of giving us our CC packages for our iMac labs. We've had problems in the past with just trying to uninstall the Suite and installing the new one. So we've been re-imaging the computers just to put CC back on. In any case, my boss gave me a current package for another school so now I'm using their licenses instead of mine. Would I be able to create just a license package and install it and have my licnese be used instead of the other school? Example:High school A has 37 iMac computers that are using High School B's license. Can I create a package with only the license and install it so High school A uses it's own licenses? I hope this makes sense.
