Hello,we use Acrobat and Reader as part of creative cloud in our company. In one department we view .pdfs with linked .docm/.doc/.xlsm/.xlsx/.pdf - files, in all others we only have .pdf to .pdf links. To prevent maleware to spread through attached files, we disabled opening non-.pdf-files and only allowed it in the mentioned department and activated sandbox / protected mode.As this is an severe security problem and our company was targeted by a virus using this leak, I would like to limit this. Best case would be allowing only word and excel to be opened and only files from the directory the mentioned department works in.- I tried to set up a whitelist ("ProtectedModeWhitelistConfig.txt"), which only led to unexplainable behavior (links to other directories than the ones listed in the whitelist would work rather than the allowed ones; powerpoint would open, excel would not).- I tried to make the directory (on a server) a trusted "internet" source, as recommended in a discussion in thi

Hello,Can someone direct me to what Adobe recommends for reimaging a computer lab with Adobe Creative Cloud already installed?Do I need to deactivate the CC license in the Admin Console before re-imaging a lab and then reactivate them once the lab is imaged? Thanks,

I created a serialized package of CS6 Web and Design Premium with AAMEE, installed it on a computer and created an image. When this image is deployed to another computer, and a first login is made with a regular user account, I get the error "Activation Failed. We are unable to activate CS6 Design and Web Premium" when starting a CS6 application. When using an admin account, a silent activation seems to me made and the Adobe suite runs well afterwards with an admin account and regular account. The issue is with a first login with a regular account.  Has anyone seen this problem?

case number 0222338689Hi there, I am stuck in a Renew Subscription pop-up loop that I can't get out of. Every time I try to open an application, the "Renew your subscription dialog appears". I click "Try Again" and it tells me that my subscription is up to date and to click continue to start using my program. Once I do that, it loops back to the Renew Subscription dialog again.I can't access any of my applications and essentially cannot do my job because of it. I have logged in and out a bunch of times and it has not fixed the issue. It definitely seems like a server issue on the Adobe side, not something on my end.I contacted support yesterday but have not heard back since they said they would call me.This is pretty unacceptable and frustrating. Adobe, please help.thanks

We have succeeded to make ADobeReader as a default PDF reader in Windows, but not in MAC.We had an option (radio button), "Make Adobe the default PDF viewer",  to select  in Windows Wizard Installation and setup — Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for Windows However, we could not find such an option in MAC?How can we make it in MAC?DO yo have any script that can make it programmatically so that student's laptop are set automatically.We need students to open PDF assignment documents in AdobeReaderDC to edit & digitally(e.g.privat-key, public key) sign them.Thank youLooking forward to hearing from you soon.Best regards,Construxor

Two questions:Is Project Felix that only CC application that doesn't support Windows 7?Does Adobe have a timeline for when they will drop Windows 7 support for all of CC?

ETK says LEAVE_PDFOWNERSHIP, OWNERSHIP_STATE, and IW_DEFAULT_VERB are deprecated for Windows 10.  I previously was using LEAVE_PDFOWNERSHIP=YES on Windows 10 and it was working fine, but now with Reader 2017 and Acrobat 2017 it's not.Can I get some clarification on this?  I simply want to deploy Acrobat 2017 and not have it take over file associations or browser integration.

We are getting ready to deploy 10 teams of Adobe CC. The issue is each package is 20GB when the only difference will be the license. Can copy the .msi and the .ccp files in to one? This way we don't have 80GB of duplicate space.

Are these two addresses used by Creative Cloud on the Macintosh platform?  If so, what specifics / details are they used for?cc.collab.adobe.iocc-api-data.adobe.ioThis is being asked by a team member who is researching why 13 or so Mac users keep getting their domain passwords / accounts locked.  We entitle the users for CC using their domain email addresses and the CC app is one area of interest.

I'm having the same issue - however when I download the Application manager the "Install Adobe Apps" button just doesn't work. This is beyond frustrating. I have an enterprise account and need this for work!

When I try to launch Project Felix I get an error window that states "Sign In Required. Please sign in with your Adobe ID." The application never actually launches.I am using Windows 10, however I do not get this error when launching Project Felix on a Mac. Please help.

Just curious, but has Adobe ever gotten around to making a CLI version of the CCP? I have never understood why this thing was ever GUI driven. The only reason I can see for ever making this thing have a GUI is just to generate scripts for people who don't know how.If not, does Adobe ever plan to give it a CLI option?  Because at the moment the CCP is the only part of the packaging & deployment process I don't have automated.

Hello,I run a small production house with a team of 4 people. I need 4 licenses of creative cloud. Now Creative cloud for teams is more expensive and has more features than I not need ( Like license deployment, 100GB cloud storage etc).I just though i'd ask if I could buy 4 Individual licenses and use it for the people on my team. I see no reason why I can't.Thanks!

Hi,I'm deploying Windows 10 images this summer to classroom and lab computers. Unlike every other modern operating system available today, Windows 10 does not offer native PDF capability. We're specifically rolling-out the LTSB version of Windows 10 for privacy concerns, which does not include the Edge web browser. As a result of this, I have built Adobe Reader DC into the image along with many other software titles.Each time a user logs into Windows, they're doing so for the first time. Per policy, all user profiles stored on public computers must be removed at the end of that user's session. Everyone who uses these PCs is doing so for the first time. As a result, when Reader is opened, the user is bombarded with an onslaught of first-run dialogs and prompts that exceeds all patients. There are those for choosing the default PDF handler, determine the accessibility settings, and the UI's color scheme. All of these items placed into a first-run experience are asinine for a user profile

HiIts start to be really complicated to install all my software for entreprise.Last one we purchase is :Acrobat Professional 2017 17.0 MLP AOO License FC1) I fully install the software but had to connect at the end for activation ... i can undertsnad that. But is it possible to logoff from my adobe account and still use the software?I have 1 adobe id, if i logoff, cannot use the software anymore.Please explain to me how im supose to install/activate it.Is there any place to contact support for entreprise? What information is available to Adobe when setting up users in the Admin Console?  Is there a white paper that discusses?

we currently have Acrobat 9 on 2008 R2 Xenapp server and i need to update it to Acrobat Pro DC. Are there any guides tutorials for this? Do you just use the standard client installer? What about licensing ? We have cloud licenses, does the user just log in with their cloud account?I have a team license.
