Hi, I recently purchased 5 x extended licenses but am unable to download my VAT invoices. I can see them listed in my 'Orders and Invoices' section but nothing comes up when I click on them. Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you in advance.
I am currently running the Windows 10 pro 20H2 19042.804. My laptop is 64bits and I have 16gb of rams. However, Creative Cloud says it is running in compatibitly mode and stating I need to upgrade my OS to Windows 10 version 1607. Now I cannot download photoshops or update any of my softwares. Please help!

We support over a three thousand people and for our yearly renewals we cannot really ask every person if they are actually using the software. We would love if the Adobe Admin Console gave us the ability to track this. Even something as little as the last time they hit your authentication server would be sufficient, but if you could report actual minutes of use time per time period in some sort of report that would be amazing for so many reasons.
(Sorry, English is not my first language)Got a new PC, great memory space and 32 RAM, GPU and CPU is updated, 100 Hz, and got nothing else than just Creative Cloud and their apps installed (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, After Effects, Media Encoder, Animate)Only one that's working all good it's Photoshop. Illustrator it's missing some plugins and launches 2 error messages afterwards. Media Encoder and After Effects do not open at all when clicked and supposedly installed. Animate used to not work and appear the send feedback message but I went back to Windows 10 and started working out fine. I don't know if it's a corrupted file in my PC, a missing one or it's the PC capabilities...I'm in a dead end. Would appreciate your help.
My three colleagues and I are all Creative Cloud for Teams (all apps) license holders. If we purchased four of the new Logitech MX Creative Consoles, would all four of us be eligible for the free 3-month period, or does this only work for non-Teams memberships? The terms & conditions page is not quite clear on this. Has anybody here in a similar situation already have experience with redeeming the offer?

With Adobe having ceased support for Postscript fonts in recent years, we have maintained versions of Photoshop 2021 and Illustrator and InDesign 2022 on our designers' computers, so that historic files could be opened and edited. Until recently, it has always been possible to install these earlier versions of the apps via the Creative Cloud Desktop app by clicking on the three dots and selecting "Other Versions". Unfortunately, it has recently come to light that this option has now been limited to just versions from the past two years, which means that the specific versions we need are no longer accessible. I have contacted Adobe directly to ask whether they may be able to supply me with download links for the standalone installers, so that we can keep these on file for future use, but they have been particularly unhelpful in this regard, saying that I'd have to see if something could be found via this Community site, so here I am... Can anybody help? For reference
All, my issue is installing on a Windows 11 Enterprise Machine. The computer is 10th Gen i5 16 gig ram 500gb hard drive Windows 11 version 23H2. After down loading the package installer from my admin console it goes throught the motions of installing, but after about 15 minutes it errors out just saying installer failed. I have downloaded the log file. If someone can take a look and tell me what I need to fix that would be great. I know there are other post about doing a clean and reinstaling but I am not sure that is what needs to be done here. We have over 100 CC licenses so I know that isnt the issue. Please find the log file attached. I can not make heads or tails of it. Thanks
If someone logs on with a Federated ID or an Enterprise ID on a claimed domain, there's no reason Personal Account should be an option. If there is some edge case I'm not thinking of, the company should at least have the option to toggle the option on or off from the admin console.
Hi, is it possible to fix the value of msi branding INSTALLLOCATION written to the registry after the installation in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall?For example Photoshop 25.12 set the value INSTALLLOCATION to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\My Product Name\". There is no installation parameter for the installation folder so it the default.Othwise you can write it to the MSI logfile at the msi uninstallation, which is the prefered way if I read this site (Create install and uninstall programs for the SCCM package, step 2).Otherwise you can write the folder to the uninstall msi log. Otherwise it is not possible to get the installation folder without guessing.(I checked "msi branding" but found no relevant topics)

I dont expect anyone to answer as Adobe cant seem to answer. I purchased "pro" becasue I loved using it where I had worked so I wanted it for my home. It cost ($800.00 or $1000.00) at the time; Very Expensive but worth it. Some time ago (? when) Adobe just didnt work anymore and I started getting messageages that (In a sense) I would have to "rent" the rights to have access to my documents on my home computer. $50.00 + a month. so ~ $625.00 a month. That I have been paying. In effect, buying another set of Disk, every year. Currently, just got off chat do to Billing Issues and feel like a Hostage. What was that "Ransom" ware virus called? Ransomware? So all of my documents are held hostage, and the program as well unless I pay the montly Ransom. And I dont know why? Other than agreeing to it; in a panic. So that's It; currently waiting for the "Adobe" people to accept my payment or lose access to everything.&

Je me suis enregistrée avec le mail de l'université afin de pouvoir bénéficier de l'offre étudiante, mais c'est moi qui paie l'abonnement. Tout fonctionnait bien jusqu'à ce message. J'ai contacté l'université, mais ce n'est pas elle qui gère les comptes Adobe. Comment faire pour que je sois administratrice de mon compte et que je puisse à nouveau avoir accès aux applications ? Good morning, I'm following Adobe's technote on installing Acrobat Pro using Intune and I ran into some issues. I'm wonding if anyone had a similar experience and if so, how did they resolved it?Here's a link to documentation: Deploy Adobe packages using Microsoft IntuneAccording to this, while preparing .intunwin file with Win32 tool, we can either use .exe or .msi file in the package. Issue #1: When .exe file used while packaging and in command line, installation via Intune fails with the error message "The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)" It appears that it could be becuase "setup.exe --silent" command line (as per documentaiton) is not completely silent (see attached screen shot). Issue #2:When .msi used while packaging and in command line, only Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app gets installed by Intune; Acrobat is not installed. Request to change one-year payment to one-month payment
I have created a managed package in the Adobe Admin Portal for the Adobe Creative Cloud client. Wheen I download the package .zip and extract the contents, I am only able to install the package via the setup.exe file, not the included <package name>.msi file. I contacted Adobe Support, who reviewed the issue and requested a copy of the PDAP.log file which I provided. I was then told that the "backend team" said that this is not something that Adobe provides support with despite Adobe creating/providing the MSI file. How can I get assistance in reviewing the PDAP.log and any other logs to determine what the specific issue is as accurately as possible?

We have shared CC Libraries that our entire org can follow and use. We first create a personal library and then change it to an everyone library when it's done and ready to be shared. I also assign only a 1 or 2 people to have edit rights, but yet somehow someone that has not been granted edit rights appears to be able to make changes. A whole bunch of photos were just mysteriously added to a library that only 2 of us have edit rights to. What is happening????!!! I can't find straight forward answers to this question anywhere.
