Unable to sign in to Adobe DC Pro/Creative Cloud.We have a user provisioned with adobe acrobat DC Pro, When signing into the app, it says "you do not have access to this service. please contact your it administrator to gain access" though the user is added to the correct subscription group. User is using a MAC, we tried to sign the user in to adobe.com in different browsers/computers. And the issue persists.

How do I get my VIP ID? can anyone advise please

We got an email to upgrade Adobe PDF service API before 30th Sep. We are using adobepdftools connector to generate Doc to PDF on Azure logic apps.  Do we require any configuration change to upgrade to the newer Adobe PDF API version in adobepdftools.  

Our business purchased Creative Cloud All Apps for Teams, but we cannot assign users to apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) because the Adobe "hub" says we are using a free Creative Cloud Free Membership. We are sure that the Creative Cloud All Apps for Teams was purchased since we have proof of billing, and we have tried signing in and out to no avail. How do we fix this?

Hi there, Having an issue with one of our machines, Creative Cloud is just perpetually stuck on updating at 0%. Can't install any software, can't sign out, can't do much of anything at all. I've followed every guide, used the Adobe Cleaner tool, removed everything Adobe from everywhere on the computer and done multiple fresh reinstalls to no avail. I'm not even sure what caused the issue. The libraries pane just says "oops not available", the libraries installer just fails with an "unknown error", Your Files just says "installing". I have verified there is no issue with connectivity, the account is working fine, there is nothing preventing CC from operating normally. I am looking to just re-install Windows completely as I'm sort of out of options unless anyone has experienced this before!

I have a student with the Adobe Enterprise account through our School District. When student attempts to sign in via the enterprise portal it says account unable to log in. Is it a conflict if the student created a personal account using same email? If so, what do we do regarding that problem? I have sent a request to my IT, but they have not responded.

Guten Tag,ich bin Admin in unserem Adobe Teams Konto.Wir benutzen Acrobat Pro DC und Acrobat Standard DC Lizenzen.Das Hinzufügen und der Kauf / Mietung ist leicht zu bewerkstelligen,aber wenn ich nun einem Mitarbeiter die Lizenz entziehe und diese Lizenz dann kündigen möchte, ist das Nicht möglich. So bleiben weiterhein die Kosten der unbenutzten Lizenz monatlich.  Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die überflüssige Lizenz abzubestellen / zu entfernen? Über die Hilfe Funktion findet man das: über die Support Funktion findet man: Es gibt kein treffendes Support Thema also kann ich auch diesbezüglich kein Ticket eröffnen! Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen?

Hello,  I would like to see a feature from Adobe that provides usage stats based on licanse usage. e.g. for Adobe DC, I can see in SCCM the number of users that have opened the application. I am unable to see how many are actually editing PDF's or using the licensed features. The end goal is to be able to manage licences with the users that are actually using the features. 

When using Acrobat Reader DC on any machine in my organisation (all Win10) I cannot add a Sharepoint site (office365).I can add a Onedrive site fine but when I enter the url and connect I get no prompt for credentials or anything just ignores the Continue button when pressed.This happens for any permutation of Sharepoint URL and for any user in my organisation.Any thoughts beyond the troubleshooting guide which I've been through??

I have no way to cancel a trial subscription on my university's Adobe account online and now I got an email saying I am charged for $30 for renewal. I have never even used the Adobe stock trial. There is no customer care email or phone contact anywhere. Please help.

I am trying to create a GPO for Adobe Acrobat Pro Coninuous Version to match STIG settings.  When I looked at the stig the settings were not available so I downloaded the GPO registry template files from https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/DesktopDeployment/gpo.html#gpo-registry-template  However, after added these files to our DC I do not have the settings required by the STIG still.  After looking at the files I downloaded, the are dated from 2015.  How can I get the correct admx files for this version so I can create a GPO that matches the STIG settings our environment requires.

Hello, as part of my job I need to share draft documents with engineers and SMEs to gather vital feedback. My peers all have the ability to click "Get Link" and share their PDFs effortlessly with our organization. However, when I click the "Get Link" button in my PDFs, instead of a link, I get an error message saying my 'file can't be sent because my organization has sharing restrictions in place'. (screenshot attached) I've asked people throughout my organization's IT team, and I've also escalated this to Adobe help, and *nobody* has been able to tell me who has the power to change this setting. It's incredibly tedious to have to ask my co-workers to generate links for me every time I want a document reviewed. Any help here would be GREATLY appreciated!

Es como si no estuviera totalmente asignada la licencia de Photosop a mi usuario administrador, ya que no me aparece en produdctos. ¿Como puedo cambiar el usuario al que asigna esta licencia y ponerselo a otro, si no veo el producto? Hi,My Adobe account I've been using for several years has just been added to an enterprise organization that will provide my subscription from now.As I misunderstood what "migrating assets to the enterprise cloud" meant, I chose to keep them on my personal subscription, that I would like to end as I don't need it anymore. To make it more clear, I now have a single e-mail address that is linked to a personal and an enterprise account.Unfortunatly it seems like I can't manually move the assets (online saved documents like psdc files, adobe fonts, ...) to my enterprise account by sharing them because I'm using the same e-mail address for both. Is there a way to be prompted once again to migrate the assets to my enterprise account? Or a simple way to make the migration again? Thank you

New account, new license, one time pin notification email not coming through when a user needs to register / log in to the account. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

We are a public high school and we've purchased a 100-device shared-device license for Adobe Creative Cloud. We've ensured that the application is deployed correctly as the instructor and I are able to log in to the machines as ourselves or as students, launch the software, and then log in to use the software using our accounts.Our students can launch the software but are prompted to sign in and then they get error messages or are told they aren't users. We've changed the permissions in the Admin Console to work with logins for our domain and that didn't work. I went so far as to upload EVERY student as a user through .csv files and STILL, we get errors that students aren't users. Adobe Technical Support is NEARLY useless - my last call resulted in my explaining to my support agent how to navigate the user upload template that came from Adobe!Are there any ideas out there regarding how/why this wouldn't work for our students?! Do I understand the information correctly that the ability to work on the cloud on synced files will be disabled and the cloud files will be deleted? Bonjour,J'ai une license Creative cloud pack complet entreprise dont je suis à la fois l'administrateur et seul utilisateur.Etant basé à Monaco je n'ai pas pu acheter directement cette license à Adobe, il a fallu que je passe par un intermédiaire, une entreprise d'informatique également basée à Monaco, et donc idem à chaque renouvellement chaque année.Aujourd'hui j'ai besoin de contacter le service client pour une question précise et c'est impossible, le chatbot m'indique que mon adresse email renseigné ne correspond à aucun compte existant.Aves-vous une solution ou un email de contact direct, c'est quand même abhérent de ne pas pouvoir contacter Adobe en étant client depuis aussi longtemps.Cordialement à tous et merci de votre aide.

When I comment on a task assigned to me from "New Updates", it is completed as "marked this as Done" by itself.This is despite the fact that the "Status" is set to "In Progress" and the "Percent Complete" to less than 100%. I have to set "Assignments" to "Not done yet" every time.Does anyone know the cause and solution? 

I have group with 10 users in Adobe CC Enterprise.  I assigned Adobe CC products to 10 users.  I need to find how many users are logged in and downloaded the products out of 10 users.   As current audit log does not show this feature through Admin console.  I would appreciate if this feature is added in the admin console under audit log.  

I am the admin for our team, but I am the only one who has not received the "new" version of Acrobat Pro DC, which looks like it started rolling out in June 2023. I have literally every user asking questions about the new interface and I thought they were all smoking crack or something. According to the creative cloud desktop, I have the same version as they do, but mine is the "old version". There is no menu item to "disable new acrobat" for example. How do I get on the same version as my users? And why would it roll out to everyone except the admin account?  The problem is the same with my mac version, so I need to force that version to update also. Thanks,Mark

My school system just switched from K-12 All Apps Enterprise to MEEP. After the switch, there is nothing left on the cloud or any access to old files. Is there a way to access those files?
