I have recently got a new credit card. I missed my monthly payment, and have a deadline to pay it. I already checked every link on this website to change my credit card, but there is no billing and payment information option on my Adobe account. Likewise, I cannot get into the Adobe store to change my information there either.  Please help

Last week my CC Desktop app crashed (not during anything in particular; from sleep to wake), and when I tried to relaunch, it took a very long time to initialize. My most commonly used apps (Ps, Ai, Id, Pr) required an update, but when I tried to update any of them, I received one of the error codes above.   After multiple restarts and attempts to repair, I've uninstalled all of my current apps, including the CC Desktop app. After a long reinstall, it still takes around 2-3 minutes to initialize the CC Desktop app, and I am not able to install any CC software following that. Still getting the same error codes but mostly 107.   I don't have any of these problems on my Windows 11 machine. It seems like an Apple-specific problem, but I have no idea how to solve it.   Adobe Virtual Assistance is useless, and I cannot request Agent Assistance because, somehow, the system does not recognize my license (every time I access the account page, it either displays "Personal Account"

Hi,In September 2022, I purchased a 1-year Adobe subscription through my college. They offer official licensces for Adobe for students, so it was an actual legit membership/subsciption plan. However, suddenly today, my account says I no longer have access to Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, etc. and that I can start a free trial. The apps have also disappeared from what's included in my subscription plan on the apps page, even though they used to be in there.I already logged in again several times to see if that would make a difference, but it does not. What do I do to access these apps again with my subscription? Thank you in advance!

This one may sound a bit complicated, or maybe I am not good at describing the problem. I work IT and have a user who has an account under my admin console account. So on her account she pays the monthly subscription to get the Acrobat Pro. Now under my Admin Account I added Photoshop Pro to her account as she also uses this software. Once I added her Photoshop pro license to her account through the Admin Console it booted off her Acrobat Pro on her Creative cloud. I cannot seem to get it back on there. Any ideas? Could it have something to do with the User Groups? Even on her personal group it doesn't show her acrobat pro.

Hi all,  I have installed Adobe Acrobat DC (Continous) 23.001.20174. I created MST using Adobe Customization wizard and selected option to set it as default pdf app. But when I am installing it along with customized MST, it is not being set as default app.  To confirm, I installed it manually and selected option to set it as default, still same issue. I tried importing registries after making changes in preference after setting it as default, but that method is also not working. Any idea, how can we set it as default app for PDF, if we are deploying it through SCCM. Kindly help me. ThanksVivek

Kind of panicking right now since I no longer want creative cloud and i find NO WHERE where I can delete my monthly payment through my teams account?` I cannot afford this anymore adn I have searched for two weeks on how to erase this.   HELPI login to my admin console, click the plan where I can see "Your plan" and the list of programs but NO "manage account" that will take me to the delete option, only "view all apps and services".   I am behind with payment by 7 days now.please help!

How can we deploy Acrobat Pro in a set-and-forget-it way, that will allow it to auto-update, but prevent users to install new apps from the Creative Cloud app?  Users are non-admin.

We have found that the creative cloud desktop application causes a lot of battery drain on our laptops. Most of our users need only Acrobat DC installed and nothing else. Is it possible to install and use Acrobat without also having to install the desktop creative cloud application?Thank you!

Dear all,   We just setup a new RDS Farm with 6 loadbalanced host with centralized VHDX Profil managed by FSLogix. We have Creative Cloud licenses (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and we would like to be able to make this available on all 6 machines. To ensure only users with licenses could use the applicaiton we add the AppLocker policy (in addition to CC authentificaiton).   I've create a package from the adminconsole including all our softwares that are licensend and I deployed this on all host into the RDS Farm. After that I've logied in with my user to the first host and launch Photoshop without any problmes.   The problem happens when my account is redirected to a different host into the Farm. The creative cloud system informs me that the license is already activated on too many computers.   My quesitons are: - Is CC installation possible on an RDS farm ? - IF yes, what is the exact procedure ? -If not, what is the recommended solution ?     Thank

Hallo zusammen! Wir haben bei einem unserer Arbeitsplätze das Problem, dass der Computer nach einem Windows Update offenbar nicht wiedererkannt wird. Das zeigt sich dadurch, dass die Creative Cloud Applikation abgemeldet ist. Versucht man sich anzumelden, wird angezeigt, dass der Benutzer zu viele Geräte registriert hat. Es werden 2 Geräte angezeigt, darunter auch exakt der Rechner, um den es geht. Kann man diesen Fehler beheben? Kann es etwas mit dem Benutzer zu tun haben? Das Windows-Benutzerprofil wird über die Active Directory verwaltet. Die Neuinstallation aller CC Programme haben bisher keinen Erfolg gebracht. Vielen Dank vorab für Eure Hilfe.

I'm looking at renewing our Creative Cloud accounts through TechSoup (current accounts were purchased directly through Adobe). I know my colleagues will need to create new accounts with new email addresses for this. Is there a way they can transfer their saved work from one account to another, or will they need to download everything and upload it to the new account?

Because in my profile there is no information when the license period is End.I Need to know the exact date when it will end, because i need to propose the Renewal to my organization.i have no access to admin console. so if the answer is to check from there, i've already tried it..

In my business, as we've grown we've bought individual annual licences for our employees.  We are now in a position where a Teams account would be better suited to our needs.  All individual licences have different end dates.  If we cancelled those individual licences, then added those exact email addresses to our Teams account, would we liable to pay the remaming balance of the individual licences up until the end of the conracted period?

For Creative Cloud, if you are using SAML with Federated IDs for SSO how are you managing the logout process? Adobe currently does not offer a place to enter a SLO (Single Log out) URL or Endpoint in the Admin Console so when you logout of the Adobe application/website it never redirects the user to the SSO logout page and thus never kills their SSO session. Obviously, this creates a huge problem because when the second user comes in and tries to login, the system still sees user #1 as authenticated (since their SSO session never ended) and it just automatically lets user #2 in as user #1. This will go on and on with every user since User #1 never ends their SSO session. I adivsed Adobe Support of this and they basically said we dont support that right now and we will add it as a feature request. Not sure how you support SAML if you don't support the logout process. Allowing a login URL is only half the process. Curious if others found any workaround for this. Thanks.

I am at a university and I am getting comptuer labs ready for the coming fall semester. I have been using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to clean off all adobe prducts from the computer so that i can install the latest adobe prducts package on the imacs in the lab. I have noticed that it is not uninstalling ANY of the 2023 prodcuts that are installed on the computers. Typically we run it through a jamf policy that downloads the tool and runs the tool with --removeAll=ALL flag. I have tried re-downloading the tool to make sure i have the latest version of it if it's been updated from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html But when i run the tool manually it doesn't even list the 2023 products at all as you can see in the screenshot below. Is there an updated tool for this somewhere or a tool specificaly for 2023 products and going forward? This is not necissarily an issue with refreshing a lab computer, but we use this tool

I have been asked to buy my subscription again, despite already paying for it 3 days ago...Because this account is connected to my university, I am not able to contact support and get a message telling me to contact the designated Adobe support officer. This seems like a lazy way for Adobe to palm off their customer support issues to save on customer support.  Is there any way I can contact Adobe? Thanks in advance.

Hello All,I try to run Creative Cloud on a Parallels VM.Host macOS ventura 13.4, (MacBook pro m1)  install a VM op Parallels Desktop 18 > macOS ventura 13.4.I started the procedure to install Creative Cloud, login, etc all seems ok, but when started the Creative Cloud app to install Adobe Illustrator it remains empty, no apps to see, have tried to restart, try to repair Creative Cloud all without success.Any help will be appreciated.

I have an enterprise user that is unable to log into his adobe due to the fact he signed in with his personal email. Now each time he opens adobe the system is asking him to register or continue the trial. Is there a way to sign the user out and have him log in again with his Work email?
