We have a team of users that wants to send contracts with the same from, or reply to, address. Is there a way to do this while keeping their own logins so it can be tracked as to who has done what?

Hello everyone. I have a problem with the admin console account. I have a package for all programs with cc for teams. My one-year contract ends this month. My account says I need to contact technical support to cancel or change my plan. However, I have no way to contact you, neither by phone nor by e-mail. I don't know who to contact about this. Please help.

Hi,Just assigned a user to CC. Normally it works like a charm, but now the user doesn't have access to the apps, even though I assign all apps to the user.  Can somebody help, we are in a rush!   

This problem only happens on a specific user profile. Already reinstalled multiple times. I have been having trouble removing an old administrator account for a team member that left 3 months ago. now I subscribed photography plan myself but am not able to download any application available in the package except lightroom, especially photoshop, how can I  remove the old administrator  Any help you be appreciated

How do you store the hundred of video clips in the cloud for team access? Any easy solutions that don't use up your desktop storage? Looking for a library type solution.

I reported an issue to Adobe Support where the Creative Cloud Desktop app (Or one of the Adobe apps we are installing from the Creative Cloud) is installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 software. We have uninstalled the app to have it reinstalled the same day. Adobe pointed me to the following article. Choose Visual C++ runtime versions to install (adobe.com) It specifically states that the article is for admins that are using the Creative Cloud Packager to deploy packages to user's desktops. I have no idea what this CCP software is. I'm simply installing the Creative Cloud Desktop application. Am I missing something, or is the Adobe Support just simply wrong? They are wanting to close the case, without further explanation.

Hello, can somone help me out, please?I got this message when I open my creative cloud: "You don't have access to manage apps". And so I do ot have access to the apps overview anymore. I tried everything in the admin settings but issue is not solved annd it's ot possible to get in touch with a real customer support of Adobe 😞 I am Admin of my Adobe products. Best,Franzi

Hello, I have been charged 62,99 this month when I had been paying 36,29 a month. I find it difficult to contact Adobe service to cancel this last payment as this is not what I want to pay for the programs. I have been paying for years and it is totally unaffordable. Hi,    I'm member of an enterprise license on my PC and I just got a new notebook for remote working outside the office. Do I need another license for the notebook ?  I tried to find out in adobe website and I found " Your personal license" can install on as many device but can only active on 2 device and only use on 1 device at the time.    Question is how about enterprise license ? I try to update the number of licenses within the renewal period. There is no option to do that (though in the mail I received Adobe says it's possible).

Wow. For a massive company, what poor customer support.  Adobe reached out to me to consolidate multiple contracts we had. Ok no problem, let's get it done.The customer service agent while browsing my account, notified me that our credit card on file is expired. i can assure you it is not, and all of our invoices are paid. I even provided screenshots of our account invoice history to the customer service agent. the CS agent refused to help, then proceeded to try and upsell me on a document signing product we don't need. He scoffed, and laughed at me when i explained how we do things at our company! the CS agent eventually agreed to send me some information. Never got anything. Emailed the agent 3-4 times following up, no response, so I pinged his manager. Surprise, no response from him either. The manager must've instructed the CS agent to reply to me, because i finally got an email back. CS agent still wouldn't help us consolidate the contracts.  What an absol

The International Guild of Knot Tyers has TWO charity licences[1] for Creative Cloud. For several years, I do not know how many, Creative Cloud (CC) has been used to produce our magazine. I have agreed to join the NEW editorial team and will and am required to edit the drafts of the magazine. The app works on my iPhone and I can comment using a web browser[2] however I am aged and my sight is far from how it was even 10 years ago and the web variant neither allows me to download the file as a PDF nor to print it directly[3], nor have I found a method of removing the comments so that I CAN at least see and print it I therefore had planned to install CC on my MacBook have come into the FREE use ‘is it free or not’ issue[4] the CC and attempted installation failed when the installer assumed that KeyChain  was in  use; it recovered but even failed when I entered the MacOS password going back to key chain And the final insult I can no longer log into the Adobe

Hi,I have an Issue with my Adobe account. With the same ID I have two profiles. One is the personal account where I have Acrobat Pro. The other is my business account with FrameMaker. How can I merge these togather? I need to use Acrobat together with FM. This is not currently possible.  Thank you for answer.

HelloThere is a group setup as Enteprise ID where the domains have been added.Ideally, we like to utilise OKTA as a single SignOn function.Guides say that the Feration ID is required to setup SSO and add & link domains.Now, I have created a test group and wanted to link up the domains but they are already in use.What is best approach on this?If I delete the Enteprise ID group folder, will it stop existing users to manually log onto Adobe eSign?Can somebody assist please?

Hi All I am hoping someone can help I am trying to run the below uri to update a users details.https://usermanagement.adobe.io/v2/usermanagement/action/{orgId} I am getting the below responseerrormessage : Changes to users are only allowed in claimed domains.errorCode : error.domain.trust.nonexistent We have a Buisness ID setup.I have tried going into the admin console and going to the settings -> identity -> directory - selecting the buisness directory but there is no add domain option. Is it not possible to update users through the usermangement api with a buisness id setup? Many ThanksJames

Hi, How do I delete files created by users using the Admin Console without getting them to sign in and delete them? I need to free up some space. TIA

We have seen an uptick of users within our organization with issues opening Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Symptoms include Acrobat crashing upon opening and Acrobat freezing upon open. This appears to be impacting only full-licensed users and does not discriminate between them using the 32-bit or 64-bit version. And it also does not discriminate between Windows version/OS Build. I have two users: one on Windows version 22H2 OS build 19045.2486 and another on version 21H2 OS build 19044.2364. On top of this craziness, it appears to be intermittent because I am also a full licensed user on the same 22H2 version/build but my Acrobat works fine.For Acrobat, I confirm that we are all using version 2022.003.20310. We have tried a few fix including quick repair from Control Panel, terminating Task Manager task for all Adobe processes, and general maintenance/rebooting/etc. None which fixes the issue. I'm in the Adobe Admin Console and we have an SLP list of users/accounts for Students and an AICUP list of users/accounts for staff/faculty. I am able to remove users/accounts from the SLP list that don't have a license assigned (because the student graduated, left the University, etc.), so the list is more true to how many accounts we actually have with assigned licenses. I am able to select an account (check a box to the left of the account) and then an option to remove pops up. But I am not able to remove any users/accounts from the AICUP list, there is no box to check to the left of the account like the SLP list and there is no option to select or remove an account from the list. Is there something we are missing or something we have to do to clean up that list AICUP of users? 

Hello, I am trying to log in to one of my users to adobe but I keep getting this annoying google pop-up that wants my users to sign in with google. I do want that. I want the user to put their email and then their password. How do I disable this feature? He has a Macbook Pro with macOS Ventura.

Can I share a single Acrobat Pro license on two computers? In a way that some programs are only used in one computer, and others are only used in the other one.

I am trying to share/move private CC libraries to teams but the option is not available. I've been through support but after being passed around 4-5 operators who were useless I gave up to try here instead.We are on a CC for teams plan and the business tab is active in the admin console so we should be able to access the feature.
