Hi, just started using frensco. I'm using an xp pen tablet and when I'm using the pen tool the windows cursor follows my pen around while I'm drawing. The eraser tool seems to work just fine thought... is there some setting somewhere I need to change? I'm on windows 11 and I saw some setting options for windows 10 that might have worked, but none of those seem to have carried over to windows 11🙄... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am new to Adobe Fresco and drawing apps in general for that matter. What I would like to get out of Fresco is the following - 1. in the image of the loon, get rid of all the white pixels so the grain of the underlying wood shows - 2. how can I precisely cut out the paddle from the black bacground (and there's a lot more of that black background in the original image, what you see here has been cropped).Is there an easy way to accomplish these 2 tasks without having to get a PhD in the app?

So this time the problem is a bit different. I still want to get rid of the white in the trees but this time everything is on a single layer. Is this possible?

Does Fresco have such a function? If so, where is it? If not, is there a way to do something similar?

All of my storage clouds are completely free, I have never used any Adobe programs before so storage should be empty. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times. Can someone please provide assistance? Thank you

tenho o adobe fresco e ja não é aprimeira vez que ele fecha sozinho e fica apresentando "relatorio de falha" tento enviar para adobe analizar e fecha sozinho o fresco enão consigo terminar de ler tudo. o que fazer gente? fica danto isso da foto gente. o que fazer? ja desistanlei e instalei de novo e nada. 

I have a Windows 10 computer, with windows up to date, with an Nvidia GeForce GT 730 card, with the most recent Nvidia drivers.  But I cannot install Fresco into my creative cloud, because it says my graphics card is not compatible.  Why not?  All I see in system requirments is an "Nvidia graphics cared"/

Hi, I'm trying to work between photoshop and Fresco. I set a do up in Fresco, did some work. Opened it in Photoshop, did some work. Opened it back in Fresco, all good. Got a pop up message saying: 'Your Photoshop layers have been preserved' (then some body copy saying thery are read only) but the blue ok button to the bottom left does not work so the message is stuck on the screen and i can't do any work. Have closed and reopened a few times same thing. My apple pen is charged and working as I use to open the file. it doesnt work with finger touch either. Can anyone help?

Just bought this ipad and pencil yesterday. Brand new. 64gb. (32gb used - no other apps open)Been drawing with Fresco and this started happening last night. I just drew the black border around the yellow oval and now I can't switch tools or change layers or undo or exit back to home page or anything BUT I can still draw lines and erase them so it's not frozen entirely. Any ideas?

I am running Fresco on my Windows Surface Laptop Studio, it has 32 GB of Ram, and the pen (Surface Slim Pen 2) works fine in all testing environments besides Fresco. I am doing line drawings of insects, using the vector brush only, with multiple layers, for hairs/outlines/so I can erase bits and add depth later. I have turned off smothing, made it so the file is available locally, and minimized the size of the canvas to just the screen.With these changes the pen occasionally staggers/lags, creating a series of lines instead of one continuous motion across the screen, inbetween strokes the app becomes completely unresponsive, requiring about 10 seconds before ANY touch input (fingers, eraser, pen, etc) are recognized. It seems to be worse in tablet mode, but the same issues occur in either method. I am at my wits end with this- any solutions, or should I find another app?  

Hello, On my IPad when I open creative cloud I can see and access all of my CC libraries.  When trying to use the libraries in Fresco the libraries tab only shows incomplete or missing libraries.  What should I do to fix this?Many Thanks.

Anyone else using Fresco on Windows Desktop notice that the Get More Brushes panel that pops up doesn't have the Spring 2023 brush update? As Kyle mentioned last week the Summer 2023 brushes will be along next month, so it woud be nice to see them in this panel, pretty please 😊   I know I can get them via the Get More Brushes on the web, download and import them from file. But I think updating the panel would still be very useful. 

Dear all,I love to work with Fresco but I get a little bit desperated. When I reopen my drawings on my iPad 3 the illustrations are sooooo blurry and pixelated. Of course the vector based lines are sharp but not the pixel brushes. It makes no sense to continue the work because it is so blurry when I reopen it 😞  Is there any setting I have to make to fix this?!

hi I'm beginner in digital drawing I have problem with brushes , layers , settings , color chip these don't show up with me I use Microsoft surface 7 pro Do I have use pen to show up these ? 

I am new to Fresco. I started with a png file and made it a raster layer. I want to change a specific color everywhere to a different color.

I could only smudge pixel layers in fresco, however I would like to smudge in the vector layer. Is there a way for me to do that?

I've been experiencing significant issues with tool switching, primarily with vector brushes in Fresco Files. Here's a video to show what happens: https://youtu.be/aA_PZ5P4S1s I'll be drawing with a vector brush and need to erase something, and I can't tap the erase button, a new layer, a new tool, or anything. It's like the only thing I can do is draw and everything else in the program is frozen. When I exit the program and come back, everything is fixed! I can erase, open a new layer, import a picture, etc. For a few seconds to a minute or until I draw again ,then everything freezes again and have to switch to another app again. Sometimes it doesn't fix when I program switch, and I have to close the Adobe Fresco app entirely for it to reset.    Specs: iPad Pro 12.9, 4th geniOS 16.3.1 (has happened on previous versions as well)Fresco 4.4.2 (has happened on previous versions as well) Notes and comments:Yes, I've restarted my iPad multip

  So i'm trying to download Adobe Fresco but I don't meet the requirements:   -Adobe Fresco is not yet compatible with your device. -Adobe Fresco is not yet compatible with your graphics card.   Any idea on when they might be? or what GPU would be best to use for Adobe Fresco?   All other apps work fine and great even considering AMD's famous incompatibility with adobe apps.   Thank you.

Hello! I'm having trouble creating a stamp function with one of my layers in Adobe Fresco on iPad. I'm still pretty new to all of this and will do my best to explain. I have a vector layer that I want to drop into another layer as a negative space. In other words, I want to use it to stamp out a hole in the other layer. How do I go about this?

Is there anyway to recover a file after Fresco freezes? On two occasions I have lost work after hours of drawing. I had been saving it by exiting and reopening it. Extremely frustrating. This make Fresco so untrustworthy. I love adobe products, but this makes Fresco unusable. This never happens with procreate. 

Fresco is frozen.  I posted on this forum about this and I got a helpful reply but I'm not sure what they mean when they say 'turn the app off'.  I'm computer basic sorry 

I'm new to fresco. I had 3 documents of doodles. On the third doc I was painting with a large watercolor brush (300px) and the app suddenely glitched. It created a bunch of blank layers. In fact, all the layers of that doc were blank, including the ones I had painted, plus 20 more.  I left, came back, everything was gone.  But this was also true of my other 2 documents!! WTF?! So I am no longer using Fresco, why do so when that could happen. Glad I only have a couple of hours using it.The files are available as psds in creative cloud, but I can't use them in Fresco
