I'm a newbie here! I have a Huion Kamvas 12 pen display tablet. The title bar is too long. Is here a way to make it a double row display, like Photoshop is able to do? I couldn't find a solution anywhere. Thanks for your help! Rochelle M
Hii am new to Fresco and I'd like to draw a shape to a specific dimension. I can not see where to transform shapes to specific x and y dimensions.any help appreciated
Because Adobe Fresco automatically saves a document to Adobe Cloud whenever I close a document, I am getting multiple conflicting copies of the same document – one on the cloud and the other, more up to date document, on my hard drive. This feature also results in document changes I don't want being saved which can result in things I want to keep being overwritten. Further compounding the problem is your automatic sync since your algorithm has no idea what I want to sync. Automatic saving interferes with my workflow and creates unnecessary work..a) How can I disable automatic cloud saving?b) How can I close a document in Fresco without saving it? c) How do I disable automatic syncing? Hi,I have tried everything that has been suggested and have had no success. I am on a school account and everytime I try to open it, it says loading documents and then crashes/closes. I used to work fine early this year but recently I have tried to open and that happens. Fresco is also on the newest update. I would apperciate if someone is able to help me fix this issue.
I just got a Canon Pixma G5020 printer to print documents from Adobe Fresco. I can go throught the motions - Export, file type, Print, print settings. When all is set I click the Print button and the dialog goes away as if it worked, but nothing prints, and printer still says Ready to Print. I've successfully printed from other apps like Photos and Procreate, so the problem is Fresco. I know I can export to camera roll or PDF, but my desire is just to be able to quickly print a draft from Fresco. Anyone have this issue? Screen record of nothing printing attached!
Hello everyone,I'm trying to import a photo to adobe fresco with its original size without having to scale it myself. The original photo came from a pdf that I had to convert to a jpeg and import to fresco. Unfortunately, fresco decreases the size a ton when I import onto my canvas leaving it up to me to scale it. I know it won't be accurate if I scale the image myself and it has to be exactly like it is in the pdf because it will be printed later. Is there any way to have the image imported with its original size to my canvas instead of shrinking down? I've attached the original pdf from which I separated the images and made a jpeg for each one to import.
After i update adobe fresco always crashes it was working fine before the update now back to crashes and last time this happen i wasnt able to use it for a bout a week
Will there be a fix soon to turn off snapping completely? There is a feature to turn off snapping but it does not work. It only removes some snapping. I have a video of the ruler tool snapping after the feature is turned off. I use an iPad 9th gen, iPadOS 16.2 (20C65)
Anyone know if the ability to see your cursor when using a second display with Fresco is coming anytime soon? Procreate does it.. although I'm not a 100% fan of their cursor style.. just want something similar to a wacom/tablet cursor (whilst using Apple Pencil of course.)
Fresco in my system crashes on startup, repeatedly. I have a really powerful system that runs Windows 11 Pro-64bit with the latest Alder Lake I9 processor and 64GB of DDR5. Windows 11 has been updated recently to the very recent version. All drivers are working fine and so do all the other Creative programs. I have uninstalled and installed the program various times, I have updated the Wacom drivers but nothing seems to help. I know that there are lots of reports of similar problems here, but I have not seen a single credible solution to the problem.
My iPad is the new one. iPad air 5th generation 10.9even the pen is 2nd generation. Nothing isn't old. Why my brushes doesn't work? Im using only these brushes in the pictures. Some help please? Many thanks
Hi, first time posting to the forums so bare with me. But I donloaded Adobe Fresco today and all I'm getting is the error as seen in the screen cap below and then inifinte loading. I have no idea what that error means, and googling it provided me with nothing but forum posts that basically just equate to gibberish to me.
Fresco is not syncing. Get 'An error occurred while syncing one or more documents. Fresco will continue trying to sync.' It seems to be stuck in this state. I have shut down IPad and Fresco numerous times. Turn off and on WI-FI. Files aren't showing in Creative Cloud even if show green check mark in Fresco. Any solutions?

I've recently started using Fresco, and after the first couple of times using it, it started to crash every time I tried drawing after switching brushes. I couldn't find a solution anywhere, but I'm hoping someone here will know how to fix it. Thanks in advance!
I've tried a number of things to get this to work. I tried uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling, I've tried the advice below, and I tried updating my firewall. nothing seems to work the app just does not work anymore. "We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if it helps:1. Go to Creative Cloud Desktop Application2. Press Ctrl+Alt+R3. It will show a dialog to Relaunch4. Click Continue and wait for 2-3 minutes5. Launch Fresco"
Hola!! ojalá alguien me pueda ayudar. últimamente he tenido muchos problemas con el programa en ipad, ya que se cierra de manera continua y hoy al terminar una ilustración, el área de trabajo se puso en negro y se congeló la aplicación, al momento de que respondió, volví a la pantalla inicial y no salía mi ilustración 🥲... chequé en la nube y en efecto, salen las capas como si tuvieran algo, pero no tienen nada, no sé que hacer, me tardé mucho con esa ilustración y estoy que quiero llorar T__T!! alguien sabe a qué se debe? la app está actualizada y mi ipad también :'(... Ojalá alguien me pudiera orientar para poder recuperar mi trabajo. Les dejo un screen de como aparece en la nube y es así tal como aparece el archivo en el ipad. Saludos! Note: Renamed by Mod
I just installed Fresco on my Windows 11 laptop and it just crashes before fully loading to launch. The only thing that shows is a message about loading documents, which I do not have yet, because I just installed for the first time. I tried unstalling , and Installing a older version, but it continues to creash and I am really disapointed. Anyone has a solution for this issue? Thanks
My Adobe Creative Cloud says that Fresco is included, but when I try to download brushes it says I have the free version. I don't understand.
I work on fresco on PC with and Xp-pen drawing pad.For some reason when I press on the brushes logo, the dropdown menu to change the brush/menus and those things doesn't work.Similiarly I can add layers but can't move between them since when I click on it nothing happens, and when I press the preferences icon nothing happens as well.I tried it pressing with the pen and with the mouse.Does anyone have any idea what's wrong?

Hello, I wanted to if Fresco has tilt support with stylus. I use a S pen with my samsung galaxy book 2 pro 360.
Our company has licenses to Creative Cloud All Apps. When I click on the details for this subscription, under "Included Applications", it clearly lists "Adobe Fresco (for iPad and Windows 10)", along with "Illustrator on iPad" and "Photoshop on the iPad", as applications. However, whenever I try to launch these programs on my iPad and log in with my user ID and credentials, none of these applications acknowledge that a license has been issued to me and requests purchasing an additional subscription or use as a trial. This seems wrong since it clear states in our Admin Console that these are included with our current subscription. Has anyone else experienced this problem? [Renamed by Mod]
