Please could someone kindly advise me on how I can print to scale on A4 from Adobe Illustrator on IPad Pro, even if I draw a small circle of 30mm when I try to print on "HP smart tank plus 550" whatever picture I draw always prints full page, I'm trying to make a template for woodwork that is a circle of 38mm inside a shape. kind Rgds 

Anyone know how to expand text on the iPad version of Illustrator? For some reason whe I try object>epand it does not turn it into a shape. Thanks everyone! 

Hi, I recently updated Adobe Illustrator on my iPad to the newest version, 3.0.1, and it now crashes as soon as I open the app. I am unable to use the app or my files at all (I use the program for my small business). Has anyone encountered this as well and/or have a solution? I have tried everything listed on the Adobe help center page, but nothing has worked. 

I can't move around the canvas in illustrator iPad. I did an update to the logitech keyboard and now I can't more around. Need fixing.

I am having the hardest time finding where the bleed adjustment options are located on the mobile version of the app for ipads. Does anyone have a clue where the bleed options have been moved to?   Moved to Illustrator on the iPad by Moderator

Hello dear Community, I want to use Illustrator on my IPad 8th Generation but it doenst work. I know it should work because I used it 3-4 month ago. Does Adobe changed their hardware requirements? I already restared my IPadI already  reinstalled the application what can I do best regards from Vienna 

I teach a class of 24 kids using Illustrator on the Ipad, one of the has had this issue where Illustrator will cut off the buttons on the start page, and it is unable to be used. He has creative cloud, and is signed in on it, he can use lightroom no problem. He updated his ipad, uninstalled creative cloud and illustator and still has the same issue. I have no idea how to solve this problem

Hi there,  For example, when I select a corner to curve I might put in 9mm, immediately that value changes to 3.175mm. Does anyone know why this might be happening?  Thank you

I recently started a Graphic design course at school and as such signed in/registered a student plan with my school email and account. The apps work fine on my laptop but was also excited to try them on my Ipad Pro 12.9". But opening Illustrator its just the starting menu and nothing responds. I can tap "new project" all day and nothing happens. I've deleted and redownloaded, off-and-on again, basic things yeah, still nothing, so at the moment I can't even do anything with it on my Ipad. As for Photoshop, it asks me for an admin login, which is weird because I didn't think I would need high authority just to open it on another device.

I drew lines and created shapes on ipad but they couldn't be seen. Can anyone guide me how to fix the issue? TIA   

Hello, everyone. This is my first post.I want to ask the developer team on Illustrator For iPad why the function 'removing an anchor point by tap-holding it with the direct selection tool (second tool from above) is removed. That function was beneficial and saves so much working time. Now the latest update I can't do that again. I have to select an anchor point and then select the 'remove anchor point icon' beside the delete icon (trash bin icon) to remove an anchor point. Could you guys please re-activate that function again? is it any conflict with another function if you guys put it back again? Thanks!

I can’t download adobe illustrator on my ipad pro (11 inch) (3d gen) vs 16.2,on my older iPad it does work.I have good internet connection, and tried restarting my device, signing out icloud, disabled all vpns and device managements. All other adobe apps i have no problam downloading!when I try downloading The download icon starts to spin but stops after few seconds.Please help! Thanks

Hello,This morning I bought all apps for adobe, and I decided to download Illustrator first.It finished downloading on my iPad Pro and it wouldn't open.I'm really unsure what to do, I have restarted my iPad, cleared storage, deleted and reinstalled the app. Does anyone else have this problem??

It's getting tiresome to constantly needing to use the clear bubble when resizing my objects in order not to distrot proportion. Is there a setting I can adjust in order to be able to resize objects with out the need of clear bubble and retain my proportions? 

I am a woodworker and focus on the craft called Intarsia.  This is where you take a pattern and cut pieces of wood to make a picture.  I got adobe illustrator and am very confused as to how to use it. What I want to do is import a picture, convert it to a sketch, trace the pieces and "blow them out" so I can take the pattern pieces and cut,.   I'd appreaciate any wisdom or techniques I could use.Thanks,Nicole

I'm used to the Pantones looking like the image on the left, but when I came back to Illustrator they look like the ones on the right. I use the hard copy of the Pantone guide and it was helpful having the actual names, but now the names don't match up. Are they gone or am I messing something up?

When I open the app it says fetching subscription details and then once loaded opens a new screen which I can't progress from. Does anyone know how I can fix thos ASAP please? Hi Everyone,I installed illustrator on my iPad but it does not open.Whenever I try to open the app it shows the splash screen and then closes. I restarted my iPad, uninstalled the application and reinstalled. it, but I still can't open it. Anyone know what's wrong with it and how to fix it?Thanks.Shreya

When menu buttons are pressed they immediately close making the app completely unusable.  it happens with other menus like colors too. 

I started using Adobe Illustrator for Ipad and I can't copy a shape into another file.
