Hello,I have an Adobe ID for Business account which allows me to access all applications on my laptop without any problem.I would like to draw on my iPad (with the "mobile" apps), but when I connect to the apps (Fresco or illustrator or photoshop)  with my Adobe ID, I get the following error message: "Access required - This account does not have access to a sync storage location. Use another account."Do you know if it's normal not to be able to access apps without storage space? Thank you in advance for your help !

Not sure why this showing as correct answer, i have Creative cloud subscription, i only download ipad illustrator but face same problem - when i login using my gmail account it asks me to subscribe again.     <Title renmaed by MOD>  

I need to get rid of these boxes, how do I do that?

I'm trying to have students use illustrator on iPad to create SVG files to use with our lab-space laser cutter. However, when they export and send me their files, the files I'm getting at 75% of the original size. I tried it myself on my iPad and had the same issue, so I know it's not something they are doing wrong.  As a workflow, I have them working in mm, so they create the workspace in mm, and created shapes at that were ~20x20mm. When they exported and brought into our lasercutter program, they are ~15x15mm. My workaround in the short time is just scalling up by 133% after they send me the files, but I feel like there should be a better solution.  Any suggestions?  

Hi I can not use illustrator on my iPad any more! It opens with message 'check network connection and try again'- the network is connected and working well- its a strong wifi too- the iPad has been updated to the latest IOS 16.6.1, I have deleted and re downloaded the app so it is definitely up to date, I have restarted the iPad, logged out and in (many times) and it is still showing the same message and i am unable to open new or old pages! Any advice on how to fix this error much appreciated, Thanks!

I am running Illustrator on an iPad Air 4th generation with an Apple Pencil.  When using the Pencil Tool, I can easily draw a stroke, set the stroke color, width and width profile but when I create a second stroke, the parameters have reset themselves to the defaults. I am very experienced with Illustrator on my desktop computer (and many other sketching apps) and have never had to customize appearance settings before drawing the second stroke.  Or if I might, I would have, at least, the option to check “New Artwork Has Basic Appearance.” Today I’m looking for clues for things to try so I can set appearance parameters once and draw multiple strokes.

Hi,I was drawing with the paintbrush tool and I found a brush I really like. So I make it a tad thicker for my outlines (10pt) but when I want to change the stroke size down to 5pt to do some fine detail work, it changes all my previous 10pt strokes to 5 pt.  Is there a setting I could adjust to stop this from happening? Thanks,Rich

I miss the old illustrator app..

I am trying to create a layered drawing in illustrator on my ipad, with shapes in different colour fills + some with, some without outlines. When I draw a new brush stroke (in an outline, no fill), it changes the outline of other paths (on locked/other layers) to have the same outline colour/thickness, where they had no outline previously... its very frustrating. Has anyone experienced this / is there a work around? Beginning to think I should move to ProCreate.

The app repeatedly and constantly frustatingly freezes, blocks and all sort of malfunctioning (pinching and navigation for example)

Using the latest version of the iPad app Adobe Illustrator. Smart guides won’t snap object into alignment in more that on axis at a time. I can’t put any shape perfectly into the corner of another shape. I can’t even allign four squares of equal size.

I use Illustrator for iPad for all my work, but I have noticed that you are not releases new features, there are some missing features I and other artists have been waiting for over 3 years. I don't understand you seem to update Adobe Fresco regularly and now you have made it free for everyone which is great. But why is illustrator for iPad not getting any updates at all for a paid app. It is very frustrating.

I started using Illustrator IPad version and while I'm working it won't save my work progress. I keep making changes to my illustration but changes are not being saved. Is this a major bug and can this be solved?

I cannot for the life of me seem to CONTINUE a path with the pen tool after having deselected it. Actually I'm not really sure what's going on. I've used Illustrator since 2002, so I expected the iPad version would let you continue a path by selecting the last anchor point and using the pen tool to proceed. What's more, I want to make a straight a line continuing out from the last anchor point, so naturally I hold shift on my iPad keyboard (also used the 'shift' catch-all corner circle tool thing on-screen) and when I tap to plot the point nothing happens. As if I've deselected, it just goes blank. Even when I go off to the side of the canvas with the pen tool selected to create a new path, holding shift does the same thing. Nothing. First point disappears. Blank. And get this, even when I don't use shift and create a line with 2 points to join it to the last anchor point from the path I want to continue, it doesn't. can someone explain me which are the steps i can use in illustrator and photoshop to get this result on my picture?

When moving objects, the little grey overlay showing the x/y coordinates is in the way and not of use to me. Anyone know how to disable this in the ipad version? I've seen it answered for desktop, but not for ipad.

Is it possible to turn off the gray width / height box overlay when drawing shapes?

When trying to open heavier vectors the app on IPad Pro M4 2024, closes itself. It is not working properly with more complex vectors   

Hello I am using illustrator on iPad . I really need help with creating a background color and also live paint bucket . I cannot download it on my computer as I have a work computer 

I have brought in a line work png from proctreate and vectorised it in illustrator on my iPad and selected the design and when i open the colour picker and choose a different colour nothing happens. Really frustrating can somebody please help me im trying to change the attached imaged from black to white. 

I licensed my first stock and it is saved in my library -- It is a set of tree plans for use in a landscape design. It is in my library. When I click download, a message says, "Only photos can be saved to mobile devices. You can save to a library, then dowload on your computer." (not sure if that's relevant) When I'm in the AI app on iPad, I click on the import image icon, go to my library, and click on the 'Trees plan' asset. Nothing happens.  I just want to have a warehouse of 2d plan elements to plop into designs (and resize, edit color, etc...) ... am I doing something incorrectly? Should I be going about this differently?

Hi everyone, Imsince a few days from now, when I try to use he text tool, the keyboard doesn't appear, so basically I'm completely unable to write (or even edit previous texts).Before this happened, If I pressed the keyboard button under the text area, an the keyboard appeared. Also if I double tapped the text. Is someone else having  this same problem? How can I fix it! 

I recently got illustrator with the student bundle, and wanted to use it on my iPad. So app downloads fine, I open it sign in with Google and it brings me back to the sign in screen and freezes. All of a sudden it closed, I reopened it and I'm signed in but the Home Screen is incomplete, it's missing a lot and is again frozen with no buttons working. I redownloaded it, did the same thing. I updated to the latest iOS, same thing. I redownloaded it on the new iOS version, same thing. Not sure what else I can do to fix it. I attached the screen that keeps showing up.

Ive tried unstilling, rebooting, deleting all my photos, making sure they are in the cloud.  Crazy my Screen shots showup just fine...any ideas?
