Hello Lightroom community! Lately (and I mean very recently) I've been figuring out ways to speed up editing in my workflow, and recently discovered that you could, using the Enhance command, batch edit via AI Denoise a handful of photos. What it calculated for 37 .dng photos was about 12-14 minutes of estimated time on a 2020 16" MacBook Pro (Intel i9 8-core; AMD Radeo Pro 5500M, 16GB RAM on Sonoma 14.6) is taking...well...actually more time than ever (as I type this it's been about five hours; and no progress made.) It seems to get stuck on "2 photos" of the 37 I had selected to batch edit for denoising, the photos in question are RAW images from a Google Pixel 7 Pro smartphone. I haven't tested batch editing of RAW images from any other camera, so I don't know if it's a bug with Lightroom or if it's something to do with the images themselves? I haven't seen any error messages indicating any issues, and I haven't tried duplicating this in Windows (yet.)

Is frustrating to pay monthly for years, for the ios app to be so bad.  I only export in batches of 5 at a time because anything more than that wont let me (it will export as zip which I cannot open on my phone) this makes the process extremely time-consuming After exporting the photos, I see the notification in the Lightroom app saying "5 photos were successfully exported" Yet when I go to my camera roll only 1, 2, sometimes 3 photos were exported.  Sometimes it does export 5 photos, however, when I go to my camera roll, I see 5 random photos were exported, photos I took months, maybe years ago, and not the 5 photos I selected.  I am paying for this app, I need this to be fixed.  Exporting photos takes forever, even when I am using high speed wifi. 

I have not been able to use Lightroom for about 4 months. the "Add photos" field is grayed out. I also can't drag any photos (regardless of format) into Lightroom or open them in any other way. Hi -  I have run into some unexpected LrM/LrD sync trouble after the recent updates, leading to the below error. I was making some edits on LrM (iPadOS) to Smart Previews synced up from LrC. Everything seemed to generally be going fine. Changes synced across as expected, though some images weren’t always properly changing albums in LrM when moved in LrC. At one point, I switched back to Edit in LrM for a couple of those images. I'd changed Edit settings on them a few minutes prior. I received a "Settings could not be loaded" error. "Error Code: T20200121; Message: xmp develop sha256 mismatch." Screenshot below. Issue was originally for 2, but now 3, images.   iPad LrM shows sync progress for 3 images, but is moving insanely slowly—after 3 hours it is at 98%, and has been there for maybe an hour. Today I started Lightroom Desktop to find the thumbnails in Grid view (both square and photo) are plain black. In both cases the thumbnails appear for a fraction of a second as I enter Grid view before going black. Filmstrip view has the same problem. Detail view works as normal. This is only happening on my laptop - my main desktop PC is OK, so I'm guessing it is a video driver issue. Before I go down that rabbit hole I wanted to check here whether anyone else has experienced a similar problem, or has any other suggestions. I realise the laptop isn't ideal spec for LR but it is useful for quick edits when away from my desktop, and has worked OK for many months before this cropped up. - Surface Laptop 5 (i7 / 16GB / Intel Iris XE Graphics), Win 11 Pro patched up to date.- LR Desktop 7.4.1- Performance preferences are normally left on Auto, but I have tried setting "Use graphics processor" to Off, and also tried setting it to "Custom / Use graphics processor for image pro

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. When I import a DNG pic(taken by 77mm lens), the Profile only show me Color and Monochrome options. But when I import another DNG  pic taken by 24mm lens, the Profile shows couple options like Adobe Color, Adobe Landscape... Is this a setting issue? 

When I try to archive an album locally in Lightroom (version 7.4.1) I have an error message that said:"Unable to download original file"See attachement for details. Operation made: Right Click on the album to archive Archive album locally... Choose :Save to directory on local file system, Organize: Copy cloud album structure, Existing Files: Keep both Click on Remove Button Left corner some progress bar appears And big the error dialog box 😞 Does someone knows how to fix this?I will be very very grateful 😉CheersSimeon OS : Windows 11 Pro version 23H2Lightroom version 7.4.1 (not classic)Sync status :Synced and Backed up  

Heyyy, the blur feature is best, but there's still alot of things to improve. Please work on the Enhanced edge detection to detect objects edges more precisely, Objects like glasses, hairs, tree are not that good when blurring background 

In the premium version of Lightroom there is fixed and perspective. Correction that's on my phone. I can't find it. I want to know why I can't find it and if there's any help. I'm using iPhone 8 plus.

Can I move the toolbar from the side to bottom? So my image doesn't get smaller when I open the tool bar to edit? Tometimes the app just glitches and gives me that feature, but never on purpose. Does anyone know how to do it? 

I just got a new MacBook. My previous laptop was a MacBook with an intel cpu. I migrated to the new machine via Time Machine, which included Adobe CC and all my previously installed apps.   When I click the three dots next to Lightroom in the "Apps" section of CC, the option to launch the app says "Open (Intel)".   I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No change. I tried completely removing CC and all other Adobe components with the CC Cleaner Tool as per the instructions here, then restarted my machine. I then installed a fresh copy of CC, and then Lightroom. No change. I still see "Open (intel)".   When I launch Lightroom, there is an orange banner at the top of the app saying:   "Macintosh HD is disconnected. Originals will be accessed through the cloud"   This would seem to imply that there is still some Lightroom configuration information somewhere on the machine which has not been cleaned via the Cleaner tool.   What do I do? I don't want to be

Unable to really use progam as screen freezes every minute since updating on 8/3/2024. Nothing else changed on system. Have tried disabling the GPU option, did not work, tried switching GPUs, did not fixed issue. Have used progam for several months on this device without issues. How do I get grid lines on an existing photo. 

Despite that my app subscription is paid, it keeps asking me to purchase premium (I have), then it confirms that I indeed have Premium and then I still can't access it? Anyone? How can I get through to customer service on here at least, as typing this post is the only solution I'm given? Thank you in advance 

After editing and saved to google photos and one day later I decided to delete all edits in light room then I go to google photos to look around and all my pictures once was saved there now all gone but I don't know how to restore it on iPhone and I need the photos 

I updated payment information and was charged but I am still not able to use any LR features. I had bought the 20 GB plan earlier this day and waited about 4 hours for it to update due to lightroom saying I need to purchase a subscription, which creative cloud says I own the subscription (I checked it was the same account and money had been taken from my wallet). I cancelled the 20gb subscription after those 4 hours and bought the 1TB subscription to be met with the same issue (I still haven't recieved a refund for the previous subscription at this point). Is there something I'm missing? 

I can't access my photos or either download my edited photos from morning. All my presets have been disappeared since then. Nearly 4 years of my photos have been lost and i can't able to retrieve them .the below attachments shows the issue... vrrsion 9.3

Why don't I see the keywords I entered on CC when I export from LIGHTROOM CC to LIGHTROOM WEB APP?

Hi there -   We are trying to upgrade to either lightroom premium or classic on our mobile device. I have tried signing in and out as well as changing my network but still consistently get this error message. Hello all, I am selling a digital picture for print on my Etsy store and want to know how to apply (then remove once customer purchases it) a watermark on it using lightroom.  Also, what is the best format to sell this type of product?  Thanks!
