Hi, I have adobe lightroom on my MacBook (Sonoma).I've previously been able to upload RAW images from my hard drive to my Lightroom Web app fine in the past. Now when I try to upload, a few images start uploading. Visually, I can see the bar with the image file name in it, start filling up (representing the upload). Then after about 10-15mins, all the images say "unable to upload" in red text and the upload cancels itself.I had over 5k photos on there which I've now deleted most (currently around 1.5k) and still it cancels on me so I don't think it's a storage issue. I just deleted the recycle bin and tried uploading again. It seems to be working now but not sure if it will actually go through.I've tried to upload the entire folder again. Because I've done it a few times now, random files have uploaded here and there so when I try to reupload, I will now get sections where the text turns yellow and says "duplicate" and doesn't upload. This is great but wondering if there's a limit

Hello, Since the latest update of Lightroom mobile on my Nokia 8, the possibility to take photographs with the app has disapeared (no more blue camera). Is this normal? Could it be specifically related to my device (no more supported for ex)? Thank you in advance! Joël

I edited a raw file in PS and added text.  The tif file looks fine in LR Classic but LR does not show the text. 

If I open a photo in the Detail view, zoom in on it, and then zoom back out, Lightroom will no longer show the photo centered in the view. Worse, once it gets into this state, every photo I open will appear off-center (and cut off at the edge) in the view.   The amount of "off-centered-ness" is proportional to where in the photo I zoom in. If I zoom in on the corner of the photo then every photo after that will have only that corner showing in the Detail view.   The only way to fix the issue is to close the app and restart it.   Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Version 5.2 Build 20220128-1049-86119e0 MacOS Monterey 12.1

Hallo zusammen. Nachdem mein Speicherplatz innerhalb meines Abos voll war, habe ich der Einfachheit halber jegliche Lightroom Applikationen auf verschiedenen Geräten abgemeldet und die Bilder und Daten aus der Cloud gelöscht. Auf allen Geräten waren alle Dateien offline gespeichert. Ich habe zunächst ein Gerät wieder angemeldet um zu sehen ob die App mit der Cloud synchronisiert.Was letzten Endes passiert ist, ist das alle Daten der App gelöscht wurden.Statt zuvor 21GB Bilder und Daten ist nichts mehr vorhanden.Stellt sich mir nun die Frage, was passiert wenn ich das mit dem nächsten Gerät mache?Sehr wahrscheinlich exakt das selbe.Ich bin davon ausgegangen das zumindest gefragt wird "Sollen die offline Bilder und Daten mit der Cloud synchronisiert werden" statt das alles gelöscht wird.Wie sicher ich mich nun ab, für den Fall der Fälle, so das sich das nicht auf dem anderen Mobilgerät widerholt?Eine Desktopversion von Lightroom habe ich nicht installiert.Normalerweise arb

As I migrate from LR Classic to LR I want to be able to print directly (without exporting) a processed image from LR on iPad to my Epson SC700 printer. I cannot find a way to do that (as of Oct. 2025) and wondering if anyone knows if this is possible and what the process is. Thanks!

My Samsung A13 worked fine until the recent updates. Google Play store and Creative Cloud both report that my installation is up to date, but Lr About Lightroom reports it is 8.2.3. What's New describes 9.1 features. I have reinstalled, rebooted etc., but cannot get it updated, and now there is no edit functionality, as an editable file will not download. All library albums are visible, and the app shows everything is synced and up to date. Local storage reports in Lr as cache and app data empty.

I'm trying to fix some keywording issues which propagated from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom (keep wanting to call it CC) - at some point, keywords applied in Photo Mechanic with the vertical pipe separator character stopped getting split when uploaded to Creative Cloud, so I have a bunch of photos with keywords that look like "USA|CT|Hartford" and "Bird|Finch|House Finch" in Lightroom. I was further dismayed to find that the keywords aren't editable in Lightroom - they can only be deleted - so there went my plan to replace the vertical pipes with commas.The next option was to copy and paste keywords after correcting one in a series of shots - this works on my iPad, but the workflow is still not optimal, so I figured I'd try it on the desktop instead. Try as I might, though, I can't find any way to copy and paste keywords in the desktop version of Lightroom. I have been testing how best to add Metadata to my photos. I have run several different scenarios. Adding info in bridge for RAW photos then importing into cloud based LR and local LR. I also tried importing to PS and exporting, copying, and saving out of PS. My results showed that the Metadata added in Bridge did carry over into PS and also was included in the various methods of exporting, copying and saving. I also found that the Metadata added in Bridge did NOT copy over into LR in either case. I usually use LR for simple edits, but why would I use if it is going to erase the Metadata from Bridge. I could add some of the data from LR but it doesn't seem to have as many options, and I may lose consistency in labeling because of the ability to copy same info to multiple files in Bridge.  I have checked export and import settings and don't believe that to be the issue. Is there a solution to this? Did Bridge ever work with LR? You would think they would. Let me know if I am missin

How to tether using my Fuji X-E1 to my IPad I have the cord? 

Lightroom v8.5 using Microsoft Windows 11    The interaction between Lightroom & Photoshop has stopped working properly. Chosing "open in Photoshop, now only opens Photoshop and doesnt load the picture one was working on as it used to. If you then load it from the Lightroom option in Photoshop it doesnt save it back into LIghtroom.   Also the 'remove person  from Photo' shows up as words, but there is no X to check to actually perform this task. 

  Hello, the inspiration of the day is this part is always the same and never changes. Why has it been like this for a long time? I deleted and installed the app and cleared the cache but it is always the same and never changes.  Sorry for the translation, I'm just giving feedback in case there's a technical issue. 

My subscription expired and when I resubscribed a few days later, everything was gone. Is there anyway to recover my stuff?!? Thanks! 

I have a photo that I want to add to an album in Lightroom (let's call that album X). The photo already exists somewhere else in my Lightroom collection. When I try to drag the photo's image file from my computer into "album X", Lightroom tells me that the photo is "Previously Added". This is true from the perspective of the photo and my Lightroom library as a whole, but it is also false in the sense that the photo does not already exist in the album that I just tried to drag it into.   Finding a copy of the photo that is already in my Lightroom collection is a massive task considering the size of my Lightroom collection (slightly more than 64,000 images). Since Lightroom OBVIOUSLY knows where the photo can be found in my collection, it should offer to add it to the aforementioned "album X" instead of expecting me to spend what could be quite a while finding where the photo already exists in my collection so that I can drag it into the "album X".   [Moved from Lightroom Class

Test Ignore: Photos not syncing between devices or cloud

I noticed that on iPhone/iPad, when Lightroom is opened, True Tone does not automatically turn off. In an older thread, it seems like Lightroom used to do that? So this might be a regression (or it never did)? Apple has a plist key called UIWhitePointAdaptivityStyle that Adobe can set so the device will automatically turn off Night Shift/True Tone to achieve constant white point. For a professional photo editing tool, I think this is essential.  Would be great if such implementation could be considered (seems like a one line code change!) 🙂 

So I went to my preferences panel and under GPU it says"The graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error."I've tried the following steps to rectify the issue: 1) Exited out, reboot my computer. 2) Unistalled on Creative Cloud followed by a reboot and installation again. 3)Uninstalled using "app cleaner and unistaller" from MacCleaner Pro and rebooted followed by reinstalled via creative cloud. All of the above steps didn't work. It's incredibly slow, and my CPU usage goes up to 400-600%, with .04-1% of GPU usage. It takes several seconds to open, and anytime I click on something, the application doesn't respond for 10-15 seconds and shows as not responding in my activity monitor. So if I go to preferences - 10-15 seconds to open, I select an area for generative remove - 10-15 seconds. I'll also get black blocks on some of the areas selected for removal.  Lightroom: I'm running app version: 8.5.1 My Hardware: MacBook Pro M3 Max 3

I want to update my Lightroom profile with my picture and social media links, but  My social media handles won't save (after I hit "save" and refresh the screen, they don't appear) I'm unable to change my profile picture (there's no option to change it and nothing happens when I click the default blue pic in the screenshot attached)   I am using Adobe Lightroom 6.4 for Mac but when I click "Edit Profile," I am redirected to the web version. Bonjour, j'utilise Lightroom Classic sur mon ordinateur. j'ai créée des Collections pour les synchroniser avec Lightroom (pour mobile).  Cela marchait jusqu'à la semaine dernière. Hier j'ai fait un repérage avec 80 photos que j'ai copier de mon Canon vers Lrc. J'ai créée une Collection d'après un dossier. Et il est impossible de lz synchroniser avec Lr (mobile) ? Ce pourrait être un problème avec la dernière version de MacOS Tahoe (26.0) ? Avez-vous svp rencontrer des problèmes avec la mise à jour de MacOS ? Hi, so I'm taking pictures for my Poshmark account and every 5 photos the app freezes. It goes through the motions of taking a picture the flash goes off and everything but it doesn't take the picture. Then I have to close the app and then open it and the same thing happens all over again! Someone please help me figure this out.
