I have the most recent updated version of Adobe Photoshop as of January 29th 2026 ( Version 27.3.0 release)  I created a file and save a copy as Photoshop EPS.  I’ve sent it to a printing company to print and they can't open it.  So I tried to open it right after I saved it in photo shop and I get the error Could not open “WinnerBackdrop copy.EPS” because Photoshop was unable to parse the PostScript. Something is wrong when I save a file in photo shop and it can’t open it back up?  Please help!

Using the new AI Object Masking/Tracking function, can I lift the foreground masked object to its own layer, and have AI fill the background on the layer below, and disable viewing the masked area layer, as if nothing was in the foreground? Like moving an undesired figure from a photo, except in motion?Best as always,Loren

Hello allI have 2 questions pleaseFirst is that in Photoshop CS 5,  I have NO problem copying half top of a screenshot and pasting it on SELECTED area of the bottom of screenshot, flipping it, and use opacity to fade it out and then using combo of ripple and ocean ripple to create realistic reflection . I have been told many times by experts that Photoshop Elements 2023 can do precisely same job as more powerful Photoshop CS 5.0  so I did the same thing in the Elements 2023.  It works well EXCEPT opacity does NOT work.  When I use it, it creates black and white checkerboard instead of fading out.  It can work with opacity if I paste normally on bottom of the screenshot and flip it and use opacity to fade out BUT BUT opacity NEVER NEVER works if I paste onto selection as seen on my screenshot.  Please advise?? Second question is that because Adobe refuses to allow me to install Photoshop CS 5.0 into my new laptop so that I can retire 10 year old laptop even though I gave the valid seria

I'm trying to uninstall Photoshop but I need to log into my account in order to uninstall. I'm not sure why but it doesn't give me an alternative option. When I log in it forces me to download an update to creative cloud in order to proceed with the uninstall. Then I get an error that I don't have enough space remaining to install the update. I can't uninstall photoshop to make space. The AI told me to download the Creative Cloud Cleanup tool to address the issue. But I don’t have enough disk space to download the Creative Cloud Cleanup tool either. Please help me uninstall the application. Is there a way besides figuring out other stuff I can delete and reinstall?

I have noticed that after certain Adobe updates, some tools (like selection, brushes, or shortcuts) don’t behave exactly the same as before even though my preferences and workspace settings look unchanged.Is this due to under-the-hood improvements, performance optimizations, or compatibility adjustments?I am curious how other users handle this and whether there is a recommended way to keep workflows consistent after updates.Has anyone else experienced this, and how do you usually adapt or troubleshoot it?

I got the last version of photoshop. Under Plugins I only have plugin panel and manage plugin but no browse plug in.

Great that the latest Photoshop has "full" webp support, but lacking is the ability to export artboards to webp format. I build a lot of my website graphics as artboards, but it looks like I will need an intermediary step of saving the artboards as PSD files first, and then exporting them as webp? Or am I missing something? Thanks, Judi

It crashes at apparent random moments, only on bigger files. I have updated to PS 26.11 but Image->Generative Upscale is not there. My gpu is compatible, I am using rgb color space and the image I am using is pretty tiny. My preferences dont show it as a technical option to tick. What gives?

I’m using bracketed images (architectural photography) - one on top of the other in the form of layers > generate layer mask > in order to reveal detail from the image underneath I have always used a radial gradient to start slowing working in detail through that layer mask. All of a sudden, it has glitched and if I move that radial gradient around it actually starts stacking and the opacity control no longer have an effect (it is from black to transparent) 

why is it if i open an image in PS which has a dpi of 300 (image sourced from Shutterstock), work on the image and then use Export As JPG, the resulting ppi is 72 according to PS. I checked my Export Prefs and they are set to JPG and 100 for quality, so why does it export as 72 and not 300? I need to supply images in my document at 300dpi not 72dpi

As mentioned in the original description, select subject does not work correctly from the masking interface, however if I use it outside of it and then create a mask it works. This has been an issue for me that has spanned multiple version, so I am unsure if its an issue on my end or not. I have reset my preferences with no success, and I believe I have previously reinstalled also with no success.I am using Photoshop 27.3 on Windows 11 with an Nvidia RTX 3080ti.

When I click liquify and try to edit it won’t let me save it, or cancel. I have done updates, restarts, etc. 

Hello! I've updated my Photoshop to the version 27.0 and unfortunately I can't check out the new functions. Both Flux Kontext/Nano Banana or Topaz Sharpening/Noise removal don't seem to function. It's behaving similarly to the day of the huge AWS breakdown - a window with a loading bar pops up, but it disappears halfway or like 75%, not having any effect. I've waited since friday to check it out again, but nothing has changed, I figured that maybe I don't have the necessary generative credits, but I'm not able to check the balance - the whole section in the top-right dropdown menu is not loading at all, the error says this section can't be loaded. Is anyone else experiencing issues like this?

I am using an AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card but in photoshop, when I try to use camera raw, I get an error message saying that graphics processor acceleration is required. The graphics card drivers have been updated recently. I see that there is an option to use the graphics processor in the preferences settings but this is greyed out. Any ideas please?

In the past, I’ve been able to apply and edit strokes, color overlays, pattern overlays, drop shadows, etc, and see the changes before exiting the panel. Specifically was trying to move the pattern overlay around on the canvas before committing.Now, even with the checkbox ticked to preview changes, I can’t see anything I’m affecting until I confirm the Layer Style. I have my reg key for PS CS6 but the email address I registered with adobe is no longer available and I don't remember it. I am trying to find a way to back into the old account or find the install file for PSCS6. Help?

I am trying to remove a stop light from an image, but when I apply the brush it erases but leaves behind streaks of the arch as well as white strip. Any idea why the brush would leave a white strip or copy other parts of the arch? Previously, this image here was copied from the similar arch and laid on top with the move tool. 

I do sky replacements, and I always use the same parameters. But I can’t get Photoshop to apply them, either batch, action, script, nothing works. It always defaults to the basic sky replacement values, and I have to tweak them one by one which is useless if I have may images to do. I’ve tried coding a Jsx file, still no luck, made a lot of tweaks, nothing. No idea why this issue persists. It’s a cool tool, but to be honest not being able to batch it is a HUGE let down. When is this tahoe26 update coming its ridiculous how long this is taking!!!! Every other editing software i have is updated but noooooooooooo not the billion dollar company adobe!

Help! My hotkeys seem to have siuddenly broken.The basic function of making a lasso selection and using Shft+Ctrl+C to make a merged copy of the layers in the selection is no longer working. Instead it opens some weird chat / dialogue box that I've never seen or used before.I can still use this function if I go to the Edit menu and select Copy Merged but the hotkey doesn't work.

Hi, I have a Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro tablet with 16 GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 8 S Gen 3 CPU, and on Google Play it tells me that I cannot install Photoshop Mobile because it’s not compatible. If I try to install it manually, it doesn’t work either. Could you provide information on whether this is temporary? According to the technical requirements needed for the app to run, this tablet should have more than enough power.
