Hallo,ich habe versucht PS Elements 2022 auf meinem neuen Windows 11 zu installieren. Dabei kommt immer wieder der Fehlercode 183. Es fehlt eine msvcp120.dll Datei. Ich habe es mit einem neuen Installationsdownload versucht und mit der Installation von VC_redist. Windows ist auf dem neusten Stand und trotzdem kommt immer diese Fehlermeldung.

Organizer 2026 Ver. 20251112.EO.64802456 not loading Photo Editor, instead offers "Download trial" "Photoshop Elements for free". I already bought & installed PSE 2026 that was loading Photo Editor from Organizer before this apparent update.

Whilst copy the caption from one photo to another photo in a folder, Organzier copys the caption to ALL photos in the folder.  This does not happen every time I do this. What a I doing wrong? 

I am currently one day into a 7-day trial of Photoshop Elements 2026, having used older versions previously. I have installed this on a new Windows 11 computer, because my old version won't run on it. The one Filter I make a lot of use of is Liquify, mostly for dewarping. Unfortunately, most of the time it just crashes with the message "Could not complete the Liquify command because of a disk error", although it does work fine occasionally. This filter always worked flawlessly even on PSE 7. How can I resolve this problem? I am thinking of looking at other products rather than committing to PSE if I can't have this important feature.  

I have elements 14 have since 2015. It was on a old device which broke years ago I now have a reason to use it again but it says I need to deactivate the old one. I went to my profile though and it says I dont have anything activated there. So not sure what to do.

Looks like the first update to pse 2026 was issued a bit ago today.   I've downloaded it, and ran it twice.   The only thing it did  was change it to lite mode, from the dark mode I had.  Fixes included that business with the feather slider not working. I still had the same original pse 2026 dated 0915 (Septempber 15th)- version 26.0, after the update it should have been 2026.1, and it is not.Anyone else have this issue?   I got no problem unistalling it, the update as I used it was rather small. 

I got a notice this morning that my Photoshop Elements 2026 had updates installed to fix bugs. I am a daily user of Photoshop Elements. Since the update, the polygon lasso tool does not work properly. If I try to add to a selection by holding shift key to start the addition, the polygon lasso behaves like I am constantly holding the shift key down. It moves slowly and jumping if I move the cursor. I use this tool everyday and it has never behaved this way before. It's basically unusable this way. I have rebooted, which had not effect. 

Having problems with new 2026 PSE.  Now when I close a picture in Editor, the new picture does not show up in Organizer, and I do not get the dialogue box to even ask me.  It just closes.  If I change from jpeg to psd, then the dialogue does show, but each time it does not show that it is going to Organizer.  How do I get the dialogue back for all of my pictures from Editor?  Thank you.  Never had this before in 20 years.

Hello,I was just forced to switch to PE 2026 (from 2022) for compatibility with raw images from my wife's new camera. She edits raw images, then saves JPEGS. In the File->Save As dialog, she selects JPEG, and makes sure that the boxes to add to catalog and save in version set are NOT checked. Regardless, each new JPEG gets saved in a version set and displays in line with other versions in the organizer. Have others encountered this? If so, have you figured out how to stop it? I know that it is possible to manually remove an image from a version set, and to stack version sets in the organizer. It seems like these actions should not be required. I have one additional question about the 2026 organizer. We are seeing thumbnails like this:When I hover over the little icon at the upper left the text "Non Match" appears. What does this mean? My google searches have been unhelpful so far. Thanks for any information you can provide! 

I installed PSE 2023 on a clean, fully patched W10 Pro 22H2 and got the 'MSVCR120.DLL missing' error. So I did my research on it, download and installed the latest x64 Visual C++ redisributable package (2015 - 2022) but this didn't fix it. I then removed the Visual C++ package, rebooted, re-installed it, rebooted again but the error remains. I'm hoping I don't need to uninstall then re-install PSE. So, have I missed something or do I need to sacrifice a better quality virgin remove and re-install PSE?

A lot of my edited photos won't play on my digital photo frame. They are all saved as jpegs and look fine on the memory card, when it is in a laptop. This is the first time this has happened, it's always been fine before. Anybody any ideas?

I make extensive use of Photoshop Elements 10 to organise/categorise my 35000+ photos. If I upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2025 will all the tags, categories, sub-categories etc survive the process?

Hi all, I am on a MacOS running adobe photoshop elements 2026. Recently , all the files in my catalog are missing their names.  I have tried to holding down the shift when launching photoshop elements organizer to 'repair' the catalog.  I have access to an optimize button but there is no repair button.  I also tried launching organizer, file manage catalogs and also tried restore catalogs.  Nothing appears to work.  I also see that there is an updatem version 2026.1It does not seem to be installed.  Does anyone have suggestions? ThanksDan 

The fix seems to be uncheck "make layer visibility undoable" but after a couple days of searching the program, I am unable to find any trace of that function. There are no "history options" that I can find to uncheck this box.

Bonjour à tous, je me trouve devant un probléme : Aprés avoir acheté Adobe Photoshop 15, le 30 novembre 2019, j'ai acheté Adobe Photoshop Element 18. Je viens de faire installer W11 et mon Photoshop à complétement disparu. Lorsque je veux le re-télécharger avec tous mes numéros séries, facture, Code, etc. la fenêtre de téléchargement Affiche "Fermer". Pourtant il est bien précisé que je n'ai aucun appareil enregistré. Je ne sais pas comment faire. Si quelqu'un peut m'aider à récupérer mon logitiel, un grand merci à l'avance. Cordialement à tous.

Op nieuwe pc met windows 11 heb ik Adobe Photoshop Element 2020 gezet. Het vreemde doet nu zich voor dat ik niet kan afdrukken met mijn standaard printer HP Officejet Pro 8620.  De printer werkt met andere programma's uitstekend en is juist geinstalleerd. Op mijn laptop waar APE 2020 ook op staat en deze ook met  windows 11 staat geeft dit geen probleem. Hoe kan ik het oplossen? Moet ik het programma eerst verwijderen en dan weer opnieuw installeren of is er iets anders om dit optelossen?

Hello,I purchased Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2026 about a month ago and have been using Photoshop Elements (PSE) without any problems until now.  Two days ago I hit the problem where PSE would not start. On double clicking the shortcut, I could see an entry for it appear in the background processes in Task Manager, but it would not open. There were no recent Win11 updates in this period. Some quick research revealed many suggestions on the web, in various forums (including this one) and several YouTube videos. Some of these related to earlier versions of PSE, going back to 2019.I tried some of the suggestions, with little success, but eventually managed to fix the problem by setting the properties of the .exe to run in Windows 8 compatibility mode.  But it didn't make sense to me that it had been working OK in Win11 native mode prior to this. So the next day as an experiment I turned off the compatibility mode option, and, as I suspected

I'm not sure it ever installed properly, raw never installed, but now guided doesn't work. I just get the spinning thing. Also on quick, nothing shows up in the right panel, just the spinning thing. I hope the screen shots help. Thanks.   

Bonjour, Suite à des ennuis avec un disque j'ai dû réinstaller Photoshop Elements 2022 sous Windows 10 (que j'avais acheté en novembre 2021, valable pour 2 appareils). Avec le programme "PhotoshopElements_2022_LS30_win64.exe". L'installation se déroule normalement, je démarre PhShElem et il me demande mon "code serie", je l'introduis et c'est ok. Je peux travailler avec le logiciel. et je le quitte à la fin de mon travail. Si plus tard, je relance PhShElem, il me demande à nouveau mon code serie, je l'introduis, et c'est ok. Which iOS versions are compatible with Elements 15? My Mac runs on 10.13.6 (High Sierra). If I update the system, will Elements 15 work?

Hello,after buying the license and installing the newest Photoshop Elements 2026 on my Windows 11 Pro (version 24H2),  this error occurs - ,,The database file could be not opened. This can happen if the database file is corrupt, read-only, or not a database''.What do I do now? 

How do I recapture my lost albums? I have thie images, but can't use the Organizer features on the clusters of images.

Unlike PSE 2025, the 2026 Elements Editor does not retain, from file to file, the File>Close>Save Options>Organize: "Include in the Elements Organizer" & "Save in Version Set with Original".Without retaining these 2 Include & Version options, I have to click on them for each file Save which is particularly cumbersome since the "Process Multiple Files" option also does not function (report already acknowledged).
