I tried to import my photos to elements 2025 from organiser in elements 2014 but it said I had 500000 images (not true) and took 48hrs to load them. None of my albums moved across and Im left with lots of duplicates and not at all organised. Also when I try to scroll through them the program keeps quitting. I have a new macbook air.

I recently purchased the Adobe Photoshop Express (APE) 2024 version. I noticed that whenever I edited my photos using the APE 2024, the Auto Smart Fix tool under the Enhance Menu wasn’t working.  What this means is that it doesn’t do anything when you use this tool.  I also found out that when I tried to save the photo as a JPG file, you cannot choose the Preview option so you can see the resulting file size when you select any particular Picture Quality level. My only recourse is to choose a particular Picture Quality level and go to the particular directory to see what the resulting saved file size would be.  It would  be too cumbersome to do this because I am used to my Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 version where it automatically shows what the resulting file size would be if you choose a particular Picture Quality level. I reported this software bug on the APE 2024 version to the Adobe Technical Support.  I reported that the Auto Smart Fix tool wasn’t

Elements 2026 under Windows 11. I have my original images on an external drive copied from my iphone. I use icloud as a backup but keep getting duplicates showing in my organiser. How do I avoid this?

Photoshop Elements 2026 is running much slower than the 2025 version on my iMac. Are other people finding the same problem?   Mel   [Typo fixed by moderator]

There are numerous posts about the font size of previous versions being too small. I have tried the suggestions and found that I can increase the font size using Edit/Preferences/Display & Cursors and changing the UI Scale Factor. However, the font is so large that the tools run off the screen (example attached). It would be nice if the scaling factor had some other options (like 125%, 150%, etc.). I thought the font size in Elements 2024 was a little small but found it useable. Why is the font size in Elements 2025 even smaller? Samples attached. How can I get the 2025 verion font sizes the same as the 2024 version?

Can I get PS13 on new computer? It keeps sending me to PS2026 but want PS13!

Is Elements version 12 compatible with Windows 11? I recently installed my downloaded version and it caused my entire computer (new) to crash and I had to restore it. 

When a photo is edited using the Photoshop Editor, the Organizer displays a modified timestamp after saving. One hour is added to it. As a result, the edited photo appears in the wrong position within the Organizer. However, in Windows Explorer, the "Date Taken" field continues to display the correct time.If I delete the edited photo from the catalog and then re-import it, the photo is sorted into the correct position in the Organizer, and the actual capture time is displayed once again.Consequently, up until now, I have had to correct the time after every photo editing using the "Change Date and Time" button.How can I avoid this extra effort?For the past six months, I have been using:Elements Organizer 26.0.0.0Prior to this, I worked with Photoshop Elements 2021 and did not encounter this problem.Regards, Barbara

Please restore the ability to save an edited image without recourse to the ‘Save as...’ option in the menu.

I downloaded the Elements 12 installer from my account's list of Registered Products and installed the program. On starting the Editor function the program required me to sign in, which I did but still could not open the Editor - another "Required sign in" pops up.

On hard disk I have a folder “Animals” with sub-folders e.g. “Kitties,” “Birds,” “Mammals,” etc. I want to create an Album for each of these. Directions in online Help say:*choose folder from My Folders list;*right click folder, select “Create instant album.” thumbnails should appear. But only 3 or 4 out of 25 or so appear;How to make this work to include all photos?  *

I have a subscription to PSE 2025, as well as a work account with a subscription to Creative Cloud. I can see my subscription to PSE but I cannot open the app without getting a message stating that my trial is over and I can either subscribe or quit the app. I think the problem is multiple accounts. In addition to the one I’m posting from, I have one with the login and username of **************, as well as my work account. I’m hoping somebody can help me consolidate the two “personal accounts”(i.e. not the work ones). Every time I need to use PSE, there’s some kind of a sign-in hassle. Can anyone please advise? Neo can still be used as an externl editor and it works ok as a plugin with PSE2024,

I created my Organizer Folder tree on Dropbox and have an extensive one. Now, when.I move an import to a folder in my folder tree, it adds the new folder and image to its own cloud so I have two separate folder systems. I don’t want anything saved to adobe cloud, just my own dropbox. Please advise.

I want to try Photoshop Elements 2025 to see if it will meet my needs before I buy it.

I created some stacks so that I could take a closer look at some of the visually similar photos and decide which ones I wanted to keep.  However, I can’t figure out how to examine the stacks as they just show the first photo (even after clicking on the first photo).All I really want to do is remove the “stacks” designation, but the help for this indicates I must go to Layers/Smart Objects/Stack Mode/ and change to None.  I located Layers in the PE Editor, but it didn’t include anything about Smart Objects.Needless to say, I am confused and don’t know what I did wrong.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  

My Adobe Photoshop Elements has suddenly developed an issue in which any change to my preferences causes some kind of corruption that blocks me from using Quick Mode to edit files. If I delete the Preferences file, I can use Quick Mode > Color > Saturation / Hue / Vibrance to apply adjustments. As soon as I change a setting, I lose the ability to click on the adjustment selection to apply the adjustment.

When I attempt to open it, it seems to be starting but comes up to the loading bar across the opening screen, the icon within the loading bar spins for a couple of minutes and then just quits on the opening screen. This only started within the last week (June 15). I'm on Windows 11 Pro, latest upgrade as of June 9th.I uninstalled and then reinstalled this morning with no change, still same refusal to load.

I have two computers. Both have Photoshop Elements 2025 installed. If I try to print from either of the computers Elements closes.My old version of Photoshop (CS6) has no problem printing. I also have the latest version of Affinity and again I have no problem printing from it. I have tried all the fixes suggested by contributors to the Adobe and other forums without success.  My computers run Windows 11 pro. The printer is a humble Canon G650 Pixma. Can any of you bright people suggest a solution? Thank you.John 

Hi everyone,I create social media graphics in Photoshop Elements and often run into spacing issues with text layers. The built-in kerning and tracking controls are finicky, and sometimes I need to push text elements apart without adding visible characters.I also want to create "invisible" text layers as placeholders or spacers in my templates, but PSE doesn't seem to accept pure blank spaces as valid text input.Is there a free online tool that generates invisible/blank Unicode characters I can copy and paste directly into Photoshop Elements text boxes? Something browser-based with no downloads would be ideal.Bonus if the same site has other text formatting tools too.Thanks!

Cant open my adobe element 2024

I have been trying for weeks and each time I get an error I follow the instructions of AI eg REpair and Optimize Catalog, thumb.5.cache problem etc. Now I need an expert to help me simply backup my catalog

I currently have Photoshop Elements 2022 and using a Sony A7IV camera.  I have camera raw version 17.2 which works perfectly with it.  I am considering updating my camera to either the Sony A7V or the the newer A7RVI and wondering if I will still be able to update to a newer version with Camera Raw 18.3.2 installer or newer one once they update the latest A7RVI.  My current camera raw works perfectly and hate the idea learning a new system and having to go to a new more expensive program. 

Ich nutze Photoshop Elements 2026. Seit ein paar Tagen stürzt der Organizer immer ca. 10 Sekunden nach dem Start ab. Ich habe bis jetzt alles versucht:1) Alle Fotos, Meta-Daten gelöscht, Backup wiederhergestellt. Hat nichts gebracht.2) Alle Adobe Programme deinstalliert, Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool eingesetzt und alles gecleant, Photoshop Elements neu installiert. Hat auch nichts gebracht.Für Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.
