I can't save it manually nor am I asked to save a draft when leaving the photo editor. Can please somebody help.  Thx 🙏

I have been using PS EXPRESS app (iOS version).Previsouly I could save file in PNG format after editing. But I found that it now save as JPEG format. Even I chose PNG format in the preference setting page, it still doesn't work. It seems to me that the app save file format either in PNG or JPEG randomly without logic. I have been checking all the FAQ but could not find solutions.Anybody can help with this ?Thanks!

I'm trying to create a vector using my Samsung Tab S8. I have several different Adobe applications but based on the link I'm including below, it looks like I'm supposed to be using photoshop express but I don't know what that app is exactly. I have adobe express, and then I have a photoshop express photo editor.  I have an image I'm trying to turn into a vector and I found an automatic way to make a vector but I'm trying to find a way to fine tune it manually with the pen tool.  Is this not something that's possible on Android? This link below makes it sound like it's a tool that can be added to one of the apps, but I've checked several of them and I don't see any kind of tool bar that offers that option. I do this so often looking for a way to edit and to save over original.   Method 1 Open photos app on iPhone Click Edit top right Click on 3 dots choose PS Express Make my edits in PS Express Done (there is no option to save) returns me  to photos the image is not saved over   Method 2 Open image in PS Express make Edits I can save, but not over the original   I would prefer to use photos app, as 90% of images I can correct there. If I need clarity, dehaze or HDR if use PS Express. While is no problem to delete the previous version, it just makes clutter, and changes the order of my photos.   Another way that would; be good is for Photos to use PS Express by default.

Hi all, Have been painstakingly searching to no effect. I uncovered the secret to inverting colors on the Photoshop Express app on my iPhone, but have now run into the issue of being unable to batch edit the photos on my phone. I have hundreds of pictures that I simply need no more than to invert the colors from positive to negative. I already have the saved preset. Is there a way to do this to the pictures en masse? It would be quite frustrating to have to do this one at a time.

Hi, I'm using Adobe Photoshop Express on my Windows 10 PC. After editing my image and then saving it, how do I check that it has actually been saved? Then, how do I go to the next image I want to edit?I seem to have to go in and out of Express via the Gallery which seems a bit long winded.If you can help, a step by step guide would be very much appreciated - many thanks.

HelloI need support with my PS Express Premium account.I previously used my previous Apple ID from my iPhone to use this app. However, it no longer exists, since I changed it for a new Apple ID. Now I am having problems opening the App as I am getting the error message "Login id - You are signed in to PS Express as my_new@apple.id. Another account my_old@apple.id is linked with subscription. You may login to PS Express from that account & restore purchase." The problem is that I no longer have access to that previous account. No longer exists. Can you help me cancel/delete the old account so I can log in with the new one?

   I paid for an account and now I am getting this message. My account was obviously hacked. I don't know this 7y account it is referring to - so how can I get my account back?  It is terrible that there is no customer service # or email here. My PS Express App is always loading and I cannot tap any other things and will reboot after I swip to background. 

when I go to the yearly upgrade and 'agree and start free trial', the screen moves to payment and I completed that and hit 'subscribe'. The next screen asks me to enter my Photoshop express password. When I do this, it is not recognized! I've tried the 'forgot password' (though I did not forget) but the system fails to send the notifiaction to my android where I can verify. I have been to my web account and there is nowhere to upgrade the android PS Express app there either! There is no way to upgrade. I already changed my email address sign on as the email I FIRST used was changed by the app to another of my emails and the password did not work. I therefore changed my email address on the web, to the second email address, that adobe wanted me to change to, even though I had never given that address to Adobe!  The system for upgrade is an umittigated mess!

How do I merge 2 photos into one overlapping to create a whole new picture by using specific elements and colors from each one? Also, why is it not letting me use the ALL-in-one and 100GB storage?

For printing I can select A4 portrays but nothing for landscape. On the iPhone app. Anyone else have any idea. 

Hi…hope someone could help…or point me to the right direction, I’m trying to import a set photos to make a collage in PS Express, (also I tried in Adobe Express mobile app) however it looks that the system only retrieve a view of the first 100 photos from a Lightroom album, and I need some of the ones not listed or previewed, is there a setup or view mode that allows me to see all photos in the album no matter the quantity?

New user here, not sure how to add a text behind a picture in PS express , is there a how to guide for this ? Thanks

Hi Everyone! Was hoping to get some help with this. My photoshop express updated and it only kept one of my 10+ custom my looks saved. I use these all for work and not sure how to get them back! Anyone have any knowledge in this and how to get it back? Thanks!
