PremiereElemmentsにて編集したものを書き込もうとしたのですがうまく書き込めません。どのようなことが原因と考えられるでしょうか？ちなみにK：が書き込み用のBDドライブとなります。全くの初心者なのでわかりやすくご教示ください。宜しくお願いいたします。

Hi Adobe Elements QA Department- The Freeze Frame tool looses the aspect ratio as it saves a frame. I use freeze frame to build green screen sections for my videos. The tool has worked perfectly for years, but now, my widescreen freeze frames are reformatted as square (or almost square). The color changes slightly as well.  I've installed the latest updates, but the problem/bug persists. A little help here! Rick   [title edited by mod for better search]

I exorted a finished video from Adobe PE. Video length approx 60', in HD 720, approx 4Gb. I noticed, that any edditing in PE after a video has already been exported becomes a real nightmere. Any single edditing has a latency of 5 to 10 seconds, any little shifting of a pic takes far too much time. Useless, and very frustrating. Has anybody a suggestion what I need to do to have PE working normal speed after edditing without wasting to much of my livetime? By the way, during the first edditing the computer speed is perfect, means fast, no issues at all. I very much believe it has to do something with the exporting (or rendering) process.Any help is much appreciated - Thanx!

Hi, I have the same problem as someone else here that I bought the Adobe Premiere Elements for my PC and wanted to use it also on my MAc, but it doesn't allow me to use the same serial number for the Mac version.  What should do in order to use it on both computers? 

Hi, I have been working on a project for the last 2 weeks from a recent trip and recently my workspace stopped rendering which I believe is also preventing me from exporting my project. I basically have my whole project the way I want it from sttart to finish. It was rendering fine until like 2-3 days ago for some reason. I am using Windows 10 and a recently purchased Adobe Premiere Elements. I have scavenged the internet for a solution, tried some, but sadly failed. I figured I would try to ask for help on here before starting over in a new project which would be my worst case scenario. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

I've just stepped into the world of shooting video. I've done a limited number using my Nikon DSLR and have had no issues. I recently purchased a GoPro 7 Black, a new laptop with a i7-8750H, 32gig of RAM, NVIDIA Ge Force GTX 1050 w/4gig GDDR5, 1TB SSD, & 4k 15" display.  I also purchased Adobe Premiere Elements after reading several reviews comparing the elements to the Pro version since I'm only doing occasional editing on an amateur level. When I try to import a video into Elements, I get a notice that the file is not supported due to a missing codec. First, where would I find the "codec"? Clearly I did not purchase the Pro ($250/yr) since I'm just beginning my voyage into video. am I needing a different editor to use the better quality vids from the GoPro?

Hi all, I have Elements 10,11,13,14,and 2020. and have used them all over the years. Sudenly (after a  windows 10 downlod  ) none of them can do any captures ! They see my capture device, but don't recognise it. Anyone got a view on this ? I am completely in the dark   Thanks, Ian McDonald   Title edited by Mod

I use Adobe Premiere Elements 13 and have a new problem. The sound and picture are no longer syncronised when I import mpeg-films. The sound is 2-3 seconds ahead of the picture. The original films are 0,5 to 1,0 Gb and are syncronised. What can be the couse of this problem and how can I fix it?

I currently use Adobe Premiere Elements 11. I tried activating it with my Adobe account, but this message came up instead. Any help?

Hi I have downloaded the trial version but am looking to get some good quality video editing software. I have uploaded my video fine but when I am attempting to cut sections out using the delete key as detailed in the Trimming Unwanted Frames- Guided Edit that was online... However when I press delete the section stays in and nothing changes... I am also concerned by the watermark that appears on the version I am editing of: Created with Adobe Premier Elements trial verson. Will this be on my edited video if it allows me to cut the section I want? I hope not... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Richard.

Despite the Adobe website clearly indicating they DO import .MOV, it still, after all the complaints, does NOT import this format.  Why does Adobe continue to mislead the public and users on this issue?  Read it yourself:  https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/kb/supported-file-formats.html When will this be fixed???!!! If never, take it off your product description Sure, there're workarounds - that take time and increase file size, but this is ridiculous...

Hi all,I bought Adobe premiere elements in 2015. I did a recent update and now (not sure if because of the update or something else) a ton of my files aren't able to be located. The video projects I've been working on now have tons of clips that are showing as "media offline" but I haven't moved the files. I am able to locate the files but when I try to open them now i get a "file import failure" error that the type of file is not supported or the required codec is not installed. Any info or advice would be helpful, thanks!

Hi, I'm a complete newbie to Adobe Premier Elements 2020 and video editing in general. My specific problem is using the "Render" function. When I mouseover the Render button above the timeline it says, "For smooth, high quality playback, render your timeline". However, I am finding that: 1) If I DO NOT use Render the video plays back at full quality  2) If I DO use Render the video plays back at lower quality regardless of the Playback quality (Automatic, Highest, Medium, Lowest)  The video I am editing was recorded in Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) 25.0.8.  I have looked in the Adobe Premier Elements 2020 project settings and can not find any changes which makes a difference. When I have finished editing I can use Export & Share - Quick Export to export my video in mp4 format. The quality of the generated file is as good the original. Therefore, the problem I am having is only applicable to the Render function within the

Hi I recently bought the latest addition of Premiere Elements but seem to be missing lots of Sound Effect files. For example if I look at Foley I have 30 types of foley wav file but they all begin with the letters A-C and nothing beyond this. It's the same for other folders too. Did my mac fail in downloading the full set?  How can I add more wav files to the Application Support folder so that they appear in the Premier Elements Folyey dropdown list?  Eg I downloaded more Foley effects from Adobe and pasted it into the application file with the other Foley sounds, reopened PE, but the new files aren't showing up in the dropdown. ThanksAm new to PE from iMovie and struggling!

Ptemiere elements 2019で、16:9の比率のファイルを読み込んでも4:3になってしまい、上下に黒い帯が出てしまい、YouTubeに投稿する際も一回り小さくなってしまいます。色々調べてファイル→新規から詳細設定で16:9にしても読み込むと戻ってしまいます。1つ前のプロジェクトでは16:9のまま読み込んで編集が出来たので、ファイルが原因かと思い、成功したファイルをもう一度開いてみたのですが、やはり4:3になってしまいます。どうすれば良いのでしょうか。

Hi,First of all, I already used motion tracking in Premiere Elements a couple of months ago and it worked well. Now, it does not. First time, the video was taken by Iphone XR and this one - by Iphone 7.I have a 10 seconds clip (my test clip), where my daughter moves the ball from one side to the other one (back and forth) for 10 seconds. I want to follow the ball and attach a NOT-anumated object to it from the graphics panel, for example, Panda from the Baby category. I track the ball (the program does it very quickly) and attach Panda to it. The tracking happens only for 2 seconds and then the object (Panda) disappears. I thought the problem is the length of Panda object (as it shows shorter than the clip), but it is not an animated object, so it should last for the duration of the clip. I tested by tracking the object (ball) and playing the video before attaching Panda to the ball, and the yellow rectangle only moves for a couple of seconds and then disappears, like it gets detached

Hi,I'm running Premiere Elements 2020 on Windows and I've tried, multiple times, to change the default location for Scratch discs. Everytime I close my project and re-open it again, the default settings are back. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.--Bill

I've been on hold for freaking 2 hours, all I want to ask is what are any suggested windows based computers to run a current Adobe Premiere Elements that I already have. I do not want to switch to Apple unless last resort. Many gaming laptops say they video edit well but in forums I read a lot of people who have had issues with Adobe not jiving well with the operating systems....? Some have great success.

I purchased this from an Online retailer and was provided with a redemption code to install it.  I now have a new PC to reinstall it but no longer have the redemption code.  I've tried contacting the retailer for this, they said they can provide the redemption code but have not heard from them over a week.  Is it possible to reinstall the software without a redemption code?  Do Adobe have my details to validate the purchase and provide me with a reinstallation code?

My PE 13 has started not responding for a minute or so everytime I open the program or when I add a menu. In Task Manager it says Adobe PE 13 not responding. If I wait it will finally come back alive. It also seems to be slower than normal when I add a video to the timeline. It will show up on the time line but takes longer than usual to show the audio waveform.

Spent hours carefully adding a blur adjustment layer, only to find after saving and exporting the layers have moved out of place. Help! Thanks

Downloaded free trial of Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 seems to download perfectly. Launches to the home page but then won't open the video editor workspace. I used to use Elements and wanting to see how it works before i purchase but not very impressed at the mo!!😂 can anyone help!
