Hey, I am trying to export a 360 video with spatial sound on an iMac (2019) in Pr 2021 using the 'VR Monoscopic Match Source Ambisoics' setting, but in my Audio options I do not get '4 Channel' to choose. It works on my MacBook pro though. Yes same settings. Anyone any ideas ? Thanks, Max
Hello Adobe Team experiencing heavy lag while editing in Premiere Pro, even with proxies and GPU acceleration enabled
My Premiere Pro CC updated 9/8/18 and now when I use Media Browser, I open C/Users/(myname)/Documents and I get a blank screen. There are all kinds of folders and files in there but nothing is showing up!Under the funnel I have checked "all files" and the little eye icon has checked "file directory" and I don't have any other options available. I have cleared my media cache and restarted my computer but nothing works.I'm running Windows 10 and everything worked fine until PP updated.Am I the only one with this problem? I can't find it under any discussions even on Google search.
Trying to achieve the effect of "zooming into" picture....As you can see I have created key frames for motion:scale.... but it´s not zooming anything...!The segment in between the two videoclips on the timeline is a inserted frame hold segment (made as if i´m stuck in the air). Dont know if this is causing my problem or not...
I am a student learning Premiere Pro and when I tryed to make a speed ramp on my clip the percentage of speed is greyed out and I can not manipulate it. I have been trying to fix this issue for a while now and can't figure a way around it or how to fix it. Can someone help out? Before you ask, I have the clip selected.
2 or 3 years ago Adobe turn this fuction off (Save backup to Creative Cloud) for every user. But in Auto Save preferences its still appear, but check box is grey. This backup saved my life and me a lot of times. In message Adobe said, they will remove this function, but will introduce something NEW. Any newses from this? And why this box is still appear in Preferences? Thank you
I want to create a script for Premiere Pro that creates new text clips based on cuts I have made on an adjustment layer. The new text clips would be generated with on screen shot labels like SH0010, SH0020, SH0030 etc. How would I go about doing this? CEP seems to be discontinued and I can't download older versions of Premeire that support it, and UXP seems very limited in its abilities right now.
I'm working with two 3 hour and 45 minute clips (1080p60, .MTS files) from a live event. I manually synced both camera angles in a sequence using audio, then nested that sequence and enabled multicam editing. Even though I’ve created proxies (and even tried 480p CineForm proxies), playback is still choppy and lagging — especially when using multicam view. I've followed all standard advice: Proxies are attached and working Playback set to 1/4 resolution Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) is enabled Global FX Mute is on Audio follows video is off (I want to keep Cam 1 audio throughout) Tried rendering the nested sequence — helps a little, but still laggy PC is brand new: i5-13600KF, 32GB RAM, RTX 3070, SSD storage Also, I need Cam 1’s stereo audio split into two mono tracks: one for music (left) and one for tap audio (right). I used Modify > Audio Channels to separate them before building the multicam, but Premiere keeps duplicating both channels into both
I have a video that uses multi-camera.Currently, I can easily change each clip camera angle by using shortcuts or by selecting the camera from the multi-camera panel. Problem is:I would love to select two or more clips and change the camera on all of them. For instance, in the image, if I select all clips, right-click and select: "Multi-Camera > Camera 1" it only changes the camera for the clip below the playhead, not to all the clips I had selected. I've searched all over the internet, but didn't find a solution to change the camera angle for all selected clips. Is there any way to achieve it?
We currently have a CEP plugin that we are planning to port to UXP. I had a look throught the API documents and it seems that some key functionality is still missing. Placing footage and mogrts in sequences and modifying properties are some of the things that we rely on.What does the current development timeline look like? We were considering doing the switch this summer. Thanks!
I currently am trying to animate some images, basic things like scaling it up a bit and moving across the screen, however when I set the keyframes it just stays on what I last set as the scale (and position keyframes). When I try to move .mp4 files they animate/move just fine.I've tried nesting the images already into it's own sequence but it is still not animating and has no movement. If it does have movement it simply jumps from the first to the second (keyframes are spread out enough to where it shouldn't be jumping).Any one know of anything that could help, thanks.Info:Premiere Pro CC 2019 (I recently just updated but it works fine in 2018)Standard .JPG ImagesWindows 10 OS
I edit 10-20 minute videos for someone where I use many graphics, effects, and transitions. And almost every time, I have an issue with exporting. I have a pretty powerful PC for video editing, so it's very frustrating that this is always a problem. Even when my entire timeline has been rendered and shows green, it still can't export. I've tried both hardware and software encoding, but neither work. And I can't change the video renderer either. It is grayed out, and stuck on "Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA)". I had adobe take virtual control over my PC to try and fix this before, but the only fix was to revert back to a much older version of premiere pro, where the option wasn't grayed out. We were able to switch renderers and it would finally export. I guess I made the mistake of keeping my Premiere up to date, and should just stay in an older version forever if I want it to work, but if anyone knows how to make it so I can change the renderer, I'm sure that
i have ryzen 5 2600 - 32 gb ram and nvme m.2 ssd m and 1650 super gpu . as a wedding videos editor i have lots of video files in the bins also 3 diffrent bins with all others cameras ..but the slow loading thumbnails every time i switch betwin bins ..is annoying its consume so much time .. cant focus on my projects ..in other hand " black magic the vincy resolve " loads video thumbnails very very fast ..WHY DONT AP IS WORKING ON THIS BUG .. THIS IS BAD ..every time i have to scroll down then the thumbnails load ..then i can work on it ...its no good.. pls look into this mater i dont want to leave Adobe premiere
If you try to add a keyframe to a clip that has a speed ramp/time remapping, it does not work. Nesting the clip it's not a solution since we would get black areas when they're trying to reposition the clip. Changing the processor type in settings does not work either since I am on an M1 Mac. Has anyone found a solution to this bug?
using in and out points to select a clip to export and it automattically selects an additional frame in front of the play head on the out point - very frustrating . is there a setting to change preference so that my in and out points define the EXACT in and out that i want to export ? my exported clips are to be looped so the additional frames are a problem. thanks very much, Russ
Hey! I took some photos on my sony a74 and they are ARW format (sony raw). I converted them to jpeg and then to png and neither would import into premiere pro. I then used the adobe dng converted and the dng files wouldnt import either. It says there is a header issue. It is also doing similar in da vinci resolve. I can import the photos but it says media offline when i try to look at them in da vinci resolve. I am pretty new to photography/videography so any help would be amazing! thanks 🙂
I have one layer, I press close gap and it doesn`t work. The second layer with audio is closed on lock
Hello everyone, Probably a fairly noob question on this forum since I'm a bit of a novice at this. I have a short 2.5 minute video that I am trying to export from Premiere Pro 2020. Inside Premiere Pro, the clips play smoothly. After I export and try to view the video on Quicktime, each clip is stuck on the very first frame. There is no motion whatsoever. The track along with the sound effects are playing smoothly, just no motion in the clips. The entire video was shot on a DJI Mavic Air 2. 60fps 4k with a h.265 codec. I've exported many other videos on this new 2020 MacBook Pro. This is the only one I'm stuck and puzzled with. If anybody has any insight on this, I'd love to hear it! Thank you.
Hey, My Premiere Pro isn’t recognizing my GPU at all.I’m using a Radeon XFX 6600 XT, which I know supports GPU acceleration (OpenCL). However, when I go to File > Project Settings > General, the only renderer option I see is “Mercury Playback Engine Software Only.”I’ve tried the following:Clean installed the latest AMD Adrenalin drivers for the 6600 XTMade sure Windows is fully up to date (Windows 11 64-bit)Ran Premiere as administratorChecked Device Manager – my GPU is recognized and workingForced high-performance G PU for Premiere in Windows graphics settingsNo integrated GPU is enabledI also ran GPUSniffer.exe in the Premiere Pro folder — it does detect the 6600 XT and says “Passed.”Still, Premiere refuses to give me the GPU acceleration option.Am I missing something? Is this a known issue with AMD cards in newer versions of Premiere, or is there a specific workaround to force it to recognize OpenCL support?Any help would be seriously appreciated!
Hi guys, I have been having problems with Premiere for a while now. When I press CMD+M to export it takes Premiere a long time to react to the command and then when I do anything on the export tab it also takes a very long time to react. This is adding a lot of time onto projects where I have a lot of timelines to export. When in Media Encoder the render times are not concerning at all and seem. to be normal so it seems the export tab is the issue. Any suggestions? I am using a Macbook Pro M1 Max 32GB 1TB storage running macOS Ventura Version 13.2.1.Premiere and Media Encoder are updated to the lastest versions. I edit off of a LaCie and Seagate drives.
It use to work in other version (Write-on Effect) but I think in 2025 version it has been removed, is their any way to do it without using After effect?
When I work in adobe production, I have the following situation. I have ten projects in production where videos from different locations are laid out. If I use a file from the same project where the sequence was created, then a blue icon is displayed in the bin with files indicating that the file has already been used on the timeline. If I take a file from another project inside the production, then the blue icon does not appear despite the fact that the file has been used on the timeline. How can I fix this? I need the blue icon to be displayed so that there are no duplicates on the timeline.
Hello everyone. I'm experiencing a problem: none of the MOGRTs can be controlled through the Properties panel. While I can manage them via the Effects controls, I am unable to replace the media since the Properties panel lacks any controls for the MOGRTs. This feels like a bug to me; everything was working fine a few months ago.
I had setup a timeline, in which I haven't color grade or use of lumetri color on any video.I rendered the video. After that I got washed out footages. If you see the screenshot that I have attached, in the source window it is original footage and in the program window it is a washed out footage after render.
