My fonts were working fine yesterday, I have re installed the font and Premiere but I am still having this issue. The font when selected to be regular bold appears as a different font - looks like Helevetica. As light or semi bold it works, but bold does not. 

Hello, I'm about to start setting up a Production project for a feature length documentary. There will be two remote editors. If each of us has a local external offline hard drive (each drive perfectly mirroring each other), and we use an online storage (such as LucidLink) for the Premiere Productions file - should the Productions file link seamlessly to each of our offline drives? Or is there a different, better workflow?

After noticing that my exports were coming out a tad too bright, I started exporting using the QT Gamma Compensation LUT again. I exported and entire feature length documentary recently, which a company is currently prepping for all major platforms. When I initially sent them the file, one of the producers checked it for me (I didn't have time), and said it looked great. However, I just discovered that much of the documentary, which was graded by a professional colorist, is noticeable dark now. I'm sooooo bummed... The results are identical on both the Prores 4444 and the H264 masters.Can anyone help me understand when and when NOT to use the QT Gamma Compensation LUT? I could really use a solid (do it this way, don't do it that way) for future exports so I can avoid these issues?

HELP, PLEASE. I'm not claiming all these neurodivergent titles but the fact that the window changes every time I click to look for something is QUITE frustrating and makes it difficult to use the app. I've been an Adobe user since 2005, specializing in Illustrator, Design, Photoshop, and Lightroom and love that I can easily click a button and the window panels etc doesn't JUMP around. Can this NOT be a thing anymore, Adobe designers? I'm tired of watching youtube videos to make it stop, or to find something that should be simple. LIKE WTFLIPMODE! WHY IS THIS LIKE THIS! Can someone please make it stop. It's literally causing my blood to boil and all I'm trying to do is edit the captions but can't see the editing tools when I click properties. It shouldn't be this difficult to complete a simple task and I shouldn't have to keep resetting the workspace.

In V2 I have a moving ball in a clip with some camera movement. I can track that ball easily with an object mask.In V1 I have a .png of an apple.I could use Opacity or an Ultra Key with that mask to make the ball transparent and position and scale the V1 apple to fit the V2 “hole”. That’s an OK method for one frame but what I want to do is to automatically let the apple position and scale in V1 follow the mask I have in V2.Is this not possible in Premiere? No keyframes worth trying to copy are in the mask. Mask properties are all in Tracker and I cannot copy those keyframes to the V1 Motion or a Transform effect.As of now Im manually keyframing position and scale of the apple to follow the ball and its too much work and not looking good./G

I’ve installed Adobe Premiere Pro, however when I click to open it, nothing happens.  It doesn’t open nor do I get any error message. I can see under the Task manager that it is open but it is no where.  Any suggestions on things I can try?

How do I move a project that I have been working on in Premiere Beta to regular Premiere?

Editing clips at home on a NAS from work. I create proxies with them, attach, and then i disconnect from the NAS. Usually, when editing at work, I replace the clips with After Effects compositions often and edit on AE. I go back and forth. Question is wiIl replacing the proxies with After Effects compositions work, or do I have to do it another way somehow?If not, add the feature Adobe 😒

One second after the other I can not find the Motion effects controls for editing video footage in Premiere Pro, Tried to reset preferences / reset the workspaces  / reinstalled it, tried different Versions of Premiere. Deadline is in 24 Hours....

I've noticed in the last month or so, Adobe Premiere 26 with its latest update no longer allows me to automatically attach Proxies made with "_Proxy" at the end of each filename. I found this very useful so that Proxies can easily be identified. It wasn't a big deal with my last project since it was starting anew but with an ongoing project, this could potentially cause issues reattaching proxies without having to rename them all, taking off the "_Proxy". Is this a glitch or an intentional change by Adobe?

When using Save As or Open Project in Premiere, the folder that opens is whichever folder I last exported a video to. However, up until a few weeks or months ago, using Save As or Open Project would always open to the Adobe Premiere projects folder (User/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro). Is there a way to set this folder as the default Save As/Open Project location? Currently, any time I want to Save As/Open Project I have to manually navigate back to that User/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro folder, and it’s quite a nuisance.

This is a fun new little problem.I'm having to re-analyze every clip that already has warp stabilizer on it.  When I do, there's about a 50% chance that the last frame of the clip on the timeline will just be black. Also, If I try to export, it will error out.I've taken WS off the clip and re-analyzed with the same result.  If I slide the clip down a frame or 2 and re-anazlyze, same result.The only thing that fixes it is if I just cut that last frame out after it's analyzed.Been doing it for about a month now. 

Desde o início da transcrição automática com opção de remover pausas o Premiere trabalhava lindamente. Podíamos regular entre 0.10 e 2.0. Por alguma razão, na atualização de 2026, diminuíram a regulagem de pausas na transcrição para no mínimo 1s. (1.0 e não mais 0.10). A impressão que tenho é que os programadores erraram a casa da vírgula, não é possível.A configuração de 1s deixa espaços absurdos de pausa na fala. Um vídeo de 15 minutos que antes tinha seus 600 cortes, hoje tem 60. Prejudicou muito a ferramenta. E uma observação: na versão para transcrição em inglês, ele ainda deixa regular pra 0.10, na versão pro português é só 1.0. E eu só consegui resolver voltando pra versão 25.0 (umas 8 atrás da atual). Caso estejam enfrentando o mesmo problema, façam o downgrade pra versão de 2025. Adobe, por favor, restaure a configuração antiga de seleção de pausas na transcrição. 

When I move a segment to be against a previous one, they used to snap together. They don’t any longer.

Hello everyone, Probably a fairly noob question on this forum since I'm a bit of a novice at this. I have a short 2.5 minute video that I am trying to export from Premiere Pro 2020. Inside Premiere Pro, the clips play smoothly. After I export and try to view the video on Quicktime, each clip is stuck on the very first frame. There is no motion whatsoever. The track along with the sound effects are playing smoothly, just no motion in the clips. The entire video was shot on a DJI Mavic Air 2. 60fps 4k with a h.265 codec.  I've exported many other videos on this new 2020 MacBook Pro. This is the only one I'm stuck and puzzled with.  If anybody has any insight on this, I'd love to hear it! Thank you. 

When an audio clip is loaded in the source monitor, its video resolution on an external monitor (via a blackmagic decklink 4k extreme in my case) switches to 1080/25p, while my timeline is 1080/50i.Could this be avoided? It creates constant switches on the external monitor while editing. I have look around but haven’t found a solution.I thought I remembered that Blackmagic could lock the output to a fixed resolution, but it might be a false memory, as I haven’t found it anywhere!Can something be done on Premiere side?

I worked on a project for several weeks then all of a sudden i couldnt find it anymore - not in recent projects - not in explorer - not in the original location i saved it to - it just vanished like it never existed even the Autosave File is gone. PP crashed the day before and i didnt re-open it on that day. Does anyone know any fixes for this?

The only solution so far is to stop playing and start playing again, but the same thing will happen.

I've been seeing these strange messages the last few days. I just updated Premier, and now I'm seeing them again on another project. 

I have a still image (frame extend) layered on top of video. I want to punch a hole in the image to reveal the video below. I draw a mask in the center of the top layer and add a feather—but oh no, feathering seems to be added to the edges of the whole layer as well, not just the mask shape. 

Literally all my project files from 26.0 which were saved in my Documents are gone. The Metadata folder for 26.0 is the only thing showing any record of my projects. All the projects from 25.0 are still showing but 26.0 is acting like it’s a completely new program with no previous projects. I’m extremely confused. Never happened before. 26.0 Folder doesn’t even have the Audio Previews / Video Previews / Auto-Save folders like 25.0 does. The only thing showing any record of my projects from 26.0 is the Metadata folder. My project files are nowhere to be found and I don’t save them to the cloud. 

I am currently getting this error when exporting:“File already exists”, Code: “6”, Note: “Graphics buffer underflows. - Failed to multiplex with maximum IG PTS: 54900000 (in 90kHz)”The project I am exporting has no video content, just a single menu with 8 submenus. Each submenu has a background and seven buttons, five of which have text, an image, and a border. When I delete 4 of the menus I don’t get the error and the project builds successfully, so I assume the error is due to the amount of content in each submenu. I don’t really want to remove any layers in the submenus, so is there any way in Photoshop to reduce the graphics load of the layers in the submenus?

Since I got Premiere Pro v26.3, I started having problems after some minutes of editing, everytime I use the menu above, either to export, render or save. It stays blocked, says, “not responding” and sometimes starts a minute later. But, if I try to do the same while using shortcuts, seems to be ok. Besides that, when working with heavy timelines, with several effects, it starts to work slow and make some bugs. I didn´t have this issue with previous versions. My computer is very powerful, so I don´t get the problem. I even reinstalled Premiere, but didn´t solve the issue.Could you please tell me what to do? Thanks!
