Creating different proxies didn't help, and moving the data to another SSD didn't help either. The interface is very slow, and the program has a lot of trouble recognizing files from the Sony Alpha 7S III camera. Resetting the settings and clearing the cache didn't help. Who should I contact? Which developers should I reach out to? The problem is specifically with this one camera! It feels like I'm working on some really old hardware from the 2000s. In other programs, these files run very quickly without using proxy files.

When the track is playing, the contrast increases, but during a pause, it returns to normal. Why is that?

Auto re-linking is still broken in 26.3.2 no matter where the media is linked to and what options are unchecked it still goes file by file, any one had any luck?

Adobe Premiere n’arrive pas à ouvrir les vidéos issues de mon drone DJI Matrice 4 T, que ce soit au format MP4 ou TS.  Les vidéos au format MP4 étaient ouvertes jusqu'à maintenant, ce n’est plus le cas.  Le message d’erreur indique que le fichier contient un type de compression non pris en charge. Avez-vous une solution ou un correctif ?

my 2026 version of premier pro doesn't work even after giving it full access to my files. it keeps asking me access to my downloads file and in the settings on my Mac it shows full access is given. help me figure out how to fix this issue . also I uninstalled and re-installed the application. 

Renderer is grayed out and only shows “Mercury Playback Engine Software Only.” I have an Intel Arc B570, but Premiere Pro isn’t using it as the renderer. I just installed Premiere Pro today. Please help 🙏 

Anyone else seeing consistent crashing of Premiere 2026? I have the latest update as of February 4th, flushed cache multiple times, re-installed, restarted computer, etc. But certain elements such as:Scrubbing the Timeline Adding Effects Adding CAPTIONS (of all things)Freezes the program and requires a forced quit. Attached is where the captions usually sit and fail before the crash occurs.I’ll likely downgrade to Premiere Pro 2025 if not addressed soon - but checking to ensure I’m not the only one and I need to look at my own stuff? Currently on Macbook Pro 14” with M2 MAX. 

I prefer to use keyframes for my audio fade ins and fade outs much of the time and with the new layout, the little boxes at the front and end of clips makes it difficult to add the keyframes because they get in the way. I looked through the preferences to see if there was a way to turn them off or hide them but didn't see anything. Does anyone know if that's an option?

It seems like this normally works but lately when I use 'Replace With Clip > From Bin" with the new clip highlighted in the bin, it replaces it, but does not respect the In/Out points - it just places the new clip there at its start. 

How can I create this effect?

If you click on the .prproj file directly from the File Explorer to open the Premiere Pro,the shortcut keys in the toolbar will not be displayed.If you run Premiere Pro and then open prproj from Premiere Pro main window,there will display the toolbar shortcuts .  Premiere Pro 2023.23.2 ,Win10This bug has been around since at least Premiere Pro 2020 @Kevin-MonahanWhen I updated to 24.3, this issue has not been fixed yet.could you check it please?

The Film Impact effect Motion Tween results in black areas around the footage, even though there is still plenty of visible areas in the footage. Attached is a screenshot of the issue and my settings. The sample is a screen recording made with QuickTime, but this also happens with any other types of footage. Happens both in the edit and in the exported version.This is just a simple position change, but for some reason, Motion Tween can’t show what’s outside of the initial frame, but instead just adds black to the edges. I’ve got so used to my exports just defaulting to sequence in/out as I set them to, now they’ve just started doing this. For some strange reason there’s no option to have “sequence in/out” set as one of your preferences for exports. Why does Adobe make certain things like this so difficult when the solution should be so simple? It means that I’ve got used to sequence in/out and so I go into automatic pilot not checking it, next thing I know my export is taking one hour and I don’t know why and then I remember it’s set to work area. I almost never want the whole work area exported.

I've been hitting, for the last 6 months or so, nonstop playback failure with long HEVC files and I've narrowed it down to clip duration being the only variable. Playback takes about a second to start. I have a MKV file with all audios in different channels. The problem is that it’s too big (40 GB) is it possible to decrease it’s size but keep all audio channels separately?I processed it from MKV to MP4 but on the MP4 file, all audios are fused in 1 channel. Another idea I was thinking is to export it in a file without video and keep all audios in different channels. And then import the MP4 and then import the audios into Premiere.I’m using Premiere v26.3

On macOS Tahoe 26.6.1, Premiere Pro 26.3.2 pauses for around one second every time it regains focus after switching to another app or window. The macOS spinning beachball appears, then Premiere works normally. This also occurs in the Project Browser without an active project. Hardware: 14-inch MacBook Pro, M3 Pro.Screen Recording

I am using Captioneer in Premiere Pro. When I go to package the file and then I open the packaged project, I get greeted with “The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements.”How do I fix this? Thanks

Hi everyone, I’ve run into an issue with my workflow and would appreciate some advice.I created proxies from my original footage in Premiere using H.264 encoding, and then I tried to work with them in DaVinci Resolve for color grading/editing.However, when I attempted to relink the proxies to the original media, Resolve gives the following error:“Frame rate and timecode do not match”I’m wondering:Is this a mistake on my end during export or relinking? Or does DaVinci Resolve not support relinking H.264 proxies to original media?If anyone has experience with this or a workaround, I’d really appreciate your input!

Hello everyone, I have a problem on a premiere pro project. I got the rushes from a colleague who filmed with a OnePlus 12 phone in 1080p at 30 fps. When I view the rushes on Windows on VLC everything is ok. On the other hand, when I play the rushes on premiere pro, I get jerks: on the preview, on the timeline and even when I try to export. The sequence is set according to the characteristics of the rushes. I've never had this problem before. Thanks to anyone who can help me.  

Very dissapointed in the new premiere pro handling of graphics. I’ve been a premiere user off and on since 2008 and this is the absolute worst time I have had placing end credit roles. There are no solutions from what I can tell other than to build the role in a third party app and attach it as a video file. Why am I paying for this service and not just cutting in iMovie at this point. Extremely frustrating.

Hey everyone,I'm currently working on a UXP plugin for Premiere Pro and I'm trying to read and write the native "Audio Gain" value of a clip (the one triggered by the 'G' hotkey).I've already looked into AudioClipTrackItem.getComponentChain(), but it only seems to expose the standard "Volume" and "Channel Volume" (Panner) effects. I also checked the ClipProjectItem to see if I can set the source clip gain, but couldn't find any audio-related properties there either.Is there any known way (maybe an undocumented method or a specific Action via the Transaction API) to get and set the actual Audio Gain? Or is this simply not exposed in UXP yet?Any hints or workarounds would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
