I'm reaching out to Mathias Moehl at Automation Blocks. Mathias, I'm trying to use the New Project from Template Folder script. I think I'm following the workflow pretty carefully but I keep getting "Make sure the template folder contains the placeholder" error. I'm sure it's something on my end but is there a simple common error that users run into before I send more info to you? I'm attaching a screenshot of the error message which shows the folder structure. If I'm understanding this correctly, the PP template project should be in this folder.
hiwhen I do an export, the color does not match the color in the programI tried a lot of things
I've been using text-based editing for a while and I love it, but for some reason it has stopped working for me. I am currently using Premiere Pro 24.3.0 (Build 59). I select the text in the transcript and hit the Backspace key, which normally makes an edit in the timeline matching the text I've selected. Now when I select the text, it only sets the In/Out points in the timeline, but hitting Backspace just moves the play head to the In point. No edit is made. This was working in this same project a few days ago, but suddenly it's not. I read some other posts that suggested turning on the "Automatically set In/Out points" feature, but that is already on for me. There are other tracks in my sequence. I've tried locking them and unlocking them. It doesn't make a difference. In this screenshot, I've selected the part I want to delete. This screenshot shows what it looks like after I hit backspace. It should have deleted the section between In and Out b
Fast Forward timeline 2x speed/scrubbing during 2 cam multicam edit choppy in Version 24. When I multicam edit ( 2 cams) I do so at 2x speed (L key 2 times), have done this for years, and worked fine in previous versions of Premiere Pro. now it plays back choppy impossible for me to edit quickly. i have deadlines and need to multicam roughly as fast as possible. I have tried placing on NVMe drives, and SSD drives to rule out bottlenecks. Very Beefy System. Specs Below. The footage is All-I 150 Mbps - no FX added to the timeline. I have a logo that I wanted to animate and use it in my DVD menu. I wanted that logo to replay ever minute or so. Which program(s) do I use and where are the video to do this?
hey im making a Premiere CEP plugin thats allow you to manipulate effects on clips to achieve more complex fx using Math and logics, currently i i got camera movement fx and staff like that (of course it has tons of keyframes lol).today i got to mess around with the text "effect".i know it is kinda new and works weirdly relative to other effects, but i did manage to control and manipulate the text source (change the text itself),and also to manipulate the 'Tracking' to my will using script.(thats the things i want to animate)the thing is that from some reason the "TimeVarying()" return an error.and after small check i found out that "areKeyframesSupported()" return false.which is weird because at Premiere Pro using the 'Effect Control' panel you can add keyframes to the 'Source Text' in the Text effect.(yea it doesnt really animate it and its more like jumping from state to state as its move from keyframe to keyframe but it should work in script if i will use very fast keyfra
Andy
Hello! I have a registered version of PP circa 2000 that was part of a bundle purchased for my Windows XP computer. Software runs in conjunction with a Matrox RTX10 capture card. I would like to know how I might upgrade my software to PP 1.5 or an interation nearby to maybe get the software nudged to 2005. I don't have the performance attributes on this computer to take it much further and enjoy the program, albeit a bit buggy. Thank you in advance for your helpful commentary.
The application window of Premiere Pro is just over the screen edge that the traffic light buttons are gone from view and unable to be clicked. There is no possible way to make this app function at this time because of this limitation. Most available apps have a settings dropdown in the Top Menu Bar -> Window -> Resize and Move, but Adobe products do not. Why? vsF3 does not work.Resolution changes do not work.Unplugging/turning off the 2nd display does not work. What's the move?
Hi, I'm trying enhanced speech for but it is really, really slow.I have a 15 minutes clip with only 1 audio track. I clicked enhanced speech like 2 hours ago, and it's only 64% now. Because I work on different locations, it's very frutrating because I can't close my MacBook. Is it normal it takes this long? Is there a way to speed this up?- I checked the addons and I already have downloaded the enhanced speech add on.- I use Premiere version 25.1- Macbook: 2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB, 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4I hope there are suggestions for managing this in a better way. Thanks!Gerjan
Hey Everyone, I am reaching out to you with a question regarding data privacy concerns related to the use of the transcription tool in Adobe Premiere Pro. We utilize Adobe Premiere Pro in our university hospital to edit recorded (audio) interviews with educators. These interviews contain sensitive patient data as well as instructional information that must not, under any circumstances, be stored on external servers. Therefore, we want to ensure that the transcriptions created with Adobe Premiere Pro are exclusively stored locally on our computers and not transmitted over the internet. Can you confirm for us that Adobe Premiere Pro's transcription tool does not send transcription data over the internet or store it on external servers unless explicitly enabled by the user? We place great importance on safeguarding sensitive information and aim to ensure compliance with all data privacy regulations while utilizing your products. We appreciate your assistance and feedback on
Hi thereI have a big problem:Neither AEP sequences – even exported as a Premiere project – nor MP4 files (created with Adobe Rush) can be dragged onto the timeline after importing into Adobe Premiere Pro: drag & drop doesn't work. All programs are up to date, including my Mac OS.I can drag other files (PNG) onto the timeline without any problems. Can anyone help? I'm getting desperate...
So I use another editing software apart from Premiere for some social media edits. Yesterday I exported a short sequence from that software (made it a point to check that all the settings matched the original footage) and brought it into Premiere as a ProRes 422 MOV. I lined it up with some other footage shot as part of the same project. It played flawlessly on the timeline, but when I went to export it, just the clip brought in from the other software had a major audio glitch - the pitch was way up and there was a popping sound throughout the audio portion of that particular clip. I was so surprised by this, and tried out different export settings (such as choosing to export MPEG instead of AAC and also changing the Profile, Level, Bitrate, etc) but nothing seemed to work. Then on a whim I clicked Send to Media Encoder in Premiere, and not only did the export time increase significantly (from 15 minutes to about ~2 hours for a 9:30-minute 4K sequence),
So I'm finding out that Dust & Scratches is removed. This is an effect I use regularly because I have an hotspot on my lens/camera. I'm using a micro 4/3 camera (BMPCC 4K) and need assitance with finding an alternative. Most suggestions include using AE (an extremely cumbersome workflow). Is there anything within Premiere Pro that would be equivalent to Dust & Scratches??
Why is my video of different colors? Everywhere I took the same stabilization effect, and the color is different. What is the logic? For the sake of jokes?)
Hi everyone, I need some help. I need the installer for Premiere Pro and Media Encoder version 23.2.0 for Windows. I use an extension developed for this version, which has already been discontinued. When I contacted support, they told me that they only had version 23.0 available, which doesn't work well with the extension. Mod note: Edited for content.
HelloI haven't been able to find any information related to my issue.I have had this issue for some time and never needed to fix it, but now I am working on a project with a lot of RED footage and this issue is adding hours to the work.In the master clip settings there is a button labelled "Auto Balance" in the "White Balance" drop down option. When I click the "Auto Balance" button, a window pops up but the footage does not load into the window.- I am running the latest version of Premiere Pro CC 2017, this issue was with previous versions as well (all 2017 and 2015 versions that I tried).- I have a Maxwell Titan X with latest drivers, this issue was with previous drivers as well.- I have the latest beta of REDCINE X PRO installed but I had the issue with the full release REDCINE X Pro as well.- I am running Windows 10 Pro x64 with all updates, I had this issue all the way back to before installing any updates on the system.Screenshot of the issue-Thanks
I would like to edit my mp4 that was created in a different platform. Is it possible to import a video and edit that video (I want to remove the avatars and change the voiceover) in Adobe?
I am using a PP2023 version and I can't attach the proxies to subclips (syncronized clips) but I can attach proxies to the original media (clips without sync). When I push to see properties, the message is: Proxy Offline: User Requested. What can I do?
Saludos!Como importo archivos EXR a premiere ?Es que trato de importarlos y se me ven como fotogramas negros!Gracias
Meu processador não aceita a a versão atual do premiere, como baixar a versão 22.0
Hi, Im new day 1 of adobe premier. When I go to export my video its way over-saturated versus what it looks like when im editing. Iv tried all the youtube fix's but nothing works, can someone assist? Attached 2 screenshots
I’m experiencing a visibility issue with the Adobe Premiere 2024 timeline. Previously, I could clearly see cuts in my video clips even at minimal zoom, but now these cuts only become visible when I zoom in significantly, although the audio tracks still display fine. This change disrupts my workflow since I need to see these divisions for accurate subtitle editing. I’ve already contacted support but only received workaround solutions that don’t fully address the problem. I’m wondering if there’s a specific setting or adjustment that could restore the previous behavior, where all cuts were visible without needing to zoom in so much.
Premier insists on throwing errors all the time. It does it when i add a marker to a clip saying " The file is busy and couldn't be updated!" with a red exclamation mark. Nevertheless. the marker is there and seems to function properly. That said, premier keeps throwing up a red pop up box which is distracting. it interrupts workflow to have it pop up every time you drop a marker. If you can't fix the actual bug - which has existed since at least 2018 - ugh ! - let us turn off the error pop ups.Ideally do both, because this software is as buggy as a cricket farm. While you're at it, add Autosequence functionality to throw clips on a timeline by timecode. The software is called pro after all.
