Good evening or good day...however 😉Why can't I assign the F5 button in Pp (Pc) to any function even though Pp (25.1) doesn't show that F5 is busy....I wanted to assign it to turn off the second monitor, but it won't, or as a shortcut, for the nest (maybe it's a secret button for Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, ha,ha,ha)....thanks and keep it up, Adobe is No1....

I noticed the Dust and Scratches effect in Premiere Pro is now gone - version 25. Is there another way to remove a sun spot from a video clip? Also, why remove the effect? It was great for removing spots in a video. 

Hello, my premiere pro lags badly, i have changed to several codecs including apple prores and it still lags.My pc is 64gb ram, core i9 12900h, rtx 3070,the footage is 30fps, 2k, i have converted it to various formats and also converted it to 1080p, it still lags on primere, but davinci resolve plays it buttery smooth, my davinci even plays 4k really smooth.I have done all possible options and solutions i found on the internet and still nothing. I have downloaded several versions of PR and still lags!Help please, i have a deadline.

When using the auto-transcribe tool in Premiere Pro and clicking 'create captions,' my captions generate as normal.  However, at the end of each caption line is an additional unnecessary space (" ")This is knocking everything off centre, creating dead space at the end of the caption line box, and is a right pain to fix manually across 100s of lines! Do you know what is causing this?

I have many videos which were recorded on a Sony Hi8 digital video camera (2004).  I looked in the supported file formats for PP and Media Encoder and .DV is shown as a supported format but I am unable to select the .DV files to import them into PP CC.  I then attempted to convert the files in Media Encoder CC but I was unable to select the formats.  It's as though that .DV format is not supported.Any tips on how to accomplish this would be much appreciated.Tks.

Good evening. I've created a 3 camera multicam and when I intialy created it, all was fine...three camera views on the left and the cut sequence on the right. However, and I don't know what I did, suddenly I still have the three camera views, and as they play, the red box moves from view to view, but I lost the sequence that should be on the right showing the sequence from cut to cut.See from the attached, where the X is should be the sequence, but all I have is the multicams. How do I get it back? 

 Anyone know a fix for this? On windows 11 

Boa tarde,Debato-me há alguns dias com 1 problema e preciso de ajuda - quando abro a janela "atalhos de teclado" no premiere pro 2020, esta abre mas fica parcialmente "fora do ecrã", o que me impede de personalizar o teclado pois não tenho acesso à tecla OK. Já tentei dimensioná-la, mas só consigo aumentar a janela e não diminuir para ficar toda visível no ecrã do pc. I have made some other videos and all come with the same problem, and it come with a circle on top to move the video around, please help me!

Hello,Hoping to find a solution to an issue while using Premiere. The details below.Lately, I’ve been experiencing some serious problems with Premiere Pro. (Using the latest version available - 25.1.0 Build 73 on a Windows 11 PC). While I’m smoothly editing, all of a sudden everything freezes, the whole screen turns black. Sometimes it unfreezes after a few moments and other times it never unfreezes so I have to force shut-down my PC. When the freezing doesn't happen, I run into another issue—video playback/preview randomly turns black or white, and I have to restart Premiere to fix it. Moreover, I sometimes get crash reports when I have just opened a project or while I’m working on it. I’ve also been experiencing some blue screens. They’re not very frequent, but I’ve had about five in the past two weeks. Things I’ve tried to resolve the issue:- Cleaned all media cache files (and most of video previews)- Updated both NVIDIA and Intel drives  - Focused on using Premiere only w

Hi all, hope someone can help me fix this issue. I had to wipe my Macbook Pro, everything was working fine before this wipe. I installed Premiere Pro 25 and I can't manage to import audio from my videos, even from old projects I was working on, and they were working fine before the wipe. I tried looking online and it's not a cache problem and any audio setting tweak doesn't fix it. I'm going mad, tried installing Premiere Pro 24 and I have the same issue. Any idea on how to fix it? I can't figure it out, thanks!

Hello everyone.Inside Premiere Pro, I noticed Video Player is not Showing, and I am getting this Error. Error 62. If I Close Premiere Pro, and restart it again the player works fine. Also, my Computer Freezed with a Black screen to 20 SecondsThanks.

I have 5 angles of footage of a figure skater routine.  They are all 4k.  Two Canon R5, Insta360, GoPro, and iPhone cameras.  I have made proxies for all the footage.  I have them in a multicam and I'm trying to watch it to select the angles to show.  There are parts where the video just stops playing or the fps is like 1 or 2.  I saw a YouTube video that said the audio was causing a problem so I clicked solo on one of the audio tracks, but that didn't help.  I'm on Windows and in Task Manager Memory is like 36% and CPU, Disk, and GPI are all under 6%.  Any ideas on what I can do would be appreciated.  The video is only 4 minutes long. My Computer Specsi9-13900K64GB RAMNvidia Quadro A4000 video cardSamsung T7 connected to a Thunderbolt port for the video

I'd like to start a stability rating vote on every Adobe product. I feel like Premiere in particular is very unstable right now. It feels like it needs a major update to fix the numerous problems I encounter every day. Crashes, slow project loading, footage dropping out, clips going red mysteriously, sound glitches, sound dropping on clips, having to quit and reopen and restart my computer to get it fuctional again. I'd rank it about 60% right now. I'm on MacBook Pro M3 Max, OS 15.3, 96GB RAM.  

As the title says, I'm trying to figure out how to copy footage from one project to another without bringing the folder structure with it. As I copy clips from one project timeline to another project timeline, I end up with all of these extra folders. Is it possible to disable this? 

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if I should post this is the Ae forum instead, but here goes: I'm on Windows 11, and still using 2024 apps. 😞 Only because I am trying to finish up a large project that I started last year and had to put away for awhile. It's time to finish it and I want to get it done before updating.  I have a clip in my timeline that I sent over to Ae to roto. Rendered the roto and imported back to the Pr timeline. Business as usual. Noticed that the roto needed a little more refinement, no biggie... opened the same Ae comp back up and refined the roto. Looked beautiful. Rerendered and reimported the second (improved) render to Pr. Then it got weird... The Pr timeline (and Pr source monitor) REFUSE to reflect the new changes made to the clip. No matter what I try, Pr will only play back the first version of the roto. Yes, I've double checked that the new render is linked in the project panel. Yes, I've cleared every cache in my en

Hello, I have a problem on some of my exports, they look over-saturated when i exported them but they dont look like this in the preview. Footage has been shot with a sony ZV-E1 in mp4 (it seems) Below I drop you some files that are illustrating my problem. Thank you for any help, have a great day.
