Premiere Pro 24.5.0macOS 15.1.1 Steps to reproduce:1. Open a timeline with timeline / clip markers. "Go to next/previous marker" is working now.2. Add a marker to the timeline.3. "Go to next/previous marker" by hotkeys doesn't work. I've tried disabling "show duplicate frame markers" and "show clip markers", but still doesn't work.

So I am editing iPhone footage and it's obviously overexposed when I import it. I have tried changing the Color to Rec 709 which fixes it a little but it's still overexposed. 1) original footage on my phone2) before chanhing to Rec 7093) after changing to Rec 709 What am I doing wrong? I just want it to be the original

I'm trying to apply a morph cut to hide the jump cut in this clip. It's just a talking head interview clip (shot on a tripod). The clip is about 3 seconds so it should be long enough. It wont even let me toggle the effect because it remains greyed out 

Hi.I noticed yesterday that the Step Forward 1 Frame / Step Back 1 Frame options on Premiere Pro (13.0.3) are now jumping forward / backward by 4 or 5 frames at a time, and not just 1.  This happens whether I click the buttons below the Preview window, or if I use the left and right arrow keyboard shortcuts.  I checked the field on the Playback tab of the Preferences window, and found that it was set to 5 frames, but changing it back to 1 frame has made no difference.Any ideas?Thanks.

Hi guys, How tdo I move an effects preset to a new custom bin but keep copy in original location? Every time i drag the effects preset to my new bin it moves it to my custom bin but i want to keep a copy in the original location. I have tried holding down, "option" and dragging I have tried "shift" and dragging, but nothing. Any tips? Thanks guys! Jim

I use the dual screen setup in premiere pro. I used to have the ability to create a second monitor on my left screen but it seems I cannot find a way to make it do that now. I use to place it as the second panel under the effects control just beside scopes.  Does anyone know what happened to the extra program monitor? 

I have not used the Automate to Sequence function for a long time.  I made a post about this several years ago.  This is the only way that I have been able to make it work.  If you add one item to the Timeline, the Automate to Sequence button is highlighted.  You need to set the Time Ruler to the end of the first video added to the Timeline.  Then you can highlight the other videos and use the Automate to Sequence button. 

Hallo, ich habe einen 45-minütigen Konzertmitschnitt als mp4 in 4K. Die Datei ist 1,8 GB groß. Ich will nun die einzelnen Songs als Videos exportieren. Wenn ich das Video einfach cutte und den Rest entferne um so Stück für Stück die einzelnen Songs zu exportieren wird die Zieldatei fast so groß wie die komplette Ursprungsdatei. Ich kann mir nur erklären, dass es daran liegt, dass die kompletten Dateiinformationen auch in dem Ausschnitt erhalten bleiben. Man kann ja zB das beschnitte Ende einfach wieder aufziehen und die eigentlich entfernten Videodaten sind wieder da.Also wie mache ich das am besten? Danke schonmal

Hello.  I’ve been working on a 1h30 timeline for days. We had a big issue with lagging on the whole project and timeline. Our IT team advised us to use Render and Replace on the audio tracks. We were able to work without any problems after that. However, I reversed the Render and Replace, and now the issue is that all the audio attributes have disappeared… I no longer have the premix from before the Render and Replace. Is there a solution? Thank you very much!

In PP you used to be able to drag a box in the effects control panel to set protected regions on the clip to adjust the time and not mess with your keyframes... you also were able to do it in the essential graphics panel. However in 2025 I cant find where to do it....

GoPro has a highlight feature ! that marks a specific point in the video so it's easier to find it later in editing. Problem is it's not showing up anywhere in Premiere. I've tried every version since CS5 to the latest CC.The markers/highlights show up if I play the file with MPHC, and are shown as chapters. But Premiere doesnt seem to get them from the file. Is there a way to fix this?

I have a project timeline where audio has been synced, but when I export to h.264 or other codecs, it goes in and out of sync at random areas. It doesn't just go out of sync, it comes back in sync again. But in the timeline it is all in sync. What could cause this and how to fix?

Whenever my co-editor sends me a project file that she's been working on for me to open and edit on myself, for some reason ever since we both updated Premiere, when I export from her project file in Media Encoder, the closed captions won't export in the video, even when I select "burn captions," etc.  It only works if I export through Premiere, but then that slows down my workflow a lot.  Help!

Say for instances where I might want to hide something in frame but only notice it after doing all the cuts/coloring/frame size changes/whatever, and would like to have a change within the 'source' main file but still keep all of the changes I've made editing this file in my main sequence. Any ideas?Thanks!Or

Hello Adobe Technical Support, I'm running into this error message when trying to use the Frame.io panel in Adobe Premiere Pro (see attached screenshot). It says:"Something went wrong while loading the data. Please reload the extension and try again." As far as I know, this is within the Adobe app itself and not an external extension I’ve added. I’ve tried reloading the extension and restarting the app, but the issue persists.Does anyone know what might be causing this? Is this a bug on Adobe's side or Frame.io? Also, if you've encountered this before, is there any workaround or solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,

Back when I had access to RGB color Corrector I would use the pedistal slider in RGB color corrector when you dont want to alter the structure of the entire color you have applied. Pedestal just lowers the level of the clip globally without squashing or stretching certain regions. It would really be helpfull in getting the attached black level a bit lower without darkening more of the scene.  How do I get a similar adjustment in Luminatri color.  Adusting black or the curves does not lower everything globally keeping the rest of the shape/structure of the brightness levels thoughout.  

Hey there, Premiere recently updated on my macbook to the 2025 version, and I've been experiencing this issue ever since with exported videos where every few frames look crazy and broken. It doesn't happen in the video while it's playing, but if I pause or am scrubbing through frames to pull a screenshot I notice it every few frames. I've played with sequence and export settings to match everything, and it's always happening no matter what settings I change. Anybody know what the solution might be? It's happening no matter what kind of footage, frame rate, etc. is used for a project. Screenshots below are one frame to the next, along with sequence settings.  

hey all, I recorded footage on a black magic camera (fromat of footage was ProResLT), and was able to get the footage onto my computer from the hardrive. I was able to import the MOV files into Premiere, but for some reason the footage doesn't appear in the source panel or the program panel, and when I try to adjust the two panels, it glitches out. I have tried clearing my cache, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling my NVIDIA studio driver,  and nothing seems to work. I've attached a picture of what shows up on Premiere.

Buongiorno,Quando apro un progetto in Premiere pro, mi appare un messaggio che mi avverte del fatto che nel progetto ci sono funzioni per la gestione del colore non supportate, e che quindi vengono disabilitate, dandomi come opzione:1 - l'aggiornamento di Premiere Pro2 - Continuare con la versione installata3 - Chiudere il progetto. Se clicco su "Aggiorna Premiere Pro", mi si apre Creative Claud, ma non mi propone nessun aggiornamento disponibile, in quanto Premiere Pro è aggiornato con l'ultima versione. Il tutto mi sembra alquanto strano, semplicemente perchè sul progetto ci sto lavorando da giorni, ma con oggetti che avevo già inserito in timeline all'inizio di questa settimana, chiudendo e aprendo il progetto praticamente tutti i giorni, questo messaggio non mi è mai apparso.È improvvisamente apparso ieri sera, e continua a chiedermelo, pur provando più volte a chiudere e riaprire il progetto sperando in una risoluzione. Ho provato ad aprire un'altro vecchio progetto

Hello, I'd like to know how to back up a video project that I'm editing with Premiere Pro, so that I can continue editing it on a different PC that also has Premiere Pro. This sounds like a Creative Cloud thing. Thanks.

Whenever I drag my video and audio track from my source to the sequence, the tracks immediately go invisible. It shows in the program window, but doesn't show in the sequence unless I scroll down. If i scroll back up to 0:00 or even later, it bugs out and becomes invisible again. It is some weird scrolling issue but also something else, I don't know what.It is not because I am zoomed out or in too much either horizontally or vertically. It is also not because I have v1 or a1 off. I already reset the workspace, uninstalled and reinstalled, enabled and disabled certain settings. I don't know what is happening, I've used premiere pro for years and never encountered this before. Can someone please help? 

Al importar archivos After Effect a la linea de tiempo Premiere, me da reiterrados errores luego de un tiempo como Media Offline, le quita el audio o lo desvincula. Cada vez que pasa debo volver a vincularlo o volver a importar.

So After my last payment on October 28, I cancelled my Adobe Premiere Subscription because I can't pay for it anymore. Because I made that payment I should have another month of Adobe and have a project in there I need to finish. I do not want to lose it. How do I access Premiere even though it won't let me? Is there a number I can call or something?

I fiddled with my S23 phone ( bad move) I set videos to HEVC High efficiency as it sounded good. ( And no I don't want to buy London bridge)When I import them into Premier and play them, the sea waves - for example look too fast and edges look juddery.Anyone know of a way to fix this?I tried converting via VLC, which (per Youtube) says, easy! My version cut out the video and kept the sound.It's annoying, I can reset the phone back to H264 which is ok, but HEVC supposedly save space.Thanks in advance.
