Hello,I'm having an issue where the proxies for my drone footage are still very laggy in playback. I've tried all the different versions of proxies, custom too, but no luck. Made sure the toggle button is blue of course. Updated my drivers, etc.Never had this issue before with the same drone footage. However, if I import the proxies directly into my project bin, they work buttery smooth. Question is, can I edit this way and export? Or will my final product be scaled down because I'm using the proxies directly? Thanks in advance. Hi,I have exported a 4k video with the best setting with software encoding, VBR 2 pass filter and it took hell lot of time. Now I have been flagged on Youtube and need to do the changes to this video. I feel If this is already exported with best setting my edited video I should be able to export with basic settings using hardware encoding and cbr which should not compromise the quality, but I am not sure. Can anyone here help me to understand if even for the edited video I can use a lower exporting paramaters(hardware and cbr or vbr pass 1) or again I need to use best setting for best results?

Since the latest updates to premiere pro, the app is not as user-friendly as it used to be. Everything from the look of the sequence clips in the timeline, to no longer being able to simply use my mac touchpad to zoom in and out of the timeline has made working in premiere pro more difficult and less enjoyable.
Hello there!Newb to Premiere Pro speaking...I've set in and out markers. Now I want to ripple delete everything between the in and out markers. Is there a simple command that does that? A shortcut?Currently, I'm using the razor blade tool, cutting on the in, cutting on the out, and then ripple deleting. But perhaps there's a quicker way?Thank you!

When trying to open or preview an MOV file (created in After Effects) this is what happens.I'm using Premiere Pro CC 12.1.1 (latest update) and I've previously had no issues importing the same MOV file into Premiere.Any suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance
Hello all, I am trying to export a 4k video from Premiere in H.264, Matching Source, and the only other changes made are enabling "Use Maximum Render Quality" and changing my Bitrate Settings to VBR, 2 pass wth a target bitrate of 80 and Max bitrate of 96. The problem comes when trying to save the video to my phone. I send the video to my dropbox in order to download it with no loss of quality, but every single time I try and save I get the notification that this video is unable to save to my iPhone. How should I go about changing my export settings to be able to save to my phone without losing quality?

Hey all,I am exploring various video formats for a performant solution. I have come across this plugin: https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/cc/11631/webm which enables the upload of videos in WebM formats.I wanted to know if it also supports the poster image functionality similar to MP4s?Basically this is where we get a frame to show on the site as the video gets loaded.
hi,i was told in the chat tha users can share the Downloadede file still if available. Does anyone have an older version of Premiere to share please? Thank you so much
I have one precisely good take in commercial, but there is a sound of snapping fingers while narrator speaking, is there any way to lower this sound? i tried DeNoise effect but it's doing nothing with that finger snap
Hello, I just bought adobe premiere pro but I can not download it. I download setup.exe but when I double click on setup nothing happens. I tried different browser and its same.
I ran into the following situation and through some digging I found the solution. This may help someone else. I have been doing 3 camera multicam edits for church for quite a few years now. I've not had any problems with audio sync issues until recently. 2 of the cameras are Sonys and 1 is a Panasonic. The Panasonic camera footage, all of a sudden, started having audio sync issues upon import. Turns out the problem is with the AC-3 audio from the Panasonic. I used software that I already had to smart render the Panasonic file; l I changed the audio to pcm. Problem solved!
My CClibrary says it is damaged and cannot be opened. How to troubleshoot?
Hi there, I have to caption a number of videos of meetings that are recorded from Microsfot teams. (or sometimes Zoom). As such the video seems to have auto-transcription included, which seems to import automatically as it shows up in the Transcript window in Premiere Pro. What I am wanting to do is change the speaker names (from Speaker 1 and 2 etc) however I don't have the three dots beside the Speaker name that I believe I should see to be able to edit the transcript?I'm sure there is a way to do this but I can't seem to figure it out so any help would be much appreciated.
Hi all,I'm been working in a single Premiere project file for a bit now. When I started a new sequence today, I noticed that this sequence was exceptionally laggy. It was as if the video file wasn't being read properly by Premiere (even though it's just a standard mp4). The other sequences played back perfectly fine. All sequences only contain one video file and a caption track. I closed out off every opened sequeence to see if that was causing the slow response. Nothing changed. Now, Premiere crashes anytime I try to do anything to the sequence, including just clicking on it in the project folder or in the timeline. How can I delete this sequence? Again, trying to highlight it in the project panel crashes Premiere. All my drivers are up to date (2070 Super graphics card). Any other project files seems to continue to work just fine with no crashes. It's just this specific sequence. For the sake of organization, I'd really like to contine to work in this same project file (all related w
i'm working on ONE video that has different aspect ratios. is there any way i can edit my subtitle on one of the sequences and it takes effect on the rest of the sequences? some sort of dynamic link?
Hi all. Hoping someone in here knows about cameras as well as Premiere Pro. I'm using a C100 mkii. In my latest project I've noticed these little pink splotches (see below screenshot - they are ringed). I've tried cleaning and changing the lenses and it's the same, so definitely not the lens. I've tried cleaning the glass behind where the lens is mounted on the camera, makes no difference. Anyone know what this is please and how I can fix it? Is it sensor damage?
Deep into an edit, have made many paste attribute edits to audio clips And cannot see my timeline at all now because the "clip fx editor", aka edits ive made to audio clips opens the editor for every clip. is there truly not a way to get rid of this so we can edit?
A feature I've taken for granted in all NLEs I've used, is the ability to select and move multiple video layers together in the Program/Canvas. Short of actually nesting multiple layers, It appears this is not possible in Premiere. These are the options I understand to be available to me:Double-clicking a video in Program selects a single (top-most) video layer.Video layers with alpha/transparency do allow me to select layers below/through them.Selecting layers that are not visible in the Program requires selecting it in the timeline and using the Effects Control/Motion tab in the Source window.Selecting multiple layers in the timeline disables any Effects Controls.Am I missing something? If not, this seems like such an obvious omission. Moving a lower-third carrier along with the text becomes such an annoyance, for instance. And no, I'm not interesting in nesting as a solution.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Ken
I am an audio engineer. The studio I work at has an incredible Dolby Atmos room and that's where I spend most of my life these days. I have no questions about creating Dolby Atmos audio content. However, I have no idea how its merged with video and I really need to know. I've been creating the audio, shipping the files off to the client when finished, and haven't run into any issues yet, but I see multiple ways that not knowing how my audio files become part of a video file after I'm done could become a problem.Let's say a videographer I know shoots a music video for a client of ours. That client has paid for a Dolby Atmos master of that song and would like to have the Dolby Atmos music master be the audio for the video. How would I bring the Atmos audio into the video and render a video that has Atmos audio?OR Let's say I get a client who's just shot a film. He's paying us to mix the audio and would like us to render it in Dolby Atmos. He's new to Atmos and doesn't know much abo
