Hello, does anyone have advice on this issue please:I shoot on Panasonic (mostly 1080p) and capture on Mac (OS Big Sur 11.5.2 and recently on macOS sonoma 14.5). As I capture from SDcards to mac the files automatically appear as .MTS files that I can then edit with Premiere (Pro 22.0.0 on the older mac and 24.6.0 on the newer). I have only recently started to use Media Browser when importing files, before I would just use the Import-command. I am working on super large art projects (shot over 20 years so maybe you can imagine) and a few times I've had an issue with audio files getting messed up in big projects (as I have hundreds of files with same .0000 names etc). I am careful with my folders so most of the time it's been okay. I've considered starting to rename my files after capturing them to avoid these syncing problems, but I'm only starting to take that step now. I got an impression from some discussions that it would be better to use the Media Browser rather than the Import-com

Hi. I have been filming a little footage using cameras that would only record in AVI. The files play with audio on Media Player but when I put them into Premiere Pro the audio doesn't exist any more. I have tried putting the AVI files through Media Converter to MP4 but it only produces MP4 files without any audio. I know the files definitely have audio recorded.  Can anyone help, and has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Hi there, since I updated to Premiere Pro 2024 my documentary sequence wouldn't load, play/pause buttons wouldn't work properly, audio loads but video clips take ages and then the programme crashes and becomes unresponsive. I've already deleted all media caches. Any tips? I'm using a Macbook Pro (Monterey, 2022). Thanks!

I am not able to find Grid effects on my Effects Panel. even the checkerboard effects come under the video transition. I used the checkerboard effect a few days ago, but now it comes under the transition. I did all the possibilites and cleared the cache to reinstall the app. but did not solve the problem. please suggest me some solution.

I have the latest version of premiere pro.mp4 (from go pro 😎 files plays choppy in premiere pro (video and audio). gpu drivers are updated. how can i solve it?all the files have the same problem. here are the file properties.here's is a video of the file in premiere source monitor:

Can someone pls guide me in trying to slice sections of one video into 5 measured sections? The attempt at this is so that it looks unified when shown on different screens. I'm currently using Premier Pro, but I'm unsure if it's the right tool. I'm a beginner in video editing so unsure if I'm using the right terms, pls let me know

Hi! For some reason I cannot anymore write any of these symbols inside Premiere text editor:@ £ $ € { [ ] }All of those are done by holding "Alt GR" button while typing a number.This is a huge issue, do anyone know a solution for this? I cannot just copy paste it every time I need to use some of those in a video. I think it's some kind of bug in Premiere, because those symbols work just fine for example in this text field. $$$

Last week during chat a agent of Adobe Premiere Pro destroyed my version 22.6.1 the only good working version, all updates after that are rubbish and useless. Version 22.1 was install on my computer, but the transcribe does NOT work. I have over 100 prproj files in version 22 and for editing I am told to update to version 23 which gives all kinds of problems. PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY VERSION 22.6.1I have a AMD Ryzen 9 processor, Windows 10 Pro, 32 GB RAM, Titan X Pascal video card

Hi, i have a problem with marker, if deleted they reappear when the project is reopened.I analyzed them, they are not blocked, they are not present if I open the file (audio in this case) in Audition, I delete them and every time the project is reopened they reappear, is it a bug or is it something that needs to be definitively deleted?I specify that it only does this in this audio file (wave).Thanks to anyone who can advise me. 

Version 24.4.1 (Build 2) Why would the exact same video source have audio play on left channel in track one, but in random places you have to change it to right channel for it to export properly?   The audio in my sequence had exported fine at least twice before encountering my issue. I'm not sure what changed, but the audio starting dropping out in the same place.  I located the sound that was dropping out.  While I had used that same clip throughout the entire sequence only a portion was having the problem.  I fixed the issue by changing the audio channel from left to right while keeping it in track 1.  I only had to do that on the two clips that were dropping out.  The rest of the audio from the same source was fine with left channel on track 1.  Here's what I did to eliminate any other potential cause of the problem:Cleared my cache through premiere and restarted the project.Manually deleted my cache through window explorer and

It's like the footage either doesn't catch up to the audio or the footage speeds up ahead of the audio - The audio plays fine and always at the required rate. Solutions on here talk about clearing the media cache - tried that but didn't work and it's a brand new laptop with nothing else installed on it beside the standard windows apps and McAfee. My PC works fine but runs on Windows 10 - so is Windows 11 the issue?

For a while now it has seemed that multicam audio tracks would seemingly at random stop rendering. For a while back in v23 too many edit points on a nest caused this behaviour but I believe that bug has since been patched (I think anyway, I haven't run into it in a while) but recently similar behaviour has once again been occurring.I believe I have tracked down the cause. Simply adding any audio effect (or at the very least a highpass or eq as I tested those two) to any audio track in the nest will stop the waveform of the nest track from rendering in its entirety (not just for the section that contains that clip). It also stops all audio tracks from rendering in the case of a multicam nest.I have attached a video of this happening.I have tested this on both the current v25 beta as well as v24.6.We have also tested this in the office and it happens on both windows and mac

For the life of me, I don't understand why I'm still seeing extensions I already uninstalled.  I've gone scorched earth on removing Maxon and Red Giant plugins and extensions from my computer. I've uninstalled all adobe products, deleted lingering data that is left behind when I uninstall Maxon and Adobe products. Then, I restarted the computer, and reinstalled Adobe and Premiere, and yet I'm still seeing extenstions for Insta 360Pro Importer, PluralEyes and Magic Bullet Colorista V in the software. I've been trying to get a clean install of Premiere to resolve a different problem with the software I've been having. In other words, I'm trying to eliminate variables and want a clean install of Premiere, but I can't seem to do it. Any suggestions would be helpful. My computer info, premiere version info, and screenshot of the extensions mentioned above are attached for reference.

I've been using Premiere Pro for a while, but today ran into something that won't fix.  I cleared the media cache amd went to put in a text graphic that I use all the time, and it won't appear in my video.  I'm using the basic lower graphic and have the fill set to white but it does not show at all, it stays all black.  Anyone else running into this issue?

Hallo, ich suche eine Möglichkeit Transitionen die ich erstellt habe für Untertitel automatisch anzuwenden, das heist immer wenn ein Untertitelblock zu ende ist soll die Transition Automatisch an der Stelle eingefügt werden als Einstellungsebene. Aktuell ist das echt aufwendig wenn ich Videos erstelle und hunderte Untertitelblöcke habe. ich Erstelle in der Woche etwa 5 solcher Videos alle im gleichen Stil. Vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Lösung. Danke.

Whenever I add warp stabilizer to a clip in Premiere, it stops using proxies altogether. I understand that stabilizing analysis needs to run on the original footage, not a proxy, but after analysis is complete, shouldn't proxies turn back on? Whether proxies are enabled or not, the original footage is shown on any clip with Warp stabilizer. And, even if Global FX Mute is on, the stabilization is removed but the original footage remains instead of the proxy. That prevents me from working without the proxies if the originals are on another drive, and seriously affects performance. I now just apply warp stabilizer as one of the last editing steps and then just grit my teeth. Is this function a bug or an intended feature? Why is warp stabilizer the only effect I've used that doesn't obey normal proxy mode and global FX mute?
