Hello everyone! I've recently realized I had issues with my video exports' colors being washed out and found this QT Gamma Compensation LUT trick online. These are the assets I downloaded for those LUTs. It fixed my issue with my project at the time but now, I'm working on a different project and as I import pictures or videos, all of them look oversaturated. I know there was also an Undo LUT for it but it doesn't seem to work (or I'm probably just not using it right). I tried downloading the newest version (and deleting the old one) of Premiere Pro as well as resetting some of my preferences but the issue persists. I also unchecked the "Display Color Management" & "Extended Dynamic Range Monitoring" options under Preferences which fixes the color while I'm editing or during playback but it still exports oversaturated. I'm spent trying to figure out what's wronff & I'm struggling to finish my work so any and all help is very much appreciated! P.S. When I try to use mask tool it simpy doesn’t work. I click on the clip I want to mask, select elipse mask tool, but then when I go to draw it on the clip it just drags the clip around. So I try the other way, I select mask tool then click on the clip I want to mask, then when I go to draw the mask it just drags the clip around.This is unusable. Please revert to the old tool or make the new one functional but I simply cannot complete my work this way!

I just updated Premiere Pro to 24.2.1 but it won't download the Machine Learning Models and just stays spinning/loading endlessly. Any help? Thanks!

I'm having an issue with MOGRT files in Adobe Premiere Pro.A client sent me several MOGRT templates to use in their videos. When I drag a MOGRT into the timeline, the graphic appears correctly, but the animation doesn't play at all—it just stays static.I'm also unable to edit the text properly. The text controls appear in the Properties/Essential Graphics panel, but when I change the text, nothing updates in the actual graphic.The same MOGRT files work correctly on another computer, so it seems to be an issue specifically with my Premiere Pro setup or my computer.I've tried importing and reinstalling the MOGRTs, but the problem persists.Does anyone know what could be causing this or what settings I should check?

So I had an issue where after getting my computer fixed Premiere Pro was not doing playback or recording voiceover.I got all of that fixed. Thank goodness!!!!But now I have another issue. When I am recording voice over.Please note I mute clips when doing so.1. When I record with my mic, with audio through my BenQ monitor... I suddenly get a high pitch feedback screech that sounds worse than a banshee.2. When I record with my mic, with audio through my headset... it records, with no feedback, but the audio seems to be recording slowly.Any ideas what the issue might be?I have asked ChatGPT but it keeps me on loop looking at the same things over and over and over again. AI really sucks at solving problems like this.

I see this on the Adobe Premiere page, but can't find anything that looks like these in the Essential Graphics resources; they essentially convey that there is some type of “Essential Graphics” library available for drag-and-drop. It does not expressly say that these templates (titles or effects) are available, or only available, as paid extras.For effects, it does say:“Choose from hundreds of cinematic effects and transitions — or get started with professionally designed templates”but I can’t find anything that resembles, in any way, what’s being shown on the page.I asked elsewhere, and was effectively told that these are “marketing images”, that it’s over two years old, is conceptual, that it doesn’t exist, as well as that the “web people” apparently haven’t had time to update the page. Another person suggested they’re paid extras (Adobe Stock).Can anyone comment on or confirm any of this information? 

I want to make a simple, rectangular transparent “hole” in a video clip, e.g., I want the rectangle to be a simple alpha mask. I’ve searched all over the web and I keep finding different solutions, but none appear to be relevant to my Windows 11 version of Premiere Pro (26.5.1). I know it can’t be that complicated, but I’m out of ideas. Any suggestions? Thanks. 

Does anyone know how to fix this so it doesn't cause problems and can be used normally again? I have paid for this product. 

I am a beginner with Adobe Premiere Pro. Is there a way to automatically align the transcript with the audio track? The transcript has put two words on the first line and continues moving to the second line. If I move the first to words to the second line the track and the transcripts do not align. Thank you

Hi all - I am new to Adobe Premiere Pro and on a very steep learning curve but enjoying it. Could someone help me with creating a second transcript to captions please. I have created captions for one audio track and would like to do a second set of captions from another audio track which I have included in the same video. I have attached a screenshot with arrows showing what I mean. I don't know how to do a second set of captions. I have attached screenshot with some arrows. Again thank you so much for all your help. I have Premiere Pro's newest version 23.2.0 and iMac with 16 GB memory on Monterey 12.3.1.I have 995GB of storage in total, out of which I still have 190GB available.Up until two weeks ago the 4k footage from my DJI Mavic 2 Pro played back smoothly, even without the proxies.Then suddenly one day around 2 weeks ago, Premiere Pro lost all ability to play back the same 4k drone footage whatsoever. Even when I  used proxies or tried to use 1/8 playback resolution. It just will not play, it gets stuck when I try to even touch it in Premiere Pro. My set-up or the way I'm doing things has not changed so I'm very frustrated and clueless because I literally cannot preview/edit the drone footage.I've noticed that the playback of 4k footage from a Sony has also worsened, however I'm still able to preview/edit it when I create proxies. Any ideas about what may have happened?

When I drop video into a new project, any video, I get black screen in both my souce and sequence video.   I have updated to the latest version and I have tried different videos   I can hear the audio, but not see the video ro the video is block glitched.   Any ideas of what I need to do?   Thanks   Seth 

Hi , I have anissue with adobe premiere 2020 with not allowing me change the text for simple text. I thought the issue from the file I am working witih, but unfortunatily I tried that with new project and the issue still exist.it is not reponding to me while I want to change the font ftom the listMy os is windows 10. here is a image for the issue.

Hi everyone,I'm having trouble removing pauses in the transcription panel in Adobe Premiere Pro. I’ve highlighted the pauses in the transcript, but it won’t let me delete them. I’ve tried disabling the "Pauses" feature and making edits directly on the timeline, but nothing seems to work. The delete button is grey, can't select it.Here’s a bit more info:I’m using the latest version of Premiere Pro.I’m working on a podcast episode, so there are lots of pauses I’d like to eliminate to streamline the edit.Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone know a workaround? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance!

In Premiere Pro 26.0.1 on macOS, the Export panel still does not open at all.Clicking Export does nothing (no window, no freeze message).Reset workspace, reset preferences, and clearing media cache did not solve the issue.Media Encoder export works, but Export panel inside Premiere is unusable. I’m encountering an issue where every time I open a project in Premiere Pro, it displays the message “Relinking Media.” This problem persists regardless of whether I change the project’s path or name. I’ve tried closing the project and reopening it directly, but the issue persists. Occasionally, I need to re-open the project to make corrections for a client, and I have to wait for the “Media loading” notification to clear before I can export the rushes without encountering the same issue. I believe this is not a deliberate action by the PR team, and I would appreciate any explanation or solution to this problem.

After creating a mask with feather, my clip disappears during playback. I have tried tracking the clip, adjusting the keyframes and a host of other possible issues, but the clip disappears. What am I doing wrong? ...or is this a glitch?

when i attempt to export the video from premiere, the video attempts to export, exports until a certain frame, and then the error box pops up stating that error -2147287036 has occurred at timestamp 15:10 and i end up with an MP4 that is the video up until 15:09 and nothing beyond that

I fifnished my editing but i cant export the video.When  i press export it starts but by 15% it stops and it does not go further

Seemingly out of no where, Premiere started to freeze and give me the “Not responding” message. It seems to be on a 20-30 minute timer before it crashes, and has nothing to do with how much I’m editing. It’s crashing on 1hr+ projects, and 30 second clips. It runs fine prior the the crashes. My PC is running perfectly fine aside from Premiere. I have tried:Restarting my PC Updating Premiere, Media Encoder, Windows, and my drivers Clearing up storage and %temp% folders Disabled all apps on startup Cleared media cache on Premiere Increased RAM allocation for Premiere Specs:Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor (3.59 GHz) Installed RAM: 64.0 GB Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (12 GB) Storage: 633 GB of 2.73 TB used I’ll be happy to provide any more info! I am using macOS Tahoe 26.4.1 on a Macbook M4 Pro. I have been fighting with Adobe Premiere (both 25.6.5 and 26.2) because none of my hotkeys are working whatsoever. I’ve been having to manually click tools, the playback buttons, and timeline area to get anything to work. The spacebar seems to like to open a new instance of premiere every time I press it, which is tough because I usually use that key to stop/start playback. When Premiere 26.2 is first opened, I get an error saying ‘The shortcut key file “Adobe Premiere Pro Defaults.kys” is invalid!’ and the app resumes loading. That same error does not pop up in 25.6.5, but the symptoms are the same. Here’s what I’ve done so far:I’ve held option while opening, and reset the prefs/cache/plugins numerous times I’ve completely uninstalled all Adobe apps and Creative cloud, and used Adobe’s ‘Creative Cloud Uninstaller’. I then reinstalled CC + Premiere. No luck. I tried manually copying the kys file form the app’s package contents, and pla

When I drag a music track into the timeline, I get a pop-up saying “adding to library” but the bar doesn’t move at all. 

When applying a text effect I get a "no entry" mark on the cursor when dragging to the timeline. I have re-installed Premiere and deleted the prefs. Am slowly going crazy 😱

Hallo! Ich bekomme beim Exportieren einer Video-Doku ständig folgende Fehlermeldung. Ich habe den Effekt beim besagten Time-Code bereits gelöscht, Fehler tritt trotzdem weiterhin auf. Ebenfalls bereits Premiere Pro (inkl. Cache/Einstellungen) komplett neu installiert. Im Dateinamen sind keine Umlaute. Ich habe das Projekt auch bereits in ein neues Projekt importiert, da dies den Fehler beheben sollte, funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. Wenn ich die Sequenz beim Timecode entferne, hängt sich der Export dann bei der nächsten Sequenz auf. Habe ebenfalls die Beta-Versionen von Premiere-Pro und Media-Encoder probiert. Der Export direkt aus Premiere heraus funktioniert ebenfalls nicht.Hat jemand eine Idee, was man noch als Work-Around probieren könnte?System ist ein M1 Max (32 GB RAM), macOS Monterey und die aktuellste Version Premiere/Media Encoder.
