Hello,I've been experiencing significant issues with Adobe Premiere Rush on my mobile device, specifically the iPhone 15 Pro Max, running iOS 17.1.2, with the latest Rush app update installed. The problems I'm encountering include severe lag, frequent freezes, and continuous crashes. These issues persist even when working with relatively small file sizes, making it challenging to use the app effectively.Has anyone else faced similar issues on the same device and software configuration? If so, have you found any solutions or workarounds? Thank you in advance.
I'm using an iPad Pro 13-inch M4 with 1TB drive and 887 GB free and iPadOS 18.2.1. App initially worked great, then kept getting this issue. Deleted app and re-edited same files and worked fine, so I started deleting the app after each edit. Now it shows the "Unable to render successfully after getting halfway through the render. Are there any fixes?Thanks for any help!!

I am using premiere rush on an older iPad. I edit with it a lot but my iPad says premier data is holding 296 gb which is taking a lot of iPad space up. When I go into premier, all of my data is only 50 Gb. I looked at other replies that suggest to clear the cache but I don't have any settings or edit tabs in premier. Only very basic tabs and under preferences I only see storage size. I think the iPad version is basic compared to a laptop version but I still need help with this because it's affecting my iPad performance and I don't want to delete any of my data on the app because it's only a few projects. What should I do ? Thank you in advance.
Every time I upload an iPhone video, it just shows up plaque, but can still hear the audio

Since Jan. 9, 2025, Adobe Rush has been crashing, and the voiceovers do not get saved. I have changed the mic preferences and looked for other options, including completely shutting down and restarting my computer. Nothing seems to work. I have looked for updates and researched other solutions. Please help. I have attached screenshots so you can see the before when the voiceover is there, and the after of simply going to the home part of the software and going back to the video. afterbefore
Working on a project, I added audio soundtracks that it gave me. I am opening it again in PR and that audio channel is all redded out. How do I turn it all on at once? How do I fix it? How do I edit a few audio files in a channel at once?

Hi, I'm a heavy user of Adobe Premiere Pro on PC. I work as a Social Media Manager for a company in which we are constantly editing content from the mobile and, unfortunately, I find myself with some difficulties to take advantage of Premiere Rush, so I have to switch to use the competition as CapCut. One of the main reasons is that it has an automatic subtitle generation service, which I think is an area that Premiere could focus on in order to gain ground in mobile video editing. At the same time, it would be great to have automatic beat detection for music, as this feature is also present in CapCut and is a great facilitator for editing content. As I mentioned at the beginning of the text, I'm a heavy user of Adobe, and I think these improvements would be a step forward for the application and for those of us who pay for the Adobe Creative Cloud service. I'm getting a No Connection error on the Rush app. The app and phone are both updated, there is a strong connection, I've tried several different WiFi connections, running on data and offloading app but I can't get the app ti connect.
How to I remove all adobe rush files from my windows 11 machine?
I'm having a problem on Premiere Rush on my iPhone.I worked long editing a project, then tried exporting the video several times, in different formats, and each time, after the progress bar almost got to 100%, it would give error message saying unable to export. I then thought to close/quit Rush, then restart, and see if that helped, so I began that process by clicking the home icon (thinking that would put it through the proper saving of the project, but when I clicked the home icon, it got stuck on rotating circle screen. I left that blue circle spinning for the last 8 hours, and still no better. The app won't allow me to click anything on it.I have iOS 16.5. I'm worried to just close/quit Rush and relaunch it, as I'm afraid I'll lose all my work.What do I do? Thanks!Ted
I've been trying to edit my project on adobe rush but the video I added is blacked out and the save icon doesn't work: it keeps crashing when I click on it.
Is there any update from Adobe? I'm thinking I should have just paid for CapCut.. what are the community thoughts on this?
Hi all, can anyone help? I've been trying to export my video project all day and it keeps getting stuck with one second remaining - there is no error message. It's just stuck on the attached screen indefinitely. Other video projects are exporting fine. All media is in the same folder it was when I imported it and I haven't used any premium features. I am on a Macbook Pro and it is updated. I've tried googling to troubleshoot, switching my Macbook off and on, force quitting Rush, clearing the cache, switching all of the settings to the lowest quality possible, and 'preparing for playback' first and still no joy 😬 I'm so stressed, it's for an assessment and this isn't even the final edit 😂 I just wanted to export it prematurely so that I could manipulate the audio (which I have mapped to the video already) in another application. All video clips are .mp4, the audio is .m4a and I haven't used any transitions or text. Any help so app
Hello,I am experiencing a problem with accessing my Adobe account and services. I am unable to sign into Adobe Premiere Rush and Creative Cloud. Additionally, I cannot access the Adobe website on any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) or even through my mobile device.When attempting to log in, I receive error messages, and the website displays "Access Denied" when I try to open it.Here are the steps I have already taken to try and resolve the issue:1. Hi, I have probems with iPhone sync. The app says that there is no connection, and when I ask for help it is said to me that I have to go to settings->Activate cellphone sync, but that option it doesn´t exist. In the other hand, I can´t import long videos to the app (more than 15 minutes fo example), and I don´t know if it is related with the other problem. I don´t know what to do 😞Thanks!!

On opening the app, I can only navigate to my folder with video clips before it crashes, which is does before I even try to access a clip. There's no error code or message that pops up.Windows is up to date, NVIDIA studio driver is up to date, I tried un/reinstalling Rush. I tried running as administrator, and it made no difference. I set the default GPU to the NVIDIA GPU.Thank you for help.
Premiere Rush IOS does not allow me to monitor audio of any tracks while recording new audio.
Why is there no advanced options to choose things like the quality (bit rate) it says high quality but doesn't let me change it to medium or low quality. I only have (very limited) control over resolution and frame rate, not quality, let alone codec...
Hello, I found an issue where when I delete a project from rush (on iPad 7gen iOS 14), the space from when I created the project is still there on the iPad. I suspect that this is because when I delete the project, the documents and data from the project haven't been deleted. However, I do not know how to access or delete them. I also know that I can just delete and reinstall Premiere Rush to get rid of the access data and documents but that takes too much time and I don't think it's good. Can someone help?
