When I try to add text fields it snap to a previous line quide and it won't let me move it. If I remove the line guide it allows me to move it. This is happening in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9

Hi! So, I've been tagging PDFs using Adobe Acrobat for a while. I know the importance of a "clean" tag tree but I'm wondering if I should be extending that "cleaning" to the Content panel? I often have words or sentences or paragraphs split up among multiple containers and I've been combining them wherever possible. But, especially for longer documents, this can be a bit of a time sink. Is it worth it or am I just giving myself unnecessary work?

Getting this message while trying submit a court document for efile. An error occurred during the submit process. The network connection timed out trying to reach the server. I have successfuly done this before. Nothing has changed. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. 

I would like to make sure that whenever I type anything into that first box (John Smith) that the corresponding checkbox (black circle) automatically marks itself, and when the John Smith box is empty, the checkbox returns to its normal state.  Thanks!

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro (2015 Continuous release) on my Macbook Pro (OS Yosemite 10.10.5) and I use Word for Mac 2011. I write a lot of lengthy documents and often insert section breaks so I can change the page orientation from portrait to landscape and back, etc.. When I convert Word documents to PDF only part of the document is PDF-ed up until the first page re-orientation.  It drives me crazy because to enable the whole document to be converted I have to break up my word document into separate documents according to portrait or landscape and then convert each to a PDF separately and then combine them at the end.  It causes no end of trouble with page numbers and headers and footers. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have a solution? I would be grateful for any assistance.  I am about to write another very lengthy report that will contain pages of different orientation and I would prefer to be able to PDF it in one go.  Thanks.

It been 2 week since i applied for the free trial and i canceled the trial on the same day since the product isnt fit my need. The problem is that i havent received any refund on my end even though the website said that it only takes 7 days for the refund. What should i do now? Is there anyway to get the refund back? Its 25$ but i am a college student so i really need it. Thank you.

I have the following fields:"New Construction or Addition" (let's call it Field 1)"Undefined_2" (let's call it Field 2) When someone puts a whole number into Field 1 I need that muliplied by .60 and the result will show up in Field 2 as an amount with two decimal places.  However, if Field 2 is less than 600 then Field 2 needs to then say 600 with no decimal places. I am very new to scripts so any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

In Acrobat Pro DC, is there a way to paste an object to the exact same location on a different page? This was a feature in a previous version of Acrobat, but I can longer get it to work in DC. The online help does not provide any answer. Others have suggested to use Ctrl+Shift+V, but it does not work for me.

I have hundreds of 4x6 inch labels embedded in Acrobat files each day.  Can I crop them automatically to leave only the labels for printing?  There used to be 'remove white space' option what worked reasonably well. Thanks, Dan

When I first deployed Acrobat Pro a couple years ago I remember the note that 64bit was not available globally.  Is that still the case, or can I distribute 64bit everywhere now

Since yesterday I have not been able to send out any documents with fillable sections and signature requested. In the online page, the template section is gone. I can access it on my desktop, but when I try to then send it, it says there is a connection error. I can then access it in the drafts in the web version, but again, it will not let me send it. It brings up a box telling me to pay for a subscription. When I go to my account, my subscription is paid in advance until next year. I need to send these documents out, can anyone assist?

Hi, I have a PDF file for a book manuscript, but when uploading to the printers, I have an error of one font not being embedded in the file. I cannot for the life of me fix it... I have Acrobat (I'm on an iMac) but all my googleing tells me to use the 'print to PDF' option which isn't there?! Do I have to pay to be able to use that?If so, is there any other way?? Thanks

Working with Adobe Acrobat 10 Pro. Trying to add following script at document level not to allow spacebar as first character for any text field in the document,function spacebar(){var v = AFMergeChange(event);if (/^\s/.test(v)) event.rc = false;}The function works pefectly. However, this action changes all date fields format from default "dd-mmm-yyyy"  to "AFDate_FormatEx("dd-mmm-yyyy");" custom format which I don't want. Apparently non-English Adobe Acrobat does not recognizes "AFDate_FormatEx("dd-mmm-yyyy");" format and date fields become invisible, empty, or non-descriptive text. How could I prevent the date field format changing from default "dd-mmm-yyyy" to "AFDate_FormatEx("dd-mmm-yyyy");"Thanks in advance for any help 

Hi guysI have created an interactive form in Adobe InDesign 2023. The form opens to full screen and is designed to get the viewer to enter details in four steps/pages.However, when the document opens in Acrobat Reader the error listed in the Subject appears on the screen. This happens when the PDF is opened on three different laptop computers running Adobe Reader. They can fill out the form to print it but cannot save the details. Every version of Reader is above 9.I have checked solutions to the problem online but none of them seem to fix the issue.Don't recall this happening when I generated interactive PDFs through InDesign 2021. Pretty sure I could fill out the form within any Acrobat reader.The only other common thread that I can think of is that each client has a pretty old mac laptop running Catalina. I have completed a fillable PDF and tried to print it, but only the form fields will print. The "document and stamps" box is selected, and I have not had issues printing these PDF's before, until today. Is this an Adobe issue or an issue with my printer? Shawn.

Acrobat Pro DC ability to create digital signature field no longer showing and I've selected "This document requires signature" in the Prepare Form dialog box. Any clues? Has this been removed? I only see signature and signature block in the tools menu

I've moved to a new coomputer and have reinstalled Acrobat but now when I try to save any PDF as a PDF/A I get an error message.  This is true whether I use 'Save As' and select PDF/A from the pulldown options or whether I go to Save As Other and select Archivable PDF/A.  It's the same result.  I have a screenshot of the error message but didn't want to upload it unless asked.  It basically says "Could not copy file C: [complicated Acrobat path that is not the saved document]; C: [complicated appdata path that is not the intended destination]. The parameter is incorrect."Any help?  If it fixes *either* method of creating a PDF/A I'm fine with access just to one but right now I can't make any type of PDF/A.  Thanks,
