I am running the lastest Adobe suite for PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat on Win 11 PC.I have synchronised my color settings in Bridge, but the synchronised color settings does not show up in Acrobat - All others (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator) are okay.- Is there a trick to get Acrobat to recognise the synchronised colour settings file?- Is it a bug?- On my Mac I do not have this problem - Only on Win 11 PC. Any ideas please... Thanks and regards, The Colour Doc...

Does any else meet the problem when you send pdf to client for commenting via Acrobat. User interface in in Finnish. But when somebody comment pdf then system send email to recipients then the subject of emailn contain Spanish even the text content of email is in Finnish.

Ok, so I purchased a digital planner off of Etsy.  It's a 1,900+ page document with hyperlinks all over the place connecting to other pages of the planner.  Luckily, the creator was good enough to use destinations instead of page numbers, so I can add pages and move pages around without affecting the link.  Yay!  However, when I went to add my own destinations for the pages I'm adding I noticed there aew something like 17,000+ destinations listed.  Most destinations have 8 or more duplicates.  From what I can find, there's not a way to automate merging duplicate destinations, is that correct?  I think it would be impossible to track these all down manually.  How much is it going to affect my file size, processing speed, etc if I just leave the duplicates in?  It would also be nice to rename the destinations, but again tracking down all the links that reference that destination might be next to impossible.  Can I rename them without affe

"Copy selected text into Highlight, Cross-Out, and Underline comment pop ups" is selected in preferences, but it isn't happening. Could someone help me figure out why? I have tried to make it work on a few different PDFs, none of which have any security settings. 

We have been noticing an issue that we aren't able to print the PDF documents remotely when the document is opening on the latest Acrobat Reader(2022.003.20282). We use MS Universal printer driver on host computer which will spool the print jobs and passes to the client computer.  We are getting an error as "document could not be printed" while performing the print command from print page dialog. We have gone through various suggestion from this forum  and tried those options, such as print and image, disabling secure mode,  re-installing the reader but that didn't help us. We understand that, that the current workaround is to change the paper size before triggering the print operation. Please do let us know if you have any possible fix on this. Thank You!  

Ever since the update I've had problems with the strike through and replace text tools. I can highlight and start typing to replace text or hit Return to delete text--but only a couple of times before it stops. I have to manually click on the tool in the tool bar to make these work. After quitting the application and reopening, the automatic uses of the two tools are back, but again for only a couple of uses before it returns to manual only again. Is this bug from the update or is there something else happening?

If this forum is monitored....I just spent 15 minutes using Grok to learn how to disable your intrusive and useless generative AI product.  It occupies 20% of the screen when I open a bank statement and creates a hilariously inaccurate summary when i open a legal draft.  Turn it off, or hire Anthropic to write you something useful.

[Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (64bit) - Windows 10]I've killed so much time trying to fix this but can not. I select the checkbox to ' Print in Grayscale' but it continues to print in color and the image preview is also in color. I have another computer (both using Windows 10), and this feature works fine. I considered it was my printer, which I unistalled\reinstalled - no change. I changed the Printer to  ' Adobe PDF ' and the grayscale won't turn to black and white. I uninstalled\reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro DC about 4 times today - I experienced a new problem with this in that when opening it the screen was black and a pop-up 'An Internal Error Occured'. Eventually I did a complete uninstall of Acrobat Pro DC  including deleting all 'Adobe' or 'Creative Cloud' items in RegEdit. After I finally got the progrma to open without issue, the grayscale printing in color is still there. Any suggestions is appreciated. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue when attempting to upload files.

When I check the Properties>Appearance window within Adobe acrobat pro it doesnt present the opportunity to change the font size, only the option to change the font.this means I cannot fit text into fields of my own choosing.

we posted my pdf on a website, and it is showing on the right with indidvidual pages and then asking to buy adobe products?? is this normal, it is a pc windows 11

This just started happening with Acrobat (Apple OS): I'm on a specific page and I try to zoom in or out, or fit page in window and it jumps to a page seemingly random in the file. For example, I'm on page 20 of a PDF, zoom or fit in window and it jumps to page 53. Known issue? Fixes?

Hi All, I'm not satisfied by the zoom defined by InDesign and would like an "entire page" zoom when I jump on the target page after having clicked on the cross-ref. link! Doable? (^/)  The Jedi

I have the very cmmon problem o the save-as  box comes up blank. I have unchecked the Show online locations options, and I do get the save as dialog after taht. I try to save (multiple locations from my profile to C:\Temp) it acts like it saves but the file is never made. I close Adobe and relaunch and the online locations is back checked again and the cycle continues.  I have even made the change and rebooted, same cycle. I uninstalled and downladed from my adobe account page aand checked for updates (none cause it was latest version). same issue.  I have also moved to another computer and having the same issue there. THe file I am working on is a 200+ pages binder of emals that were converted to PDF and has redactions for a legal case. The workaround is I am printing to PDF but then the quality drops and some owrds become illegible.

I have generated accessible pdf from InDesign  After execeuting Preflight tool 'Fix problems in PDF tagging structure', the hyperlink tool tip changes as in 2nd image with extra texts. Why is it happening? Is there any solution to avoid this?

L'onglet ''signer électroniquement'' est pratique, car il me permet de signer plusieurs pages sur un même document facilement. Je souhaite continuer à utiliser cette méthode de signature.Après que la création du document certifié je suis incapable de l'enregistrer localement sur mon ordinateur pour l'archiver dans mes dossiers ou l'envoyer par courriel. Avant l'option était disponnible avec Adobe, mais depuis un certain temps l'option n'est plus disponnible. Comment faire pour enregistrer un document certifité sur mon ordinateur. 

I have an adobe PFD and one page will not allow me to say headers and text when trying tell what the items are on the page.  The first problem was to clear the old information that was wrong now I cannot put the correct headers in or say it is text.  I had another user try on her computer and she cannot add also.  What can I do because we need all the PDFs accessible.

I am creating a form and would like to have it so when a check box is checked the color in the text field next to it is black, when not checked I would like the text to change to red. Is this possible? my checkbox is "C1" and text field is "Text348" 

Everytime I convert a document to pdf w/Adobe or scan a document as a pdf, Adobe FREEZES on the very last page.  The only way to clear it is in my Task Manager.  It does scan/covert the document, but I cannot figure out why it freezes - its such a pain! 

I am in the position of needing to create a security envelope to transmit some documents. I am running into an issue after I create and save the security envelope (password encryption for attachments only) where I get the following error when trying to open the newly-encrypted attachments: "There was an error opening this document. The required Crypt Filter is not registed(sic) by the security handler plug-in." I have uninstalled/reinstalled Acrobat Pro. I have reverted to "old" acrobat. I have tested on another computer. No progress. Any suggestions? I suspect this is an older, unsupported method and I won't get further, but I hope that is not the case. My submission is super important! Any help is much appreciated! 

Having the ability to disable  the "Get started with Acrobat Pro" e-mail notifications when licenses are assigned is essential to IT admins. Especially in organizations that operate in a controlled environment that need enforce certain restrictions. The e-mail notification provides the end users a way to download and install applications without these restrictions pre-packaged is counterproductive to IT efforts.  This seems like it was an option at one point, based in a previous post (link below).
